These guys did an exceptional job replacing our roof. Out of all the quotes we received, theirs was the most competitive—without sacrificing quality or professionalism. I used to use a company by the name APEX. They have become the worst company I have ever delt with after it was sold to a some young Kid. Once I found First Choice and reached out to Shaun, I knew i was in good hands. Very communitive, sent me a quote via email and regular mail as a follow up. Shaun and his guys did an awesome job cleaning my roof and cleaning up all debris they even did my shed. I WILL be using First Choice in the future.

We have a very large and complicated tile roof, and Van did a great job cleaning off all the moss and cleaning the gutters. His cleanup of the dirt and debris from the house, windows and surrounding areas was WAY above what I expected. The initial bid process was also very efficient and competitive. I will definitely be calling them again in the future!

Original review: I had a really disappointing experience with Sean. When I reached out for a quote, I provided all the necessary details and photos of the roof damage to make the process smoother. However, Sean was unexpectedly rude and dismissive. He quickly became impatient, cut the conversation short, and said, “guess what, I’m not interested,” and then hang up on me. It seemed like he wasn’t willing to bother with a smaller job or provide the courtesy of a professional response. I wouldn’t recommend working with someone who treats potential customers like this.

Reply to the owner even though I don’t need to explain all this: A tree fell to my roof. I hired a tree removal company and also let them help me check the roof condition. They sent me the roof photo saying that it needs to be repaired. This is all I know. I’m not the roof expert. I can’t tell the difference between those conditions. I guess you guys are the experts so I called to ask for an inquiry? Turned out to be so surprisingly unprofessional and not helpful at all :)

The roofer came right on time and worked very efficiently. He was polite and didn't cause any disruption to us. After completing the job, He cleaned up thoroughly and took the time to discuss the condition of the roof with me. Overall, the work was excellent.

Upon checking a portion of our roof after the moss removal service, we do not believe their pressure washing method was as safe for our composite roof since quite a bit of the granules came off. Another task that was included in the roofing service was not completed as they claimed, so it was a bit disappointing and not as trustworthy.

I have used this company twice already. First one was in 2017 and due to the pandemic, I wasn't able to have my tile roof cleaned again until Feb of 2024. The clean roof held up to the 4 year guarantee and as always, they did an excellent job on cleaning our roof and the surrounding areas. Shaun was quick to respond to my request and Diego who did our roof in 2017 and Vanderlee today did an excellent job. The bid was fair and easily paid by phone after the work was completed. Just to let you know, we have a 2 story, 2,600 sq ft home with very steep roof pitch. I'm a very DIY guy when it comes to home maintenance except for this one. They'll be cleaning our roof again next time.

I hired this company to demoss my roof & clean out the gutters. Luckily I went outside before the big rain storm and found debris sticking out of the drainage pipes. I was able to pull about a foot of debris from the bottom of the drain pipes. We cleared out all the drain pipes (total of 4) ourselves & verified that the gutters were actually cleaned out.
Never again will I hire this company & nor should you.

Got a referral from a resident, they were prompt in communicating and the lowest in quote, but not forthcoming on warranty details or additional referrals, when i asked more details for it they decided to pull out of the job. Just the quote said lifetime labor warranty and done 13 homes around here, which isn't good enough for me to learn more details about.
