I can't think of a better contractor to call when I had storm damage to my roof. He was able to come out and give an estimate very quickly. The work was completed in 2 days with the damaged areas replaced and a new metal roof installed.
When I built a garage, Scott's team installed the roof and the vinyl siding and eaves. I've always been happy with the work.

We recently experienced water seeping through 3 of 4 walls in our finished basement during the heavy rain and storms on a Saturday in March 2025. The carpet in all the rooms was wet, and there was some standing water in our master bathroom. I called the insurance company on Monday because the smell was getting bad and even though my neighbors and I tried to get the carpet dried out some with shop vacs, it just kept seeping in. I was told that this was not covered under our current insurance policy.

I called Scott Dennis Contracting and Scott came to Dayton that Monday to assess the situation and had a crew at my house Tuesday morning to begin the long process of getting everything out of the basement and put fans and dehumidifier in to start the drying out process.

The crew was willing to do anything to help us. We packed everything up and as we finished a piece of furniture or number of boxes, they loaded it on a box truck and trailer. Then they began removing the carpet and vinyl and let everything dry out.

Once it was dry, they began to put everything back together. They installed luxury vinyl plank, repaired walls, installed baseboards throughout and made sure that everything was done to our satisfaction.

If I ever have another problem like this again, I would definitely call Scott and his crew again. They were easy to work with, dependable, hard working, cleaned up and hauled trash away each day and were always available to answer questions or make suggestions on how to fix something that we couldn't figure out.

Quick response time when my basement flooded. Scott worked with my insurance company to get it covered. When the reconstruction was done you couldn’t even tell it had flooded. Highly recommend.
