We had Landmark Roofing and Siding do a siding project on the south side of our house a couple of months ago and the workers did an excellent job! They arrived on time, were very hardworking and to our amazement they even stayed extra late so that it got done in one day! The quality of work was incredible and they left our place clean. Thank you Landmark, we love it!

Got my roof and exterior siding completed with Landmark. They gave me competitive pricing, professional sales pitch, and communicated with me throughout the process. The only 1 thing I would say is that the roofing crew is not that friendly and has an aggressive tone. I believe at the end of the day, it was a difference in cultural communication. I would recommend them though!

Landmark was quick to respond in getting some fixes done to our roof. Lots of pictures taken so you know what it looks like before and after.

I recommend Landmark Roofing and Siding wholeheartedly. This fall they replaced our roof, siding and some large windows. Everyone involved worked super hard, put in long days even in the most miserable weather. Every issue that came up, they addressed promptly. They protected our house while they worked on it through the wind storm this fall and during some of the rainiest weather all year. Quality work and great attention to the details.

I had a very disappointing experience with Landmark Roofing & Siding Company. They installed windows at out house and attached are some pictures of drywall work. The craftsmanship was subpar, and there was a clear lack of quality control throughout the project. They delayed the work several times and left many jobs unfinished. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

The reason for 2 stars is because of the help from the owner to fix some issues.

Update (March 27, 2025): While I appreciate the owner's response, I must add that contrary to what was specified in the contract, the work was not inspected by the company's Quality Assurance team. I have no reason to make false claims - my only goal is to help other consumers make informed decisions based on my actual experience.

I had Steve out to look at a small leak in our cedar shake roof. He noticed the leak was the result of deterioration of the roof vents as they were over 50 years old. He recommended the other roof vents get replaced at the same time to prevent other leaks. Got a reasonable quote and scheduled the work. The only reason why I didn't give them a 5 star was due to lack of communication on when their installer was coming to my house. It was a minor issue that later got resolved.

Great experience working with the Landmark team to reroof our shake roof to composite shingle. Our estimator Steve was knowledgeable and helpful in guiding us through the quoting process. The installation team was efficient and focused, in 4 days they disposed of the shake (dumpster was delivered early the first day), installed plywood backing and waterproof materials, and installed the shingles. They worked tirelessly from morning to evening. A carpenter crew worked side by side to create cutouts for and install a new skylight. Everything came together well and looks great. Cleanup was meticulous. All work was done just in time for rain to hit the next day!

I recently called for Landmark Roofing & Siding to solve the mental roof skylight leaking problem of our 65 years old house. The company is easy to reach out and set the visiting efficiently. The engineer, Steve, is very professional. He arrived on time and did a careful evaluation. The suggestions he provided were so valuable. Although the company cannot solve the complicated problem caused by metal shingle, which is rare on the current market, I do appreciate Steve’s guide to find the right company to help. Highly recommend Landmark if you don’t have such a complicated skylight leaking problem as ours.

Having a roof installed by Landmark Roofing was painless. All teams were exceptionally courteous. All schedules were clear and all deadlines were met. After the install the work site was cleaned very, very, well.

Landmark just completed an excellent job installing a Certainteed roof, Marvin windows and replaced cedar siding with Hardie siding on our 1979 Kirkland home. We researched all the products and endured lengthy sales presentations from 4 different companies. Rener assured us they use the best products and employ their own crews, not subcontractors. As we closely monitored their progress, it became evident that we made the right choice for our home and they were doing things the right way.

Their roofing crew is top-notch, demonstrating true craftsmanship in handling flashing the tricky spots and the chimney.

The only hiccup in the process was related to the windows, but that wasn't Landmark's fault; it was a window issue. When a window didn't function correctly, they meticulously checked everything, and Vatali even removed and proved that the installation was plumb and true. This illustrates their commitment to doing things right.

Vatali and his team are skilled craftsmen who consistently deliver excellent work. When asking questoins his sense of humor may take some getting used to, but his humor eventually grows on you. The beautiful work they did always brings a smile to my face.

While the additional costs for sheeting and the installation of lights that may seem high at first glance, when compared to other quotes, Landmark's prices fall within the middle-to-low range.

I highly recommend Landmark for those seeking top quality and excellent value. They've left us thoroughly satisfied with the transformation of our home.

We hired landmark roof and siding in last summer for reroofing our old cedar shake shingles into Davinci synthetic multi width shingles and replaced our old gutters. Rener, the owner, is very friendly and easy to communicate. The prices are fair. And they are on time and the crew are professional and finished the whole work fast and clean. Everything is good. Except our new gutters has some leaking later, due to last winter’s heavy snow caused some screws loosen. I texted Rener for the repair. He responded rapidly and sent his repair guy fixed the loose screws right away.

