We had to get a whole new roof after storm damage. Schultheis was quick to respond with a visit from one of the owners who presented options to us along with detailed communication of the process. With a very busy schedule due to the storm, they did their best to schedule us as soon as they could. The workers arrived on time and worked very hard and tirelessly like a well-oiled machine. The foremen communicated with us throughout the day and answered all our questions clearly. All of them were very courteous and respectful of our property. Before they left, they inspected the property thoroughly for nails and other debris, carefully returned items that had to be moved, and left our property very clean and in order. Also, the roof looks great, and the foremen showed us exactly how they were nailing the shingles so our roof would be protected. It seems the materials they use are high quality and storm-tested. As one person told me when we were looking for a roofer, "Schultheis would not have stayed in business this long if they weren't doing a good job."

Needed to have a condensate pump replaced. The tech not only did the work but he also did a quick furnace inspection, fixed a minor leak that he saw, and left the place clean and orderly. Gave me a few tips as well. Super friendly and quick. Great experience.

On 4/15/25 Schulteis Bros. called me to ask if I would like to get my spring AC/heat pump service. I was delighted to move my service to that afternoon rather than waiting until the end of May. When the technician arrived I was quite surprised. Josh was extremely pleasant, well spoken and professional. As the service call went on I found him to be competent, knowledgeable, and I could tell he was enjoying his job. He gave me a helpful review of the condition of my equipment when he finished. This young man deserves a pat on the back for approaching his job and his customer with enthusiasm. Schulteis Bros has made an excellent decision in hiring Josh and I wish him well. I hope I’ll get the pleasure of having him back next spring.

We just had an AC and furnace with humidifier installed and everything went perfectly! Jamie and his helper did a great job. Very professional, could answer all of my questions, and left with everything all cleaned up. Would highly recommend.

Why aren't there 10 stars? As always, the service I received yesterday for our routine maintenance was excellent. The super nice technicians were not only nice and professional, but were so happy to help me understand my furnace and especially my humidifier so much better. After over 40 years as a customer, I can tell you there is none better for great reliable service. No matter which office you try, I'm sure they will deliver great service.

Marcus inspected our boiler this morning and was fantastic to work with. He was patient with the questions I had about our system and incredibly informative in his answers. We were well taken care of by Marcus and appreciate his help today.

We had a new furnace installed in February and could not be more pleased with the quality of the installers as well as their polite and very professional way of handling the install. Matt is quite good at customer service and seems to show quite a bit of integrity and care regarding his job. Very impressed with both young men.

Absolutely wonderful to deal with. Serviced our heating and cooling for years. Our 36 year old heater completely broke, they serviced us that day and installed a new unit within 48 hours. Workers were kind and knowledgeable. Pricing was appropriate. Highly recommend using them!

I would avoid these guys. They left the installation with gaping gaps in the ductwork that you could see. They had to come back out with some sort of duct tape solution. Now, a few months later, our first winter with this new system, it’s hit or miss. We’ve awakened to 50° temps in our home multiple mornings. The new, expensive unit keeps tripping a circuit breaker and when you call to get assistance they pretty much ghost you. We’ve called so many times and only got responses half the time. Someone came out to check on our situation and hopefully improve it, all they ended up doing was giving us empty talk that didn’t fix anything. It’s 2025, you can find better work and better service elsewhere.

Mike is a consummate professional, experienced and knowledgeable about all systems, and excellent at keeping homeowners advised of what he is doing in a courteous and thoughtful manner.

Marcus did an excellent job upgrading my 25 yr old Lennox furnace control board. He's has a pleasant personality, and answered all my questions courteously.

The entire process of getting a new roof and gutters was painless. Schultheis Bros were in constant communication about the project, and during the project even found the siding was bad and corrected that as well. As soon as they left from finishing the roof, I called them back for HVAC.

Recently had issue with water from an addition we put on our house. We reached out to Schultheis to get a quote. They were responsive and scheduled time to come out in a few weeks and provided a reasonable quote and pictures showing the issue. They completed the work last week and we have since had rain. Fast, reliable service! Yesterday, I could tell my aging AC unit was not coming out cold. I called Schultheis right away yesterday morning. Talked to the nicest staff member, Lisa. She assured me I would be called with an appointment by the end of the day. They scheduled me quickly. Dan arrived this morning, prompt. Personable, kind. Was quick with the repair and explained everything to us in detail. I needed work done on my condensation line in my basement and Dan immediately put in to the company to give me a quote and a date for repair. I was called an hour later with a quote and a date. I was stunned at how fast, efficient and reliable this company is. Knew they were well recommended, but this was even better than expected. Thank you, Schultheis! Jamie and Tony did a great job installing our 3 ton Goodman A/C unit today! They were on time, very friendly, polite, and worked steady. Jamie explained in detail all aspects of the installation and the operation of the A/C unit and the new thermostat. The cleanup was perfect after 5 hrs of work. We currently use Schultheis Bros for our HVAC yearly maintenance. Great job!

