We had black gutters and downspouts installed to replace old and malfunctioning ones. Service was great, gutters look terrific. We had good experience with the crew and while communication about the install date and time was a bit less than optimal, things worked out and we were completely satisfied. Seattle Gutter Co. did an excellent job replacing my gutters. They removed and disposed of all the old gutters and installed new ones with mesh leaf guards. Not only did they clean up everything on the job site, leaving it pristine, but they also went above and beyond to address my concerns about hanging Holiday lights. Upon hearing my worry, they found hooks on Amazon that would work perfectly with my new gutters. I purchased these hooks and sprayed them black to match. Amazingly, they were nice enough to return and install the hooks for free!

Very thorough in the quote process and professional. Very amicable when dealing with them. I never received the pictures of my completed gutters is only reason for 4 stars but they seem to have held up through the recent week of rainy weather so far.

Two young men came to replace our old gutter, very professional and helpful, easy to communicate. They also resolved lots of my questions about the house and roof. I was planning to go with handyman before to fix the gutter leaking issue and unbalance issue, but after taking to them and understand the tips for installation, I believe it is better to work with them for a seamless gutter and avoid possible issues in the future. They also suggested and wait for me to paint the board behind the gutter to make it more durable. My neighbor saw their work and asked them to work on his gutter the next day.