Know the facts before you choose this company. Sales pitch presentation was excellent. Unfortunately it only went downhill from there.
This company uses Sub-contractors. It's a hit or miss.
The insulation crew was very professional. The roofers not that much. There is no follow up from your account rep until there is time to pay, of course. I ended up micromanaging the crew to ensure damages to the gutters were repaired. We were charged double for labor hours (we had cameras showing exactly how many hours the actually worked). Owner should do better managing his subcontractors and trusting the customers. Not the other way around
Ensure that any "discounts" offered to you are in writing; otherwise you will be fighting to get them.
They are NOT the cheapest company around. Therefore I was hoping for a decent experience. I was not expecting to have go through this headache after paying >20k
** Adding here since I'm not able to reply to the owners reply: I don't want to start a discussion here. What is done is done. The "discount" provided was not a discount it was more of a correction to the amount invoiced. It goes back to my point: I'm the client and should not be put in the position to micromanaging your subcontractors.

We had a skylight condensation issue right before Christmas last year, and it caused minor mold issue on the drywall as well so we were really concerned. I called multiple companies and Evan from Landmark roofing was the first one to come over with no charge at all. He initially thought the condensation is because we don't have proper air ventilation for the roof, but when he grabbed a ladder and took a look at those skylight from the roof he noticed that they were not bolted on to the roof at all. When the snow melted or the rain is too heavy water leaks through it and caused the mold problem. We got scheduled for a follow up service right away and everything was fixed properly before Christmas. Evan then came over one more time after new year to do sanity check from inside the house and on the roof to make sure everything is installed properly. I really appreciate the fast response, the professional troubleshooting and the quality work for the fix. Thank you Evan for keep doing that and helping with us.

We had our siding replaced with pre-painted James Hardie, which included all plywood, some facia boards and painting soffits.

We were replacing a shake roof with metal. The first roofer we hired ordered the wrong material, starting putting on the incorrect metal, then left and never came back. The second roofer we hired used the incorrect underlayment for a metal roof (sanded and voids the warranty). Finally, we hired Landmark and are very glad we did. Rener and his crew were very professional, knowledgeable and accommodating. Being it was the third attempt at installing our new roof and almost three years, we were stressed and needed to be very involved in the progress step by step. Landmark met and in fact exceeded our expectations, both in terms of workmanship and accommodating our needs. We wish we would have hired Landmark in the first place. We highly recommend and would not hesitate to use them again.

Landmark did a great job! Our roof was ~20 years old and had started to slightly leak, so was time for new shingles. In addition, we got new gutters too. Landmark did an excellent job, roof looks perfect, vents are all a nice black color, edging is really nice! They did a great job cleaning up too, only noticed a couple small slivers of old trimming (like 1" pieces). Would highly recommend! They got our roof done super fast too, and they were cheaper than the other estimate we got!

I chose Landmark Roofing over two other area roofing companies to install a new roof on my home. I was impressed by Rener's professionalism and organization. He took the time to show me the trouble areas on my existing roof, explain the process of removing the old roof, repairing any damage, and then installation of the new flashing, vents, and roof. He helped me understand the material choices for the new roof and explained the warranty. On installation day the crew showed up on time and finished in just one day and cleaned up the area when they were done. We had Landmark completely re-side our house with Hardy Plank. From the start of the quote process, Rener was one of the only people that showed up on time! Landmark also came in with the most reasonable quote. They were able to get the work done sooner than expected and completed it within a weeks time. The two guys that were working on our house were efficient and quick but did quality work. During the process there were a few hiccups/design items that got missed but Landmark was quick to remedy and correct the situation to ensure our house turned out as we had planned. Overall we were very happy with Landmark and pleased with the constant communication we received from Rener and the team.

We had an overall excellent experience with Landmark Roofing. The work was completed on time and they adapted to some unexpected findings in our roof after removing the old roofing materials without delay and kept us apprised of the additional costs. The final invoice matched what was on the original estimate plus those additional costs, so there were no surprises. Email communication wasn't always timely but phone contact with Rener was efficient. Will happily recommend them to anyone else needing roof work.