I have worked with Schultheis Bros on two different roofs and have had an excellent experience. They were easy to work with and it was the best price around from such an established group! I worked with Patty to find a date that fit our busy schedule and avoided the rain. Steve and his crew were courteous and worked hard to get our big job done in two days.

The roofing team spent about 12 hours at our house working in 80 degree heat. Everyone one was professional. They worked diligently all day long, were friendly, and completed our roofing job in one day. They did a regular shingle roof and a flat roof that needed re-sloped. And they left the yard and driveway cleaner than when they arrived.

Schultheis Bros. came and did a rip and replace of my 31 year old air conditioner unit. The process from start to finish was very easy - someone came out and checked it, let me know what I needed and within a day there was someone here giving me a proposal. Once the equipment was ordered, the team was here within another day to install everything for me. The job was done quick and efficiently - they took all the old stuff with them and we're all set for the summer.

My wife and I are so very happy with the job done for us..Seth and Steve know their craft and do it well..Schultheis has been are go to for our furnace air conditioner and now our new siding..Never been disappointed.

I recently purchased an old home with an exisiting furnace/AC system that was installed by Schultheis Brothers back in 1989! It was still working but obviously it was time to replace with something new and more energy efficient. I contacted a handful of local HVAC companies and ultimately decided to have Schultheis Bros handle the new install. The salesman was very helpful and answered all my questions. The guys who came to do the install were courteous and cleaned up after themselves nicely as well. I've had a good experience thus far and look forward to receiving continued excellent customer care through the coming years on my new HVAC system.

Daryl called 15 minutes before arrival. was on time and did a thorough job on the AC unit. pointed out that i have a problem with the water heater. i thanked him for pointing it out and help me avoiding a major issue later. Thank you Daryl.

Schultheis did a great job replacing our roof. They showed up early and worked late to get the job completed very quickly. They were able to fix some structural problems with a covered porch and correct some design problems with the previous gutter system. They did an incredible job cleaning everything up as well.

We just had Schultheis replace a flat roof on our house. They did a VERY thorough job, with attention to detail making sure to not cut corners that would eventually cause issues. Very highly recommend.

Haha, please excuse the name with the account. So, we have a furnace that is at least 48 years old. (It was old when we bought our house 27 years ago). Within the past 10 days or so, the pilot started acting up. We went to youtube to see if we could fix it. Well, it worked for a day or two, then started acting up again. We called several places to see if anyone was available to come and look at it to see if it was the pilot, or should we get a new furnace. Schultheis Bros was the first one to respond. We set up an appointment for Monday, March 18, 2024 at 8:00AM with Dan. He was right on time. He came in and looked at the furnace and did his best to prolong the life of the furnace, but its' time had come. His advice was solid with his recommendation to get a new furnace. Dan was able to contact Rich and we made an appointment for the next day. Rich came out and got right to work where he took measurements, gave us options to consider, and took the time to answer our questions. Due to it being a bit colder this week, and our furnace acting up, Schultheis Bros was able to install our furnace two days later with some of the best professionals we've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. BIG SHOUT OUT TO JAMIE AND MATT! From start to finish, this was the BEST customer service we've ever received! Please keep in mind, this was a turn-around from seeing Dan on Monday, to having our furnace installed today (Thursday). Jamie and Matt took the time to explain things, and were very detailed with their answers. We HIGHLY recommend Schultheis Bros for your furnace installation needs.

Schultheis Brothers Heating, Cooling and Roofing was called when a furnace stopped working and we learned that the man we had used for heating and cooling for decades had retired. We were so pleased with the highly professional service we received from everyone at Schultheis Brothers, from (1) all the phone staff we interacted with, (2) the very experienced representative who came out quickly to diagnose the problem and give us the approximate price to repair versus the cost of a new furnace, (3) the sales rep who came next to provide us with options for the new furnace after we decided to go that route, through (4) the lead installer (Jessy?} who did the actual installation and oversaw the work of another technician. A+ for professionalism at every step during a very busy holiday season.

Mike came out for a diagnostic service call. Same day. Our unit needed a new motor- it was an older piece and they had just one in stock and mike came back the following day to install it. He was AMAZING- so much knowledge and so pleasant to deal with. One of those people you didn't mind if he stuck around and made a little convo after. Really nice to talk to while getting the job done and in such a timely manner!

When the unit finally came in, the technicians showed up when they said they would. Dealing with the office and technicians was pleasant and professional experience. I recommend their service.

We have used Schultheis for two furnaces and two AC units over the years, and their service techs are friendly and accommodating. I’d like to see them adopt a checklist for quality assurance, as they seem to leave that up to the customer. EDIT: got the checklist, which was completed on the day of service.

Schultheis has always sent very capable technicians. Had a prior service, technician noticed a leak in the basement not related to the equipment he was repairing. He pointed it it’s an out to me and saved a much more costly repair.
Technicians are always friendly, experienced and efficient.

They did an excellent job inspecting our roof to make sure we're good to go for the upcoming winter. They inspected and cleared the gutters of debris and blew away the mess.
