Gutter Boyz SC

They came out ostensibly to fix a leak in one of my gutters. I paid them, and the gutter continues to leak the same as before. While they were fixing things, they also scraped up the wood on my railings which I had to repaint. When he was proposing doing the work, the owner went on and on about how he stands by the work he does. Now that we’re trying to get him to come back, he dodges phone calls and refuses to commit to coming back to fix anything. If I could leave no stars I would.

Gutter boyz installed new gutters and gutter guards on our cottage at Kiawah and removed the old ones. They did fantastic work, for a fair price and on time!!

Wow! Blaming the customer is the business model evidently! Sorry you cannot take responsibility for your work - and you did cut the cable which we had to pay for. I think this is what you are referring to, this was so minor I had forgotten about it. It was $50 right? We pay our bills so insinuating that we don’t is libelous. You have presented yourself EXACTLY how I remember you.

Mitch & his team installed new gutters, down spouts , buried drain thru yard .. very knowledgeable. His crew had good suggestions and we were pleased with the work . Problem is now I have a down spout that has come undone ( rusted nails) and I can’t get them to come out & fix it . It’s a minor issue but surely they stand behind their work?

We have used Gutter Boyz personally for myself and professionally as a contractor on both large and small projects. In my opinion they are the best gutter company servicing the Charleston area. Not happy....$3500 for gutters and guards as recommended by Mitch 6-8 months ago. Currently the guards are covered with pine needles and leaves. He said if they ever stop up he would come clean them out. They say they will be glad to come out for $275 to clean out. The gutters are all on the same level. Cannot take more than two hours max. I was told this was the best gutter guards and that is what he would put on his house. .......untrue! Stay away!!!

Absolute best experience ever! I would highly recommend this company for your gutter needs. My mother needed her gutters replaced and dealing with Hillary to set everything up was a breeze. They called before they came and were right on time. Mark, Steve, and Jermone came and had the work completed and cleaned up in 2 hours. I am extremely pleased with the outcome my gutters look great. Mitch, the owner came by to look at the job and offer recommendations. His crewcamewithin the time frame he mentioned. His crew was professional, efficient and polite. Did the job well, in record time and left a clean job site. Also ran a French drain for me. They were very reasonable. FIVE STARS!

We worked with Mitch and could not be happier. I waited to write this review until after we'd had a few rainstorms and, for the first time since owned the house, we don't have standing water all over the yard or a waterfall blocking the front door. The gutters look great (a trick-or-treating neighbor just commented on how good they look), but I also appreciated Mitch's help with the entire water problem we'd been dealing with. After talking with him, we slightly delayed putting in a new driveway so that we could put in a french drain running from one of the downspouts, across the driveway, and then into the drainage ditch. Works like a charm.

If needing gutters on your home ? Look no further !! The job was completed , and no loose ends for me to finish perfectly. The gutters it's self handles the terential down pours of this area with no overflow. These are 6" gutters. The installers were very professional and prudent. Ben the sales rep is honest and very knowledgeable of the gutter system. After installation, Ben also put his own finishing touches to the job showing his personal pride of his product. Our gutters turned out amazing! We use to have a few waterfalls coming off the house and we couldn't be happier with the outcome! Ben is awesome and is extremely easy to reach if you have any questions. I highly recommend these guys for your new gutters!

Ben did a good job presenting the product and the crew arrived a couple of days later and installed the gutters and downspouts. Everything looks great. Looking forward to good drainage off my roof and no more waterfalls.

The work that was done on my house was amazing. Ben broke down every cost and explained every detail. He gave me numerous options and let me decide what I wanted, while also explaining the possible problems I may have for not selecting certain things.

Great communication when It came to explaining their product as well as great and friendly staff! Great pricing!!! We LOVVVEEEDDD the finished product once installed. It worked perfectly as we anxiously watched the rain get caught and flow through the gutters. I highly recommend this company to install your gutters !!!

They were done very quickly, nice quality, great price, great workers . Now we are just ready for it to rain so we can try them out . Also if you experience any problems after the installation they will come back out and fix it for you. They also support the military by giving a military discount which my husband and I were very grateful for to get.