Landmark replaced old wooden siding with Hardie Board, then painted our house. I got quotes from several different contractors that were all roughly for the same amount, but only Rener Vieira, the owner of Landmark, was willing and able to explain clearly to me what his quote included and did not include and why, etc. This was a very major expense for us, so I appreciated the fact that Rener was always completely transparent about what he was doing and why. For example, when something unexpected came up, Rener did not offer to add the work to the contract on a "time and materials" basis (which is what most contractors seem to prefer but which leaves the homeowner at risk for unexpectedly large additional expenses) but took the time to prepare a binding bid to do the extra work before asking me to agree to a change order. The work was delayed by unseasonably bad weather, but Rener tried his best to complete the job within the time frame we had requested. We were very happy with the professionalism of his workers and the quality of the finished work.

Landmark Roofing did a full roof replacement on my house. The work was done professionally, promptly, at a reasonable price and looks great. The roof was replaced during a period of uncertain weather, the crew worked hard and long hours on some days to ensure that the house was protected from incoming rain during the middle of the job. All people I had contact with were courteous and explained all my concerns in a manner that I understood and felt comfortable with. Landmark provides its own warranty against roof leaks in addition to any manufacturer warranty which I found comforting. I highly recommend Landmark Roofing and would use them again.

We had our house resided and a few windows replaced. The crew worked very quickly and we've been very happy with the results.

You simply won't find a better roofer than Landmark. They recently completed a full replacement of our aging roof with a DaVinci composite (faux) shingle roof and it looks fantastic. Several neighbors on the street have remarked how well it turned out. Who though roofs could look so incredible! Not only does it look nice, but the house stays much cooler in the warm days as a result. The team was courteous, on budget, and took tremendous care and detail in their craftsmanship. It was a real joy working with them. We fully recommend to anyone who is looking. It is clear why they have so many five star reviews. They earn each one of them on each job. Well done!

Client service, and they do what they say they are going to do. I am not one to check on contractors unless they don't show up or do poor quality. These guys showed up, did the work, communicated efficiently, and did the roof and gutters in days. What a relief to have good people who honor their commitments!

Landmark was able to provide an estimate promptly, and their CEO talked me through the options and their ramifications. He provided a competitive estimate and was transparent about the likely timeline. The roof ended up installed within a week of Landmark's original guesstimate (it was about 3-4 months wait time). Looks great! There were a couple incidentals that needed touching up, and Landmark made sure I was satisfied with these, too. Separately, I'm having them replace one of my windows in the next few months.

We had a ~30 year old Cedar roof that was long due for replacement. I got quotes from different companies, but Landmark Roofing's was the best. Their quote included better materials at a cheaper cost. Rener was great to work with. He explained different options, and provided me with good guidance. Since they were busy, we had to wait from November to February for the roof replacement, but Rener promised that his company would take care of any leaks free of charge during this wait period. We had some very rainy days, and as expected, we had leaks. When I called Rener, he immediately sent a crew and got it fixed the next day.

They started the job just as promised in the second week of February, and despite the cold weather they finished the job on time. They kept the premises clean all the time, and their crew was very professional and respectful. We didn't have a single thing to complain.

Rener and his team have done fantastic job on our roof. The old roof was cedar shakes. The new roof is steel NRM-1000 16 inch with pencil ribs. Also replaced gutters, with leaf guards and cleanup boxes. Great experience working with Landmark, - no long sales talks, useful information, help with selection, quick follow ups, easy scheduling, reachable at any time, attention to details, professional crew, awesome roof and gutters.

We used them last summer, and they did a beautiful job. The staff were always on time, worked hard, remembered everything I told them, and extremely courteous. Not just that, they were clean!!! The swept the ground for nails everyday, and picked up all the debris. Someone came to clean our gutters in the fall and he was surprised that our roof was new because there weren’t any nails in the gutters. He always finds nails and debris in the gutters. Very impressed!

After the June 28th, 2021 heatwave my vinyl siding warped beyond all recognition and I knew I had couldn't put it off a replacement any longer. I called Landmark in September requesting a Hardie Panel replacement and they were doing work in November. Took about five business days for them to get all of the siding done even in heavy rain. These photos were taken the same day they were installed (one of the photos shows a bare wall which they covered the next day). Lifetime warranty on the siding so I won't have to worry about the siding ever again. When the roof needs replacement I'll make sure to go to Landmark since the siding was so well done. You would never know this house was built in 1930, it looks brand new now. Can't recommend this company enough, they do a great job!

