He came to our house multiple times to talk us through the various material options, colors, and even to discuss installation. Brian even helped us with the SC Safe Home program, which helped us earn grant money to cover a substantial portion of the new roof costs. In addition, this new roof was fortified! I have added peace of mind knowing that my home is protected from the daily elements and the more extreme ones like hail, wind, and hurricanes that we frequently experience in Charleston. After the project was done, Brian continued to go out of his way to help me complete the appropriate forms needed by my insurance to qualify for discounts. We had older gutters replaced which involved replacing rotted wood, replacing facia and installing larger gutters and downspouts, cladding the facia and installing leaf filters and new dams and downspouts.
Sea island residential did a great professional job in one day and left the site clean.

We noticed a potential roof issue. Brian was quick to respond, explained the situation clearly, and fixed the problem with empathy, honesty, confidence, and trust.

My roof was nearing 20 years and I just got a leak in my front room. I had not planned on a new roof, but I knew even a small leak could become a big disaster. I lost my husband in 2021 and had no idea where to start. I tried getting quotes and somehow my number was giving to over a hundred roofers. It was a struggle as I was just doing the research trying to find what needed to be done and a way to afford it. It was pure luck when I received a call from Brian / Sea Island Residential. I ended up qualifying for the grant and Brian came over, went over what needed to be done, ordered the supplies. All the stress was gone! I was not just getting a new roof, I was getting piece of mind. The SC Safe Home has strict guidelines all ensuring my home can endure storms to come for many years. My roof was completed within 2 days, his crew was respectful and efficient. They kept the mess to a minimum and made sure my yard was as clean when they left as it was when they came. I am extremely thankful to Brian and Sea Island Residential and his knowledge of the grant. I got the right person at the right time which is rare. I will reccomend them to anyone even thinking about replacing their roof. I appreciate the time and effort Brian took to ease my worries over a bad situation and it was all done start to finish just as he said it would be. I still worry about a lot of things, but my roof isn't one of them.

Sea Island replaced all of the siding on my home and painted the exterior. The siding and painting crews were total professionals and the entire project was finished in 5 days. Communication was top-level and all my questions were answered promptly. My house looks brand new and I can highly recommend Brian and Sea Island Residential!

Wanted to leave a very positive review for the guys at Sea Island Residential. Reached out to Brian in reference to completing the exterior look we were going for on our home. Brian worked with me in developing the idea to have 6 in black gutters with round down spouts and gutter guards. This went excellent with our white lime washed brick finish, black framed windows, accompanied with black fascia and soffit (Modern Farm House Look). Brian got the materials in quickly and was on site promptly to start the instillation. Then end product looked extremely professional and the round gutter really popped with the straight lines of the house. I would highly recommend Brian and the team at Sea Island Residential for anyone’s gutter needs.

Highly recommend Sea Island Residential. They installed our gutters in a timely and professional manner. They look great. Can't say enough about Josh! He was great!

I never had to wait for an answer or a timeline and the work was completed in one day with excellent clean up and thorough follow up to make sure everything was done right.

We just had gutters installed. The team was very responsive since the first time we reached out and provided the most reasonable quote. They completed the job within a week of us reaching out. Would highly recommend to anyone needing work on the exterior of their house.

I called Brian for a gutter quote on our home (why new homes come without gutters is a mystery to me but I digress)... Brian had a quote over the same day. I told him I'd like to move forward and he had the new gutters installed in just two days. In a post covid world where services expectations have went to $h1t do yourself a favor and call Brian. He picks up the phone, does what he says he is going to do, and provides a great product!

I recently used Sea Island Residential to repair the roof on the house that I sold last year. We moved into our current home in August. I had been very pleased with the work they did for me before. Brian responded promptly to my new request which was an entire roof replacement. He reviewed what was involved and provided all our options. The job was scheduled. His crew arrived promptly and ensured that our grounds were covered to protect our plants. They worked quickly and efficiently. Within a day and a half our job was completed. I’m a contractor also and I was impressed by the attention to detail. They installed a metal roof on my porch and sides of my house. The most important part of a roof is preparation, flashing and installation. I am very happy with the work and would use them again!

Josh was great! Very knowledgeable. Responsive to our questions. Made adjustments as needed. Brian was fantastic managing the estimate and scheduling the work.

These guys were unbelievably fast and a great price. They come out the day after I asked for a quote to start the installation. Josh was amazing! He came to finish in the rain the next day and super helpful with determining where we wanted downspouts installed. From the time I asked for a price to the time they were installed was 3 days. 100% recommend!

Found through Angi, first contractor to reply to my request (within minutes!), when other firms took several days. Gave me a fair and thorough quote, and executed exactly as described. Strong communication, and they were flexible when my schedule hit some snags. Got the job done on time, and cleaned up everything before leaving. Hope I won't need another roof for a few decades, but would definitely use these guys again!

I would highly recommend Sea Island Residential, LLC. I enjoyed working with BOTH brothers. I met with Greg at the beginning of the week for an estimate on having my 29 year old roof replaced. By the end of the week I had a brand new roof. From start to finish the job was completed in 7 hours. Both Greg and Brian stopped by during the installation to check on us and the work crew. They completed the job in a timely manner. The roofers perfectly cleaned up my entire property. They moved all of my outdoor furniture so nothing was damaged. They also covered my plants around the house. They were also reasonably priced. I had three estimates from other roofing companies. I highly recommend Sea Island.

Very professional company. Owner, Brian, personally came to my home. The other roofing companies sent out one of their employees to inspect the roof, and reported back to their office. Then someone from their office would send me their estimate of repairs. I didn’t talk to anyone about what was going on. After Brian went on the roof and inspected where I was having problems with the roof and sunroom leaking, he explained the problems and we discussed the best way to repair it. He gave me the pros and cons of fixing/ new roof. I had last replaced the roof in 2005. I felt that I was able to make the best decision for fixing my problems with the roof. This was the best company I have ever worked with for fixing problems with my home. I recommend them to anyone who needs their roof repaired/replaced.
