Graham and his them did an excellent job replacing our roof at a fair and competitive price. Graham responded to all our questions and concerns patiently and with good humor. Cleanup was excellent -after the job was complete, you could not tell they had been there. We highly recommend Scout roofing and Construction.

I recently had my roof and gutters replaced after some hail damage back in May, and like most homeowners, I was dreading the process of finding a reliable contractor. That changed when I found Scout Roofing and Construction. From the first meeting with Graham, it was clear he cared about the quality of his work and his customers.

Graham treated me like a neighbor, not just a client. He walked us through different options for the replacement, met with my insurance adjuster to ensure nothing was overlooked, and kept in contact every step of the way. I was on the fence about a gutter guard system, but I am so glad we chose to install the RainDrop gutter guard system Graham offered. Long gone are the days of the frustration filled days of cleaning my gutters.

On the day of the job, he arrived early (portable restroom in tow for his crew) and made sure everything, including my plants and outdoor furniture, was protected. He even brought lunch for his team and checked in with them throughout the day.

The crew did a fantastic job, and the cleanup was so thorough that my yard and patio looked better than it did before they arrived. Graham’s attention to detail was impressive. He inspected the work himself to make sure it met his standards and, more importantly, that I was completely satisfied.

I’ve used Scout Roofing twice in the last 18 months. The first time was for my roof that was damaged and denied by my insurance company. Graham came and checked it out and it was fixed in less than a day. The second time I called was for my patio roof that was rotting due to rain water collecting. Graham and his crew did an outstanding job removing the old rotten parts and repairing with gutter added. It’s better than it was 10 years ago when we moved in! Graham is on time, courteous, helpful and does what he says he will do!

Graham and his team were fantastic. I've used Scout twice and both times I was very happy with the communication, the finished product, the price, and the job Graham did working with my insurance. When a tree fell on my house in the middle of the night, Graham was our first call and he should be yours too.

I had a small job to replace the dormer sidings on a 3-story townhouse. randomly googled and found this company. didn't see any guys and the job was done already in one week! only texted with Graham, who is a great guy! highly recommended.

We really had a challenge with having our house next to a ton of trees. The gutters would get full and sometimes caused water to get into the house. Scout Roofing gave us a reasonable price to make sure we don't have an issue again! And I know the front elevation had to be a challenge on the hilly terrain, but no issues for these guys! They also fixed some issues they found with my roof as well that could have escalated if not addressed.

I contacted Scout Roofing for a leak around my chimney. Graham was responsive, on time and took my concerns seriously. We talked options and he got me a quote quickly. When his worker came to fix the leak he was thorough and took pictures of everything he found and how it was fixed. Happy to say no leak the last time it rained! After the strong winds on March 3rd. I found Scout roofing and construction. They are very professional. The owner showed up for our meeting on time. He sat down with us and explained everything in detail and explained the insurance side as well. They were very fast at getting our roof done. They used nets to keep nails and stuff out of our yard. They even put a porta potty in our yard for the guys. I really recommend this company!

My roof was damaged during the December 2021 tornadoes. Graham provided excellent service from start to finish. He walked me through the claims process and the subsequent installation. He also knows a little something about Tennessee Titan football.

A tree limb fell on the roof of my residence and damaged the roof. I also had rotting wood and damage to roof in another area of the house. Graham Goodloe thoroughly inspected the roof and presented me with a detailed report- including pictures- of his findings. He was readily available with follow up calls to answer any questions and concerns that I had.
He also replaced the failing gutter system. His team did amazing work and professional repairs. The new gutters are amazing.

Even after coming out multiple times to redocument information for the claim, he was always friendly, prompt, and communicative. I was so happy with their work that I had them put gutter guards on my home in Nashville and do roofing and woodwork repairs. I highly recommend Scout Roofing. They are first rate. I am impressed by their high quality work. The pictures they taken before and after made very easy to prove their quality! Also the whole process is very simple with no need to be presented. They gave detailed quote, showing where needs to be replaced with options for upgrade. Then the agreement of repair and final payment are all done through email - this made very easy for remote owner.

Graham Goodloe, the owner, personally came out and inspected my roof and gutters and recommended that I have RainDrop gutter guards installed. He also found two "soft spots" on my roof which was two years old at the time. I called Local Roofing, the company that installed my new roof, and was told that if it wasn't leaking it wasn't a problem. I asked Graham to look into it and make the repairs necessary when they installed the RainDrop guards. They did a beautiful job and took pictures of the before and after repairs. The "soft spots" pics showed that the wood beneath the shingles was completely rotted and had been for some time. The repairs they made before the leaks started potentially saved me much more than the cost of the repairs. If I ever need any type of roof work done in the future I will diffently call Scout Roofing.

Graham is very knowledgeable about roofing issues. He listened to my roofing issues and was able to fix the water leak I was concerned about. He also found another water leak I was unaware of at the time. He showed up when he said he was going to and he and his crew got the work done on my roof within a day.