Landmark helped me install a steel metal roof this summer, with coordination of a second solar panel removal and re-install. The final product looks amazing with nice attention to detail and any small repairs. They also helped me locate a fabulous gutter replacement option to finish it all off tight. I appreciated that they treated me with request, had an awesome friendly crew, looked out for details, communicated well with me, and worked to make sure supply issues were ironed out. We weren't without some bumps, but I feel they were excellent problem-solvers and team-players and I'd recommend them to others (many of which are neighbors who want to know who put on my awesome new roof!). I had a leak that no one could find and so decided t reroof the doormen that was leaking. Landmark came out, gave me an estimate, sent me a contract and scheduled my job the next week. They answered all my questions, matched old singles perfectly, and left our place as clean as it was before they started. Very satisfied

The quote was every reasonable for the work they provided. The quote booklet they provide had a lot of information explaining the price. I would have preferred a listed quote with a price for each item but the 3 other roofs I contacted also just gave a total job quote. Landmark at least detailed what was in the quote.

My roof was replaced very fast (faster than the window they gave). They clean the site ever night which I appreciated. In the 2 weeks since the replacement, I've only found a since nail and one scrap piece of shingle in all of my yard. I've been on the roof for a full inspection and the detail is prefect.

I was impressed with the flashing work on closer inspections. They took care to deflect the water well.

Only negatives was some scratched paint from where they stored a ladder over night, final quote was a little off what I was expecting (quickly rectified) and I asked for something to not be reattached to the roof that got attached (quickly fixed).

Overall, I would happily use them again.

We had a new roof and gutter installed. The whole Landmark team delivered a great experience through quote to project completion. Professional, diligent and excellent clear-up, great workmanship and extremely attentive customer care and service including hand delivery of the warranty and post inspection of the project by the owner himself.

Landmark roofing replaced our entire roof including the roof decking. We had sever water damage to do ice and needed the roof replaced quickly. Rener (the owner) came out promptly and gave us a competitive bid. We felt that he was honest and trustworthy and we trusted he would do a great job. We had a smaller job so they were able to fit us in and even worked over the weekend to get it finished for us. The end product was very well done and we are very happy with work done. We would definitely recommend Landmark Roofing.

Jesse, Tearra and the rest of the roofing team were GREAT! We were in a tough spot, our roof started leaking in November and Jesse came right out and took a look, gave us a bid (came in spot on) and Tearra worked with us to make sure we were updated every step of the way. I wanted to upload a picture but I don't have one at this point, BUT wanted to make sure I gave a review to reflect their fantastic service! I had these guys replace my siding. The quality of workmanship and materials is very good. I checked up as they were installing and can see the insides as opposed to just the final product with all the siding covered up. They also use good materials such as metal flashings on the windows and better nails.

Overall speaking, Landmark roofing has been great in replacing our roof. Rener the owner came to give a quote and an estimated date. Due to the rain the date was pushed several weeks but I would rather they carefully do the work then rush on it. Rener kept great communication. The front desk is also very responsive and always get back to me in time. The workers worked for full 6 days to get the job done and overall speaking has been great. They did not put a tarp to protect the lawn but did clean up every day and Rener came did a magnetic sweep afterwards. Some shingles were dropped to neighbor's trees and per my ask they have cleaned it up. We still need to see more rain to see whether the roof is installed in good craftsman and will update the review in a year or two.

I had new cedar roof and gutter replacement for my house.
The project was started early November when rainy season started but Landmark have done their job well by choosing the fine weather days with communications with me on daily basis.
All the staffs including Tearra and Rener are friendly and finished this project in the professional way.
Their costs are competitive and we are satisfied with the results.

The owner was professional and had excellent follow through. He quoted several thousand below competitors. The work was high quality, done quickly. The work does need to be inspected. The workers missed a small hidden section of the roof and were a little rough with the siding when pulling the roof off. However, when brought to the owner's attention the situation was rectified the following day.

We got the failing wood siding of our house replaced with JH and Woodtone, missing insulation added, plywood replaced, the house painted a custom color, and other improvements. Landmark did a great job and we, our friends, and neighbors love the result! I find the details and quality of work really amazing and there was a lot of hard work to do.

As for feedback, I'd find it nice if there was more communication, such as checking in over text every other day during the project and perhaps weekly before the project, allowing us to more easily to get status and ask questions.

Thanks for the work! BTW, another thing I loved was I could continue to live and work from home in my house without too bad of noise (with noise cancelling headphones) during the month of work. Also, amazingly, they can replace the siding around every live wire, data cable, hose bib, etc., without needing me to turn off power at the circuit breaker or detaching something from the inside. Impressive!

I contacted Landmark Roofing & Siding three times about getting an estimate to have my house resided. The first time my estimator was a no-show due to a family emergency (totally understandable); and I was told I'd receive a virtual estimate. Waited a week, there was no virtual estimate...

I contacted them as a reminder because I was still interested. Was told I'd get a follow-up... No follow-up even after two weeks. Felt like this was foreshadowing how the actual project would be handled so I just went ahead with another company.

We got quotes from four different companies for replacing exterior siding and painting our house before choosing Landmark. Rener Vieira impressed us so much with his passion for quality and attention to detail and at a very competitive price - one quote we got was nearly double his price! We have no regrets at all about our decision. The work crew showed up promptly on the scheduled day and were completely professional, hard working and polite throughout the entire process. The quality of the work is every bit as beautiful, detailed and professional as we expected. I have no hesitation in recommending Landmark or any of its employees. We are so happy with the outcome!

Landmark Roofing & Siding replaced our aging cedar shake roof with the new DaVinci polymer shakes. They did a very professional job removing the old roof, replacing boards where necessary and then installing the new roof which gave our house a whole new look! Rener and his team at Landmark are knowledgeable about roofing, did a professional job and were on schedule. They cleaned up everyday after their work, accommodated our family's needs and listened to our feedback. A few months after replacing the roof, we needed the stucco walls around our exterior chimneys redone. We had Landmark come in and take care of that work too and were pleased with the outcome. It was time for a new roof (our asphalt roof was 23 years old) and we decided to go with standing seam metal. I normally get at least three bids and start with A-rated BBB companies. The first few bids were very expensive (up to twice the cost of some of the others). We were also getting solar, and asked some of the solar people for recommendations. Long story short, I ended up with 10 bids and learned a lot more about roofing than I ever wanted to know.

Landmark was one of the last companies that came out to bid. They came recommended by one of the solar sales people. I almost cancelled because I though I had a good feel for the bids. By this time, I had created a large spreadsheet with details on the breakdown of costs for repair, underlayment used, warranty, etc. Rener (the owner) provided a very reasonable bid for roof/gutter. Not the lowest, but by no means the highest. And Rener explained every step (both in writing and in person) involved. A number of the lower bids were pretty short on details/warranty. If there was ever a question of material, installation, etc., his answer was the best of the people who came out. After he left I checked them out - great reviews, BBB standing, etc. It sounded like the real deal. And he offered one of the best warranties, has been in business long enough to establish a reputation, and is young enough to still be around if we need warranty service in the future.

Rener does not mess around with low-quality stuff. You should see the 6" gutters and leaf guard. I could do pull-ups on the hangers. I had them replace a custom skylight with a solar tube. Fixed cost, I figured I'd just get some cheap solar tube. No - they picked the most expensive version, with solar night light included. Also - how often can you find a business where you can call the owner and they get back to you quickly? After the install, Rener personally came to ask if I had any questions, and handed me a frame-able (embossed, fancy) 20-year Craftsmanship Warranty.

His crew was fast, friendly, and courteous, and the end product looks great. I don't normally write reviews, but I had a hard enough time finding a good roofer at a reasonable price that I wanted to share my positive experience. As I type this, I look over and see their sales pitch folder. On the front it says "Taking PRIDE in every job". I think that sums it up pretty well, actually. Pick Landmark, you won't be disappointed.

I needed to replace a leaky roof. Contacted Landmark because of their excellent reviews. Folks at Landmark called me back very shortly. After asking a few questions about the project they refused my business because it was not big enough for them. They said due to covid they take on only large projects. What covid has to do with it I do not know. Just be honest. I am left very disappointed.

Landmark completed a full exterior remodel on our house including HardiePlank siding, soffits, windows, masonry, gutters, and sliding doors. We were impressed with the quality of work as our house had numerous issues uncovered during the siding project (water damage, additional framing required, cutting to fit sliding doors, etc.). Landmark did a fantastic job on all accounts and it's obvious they take a lot of pride in their work, don't cut corners, and are open and honest about any issues discovered.

They were very professional and made an effort to keep the property clean during and after the project, which we greatly appreciated.

The house looks incredible and we're looking forward to enjoying our new siding and windows for years to come. I would not hesitate to recommend Landmark to anyone. Very impressed!

Rener and his team were fantastic, we had our house re-sided last summer with Hardie, replacing original Cedar, and had several windows replaced. Rener provided a lot of information and feedback into selecting the materials and provided samples. They were very professional and kept us in the loop on additional work or changes (such as replacing rotted plywood, adding insulation, etc...) that needed to be done. Victor was the main guy on site everyday and he was very polite. When the time comes, I'll plan on having them back out for the roof.
