Karl GMC of Marshalltown

I've purchased 2 new vehicles from Karl GMC and they've done a great job getting me exactly what I've wanted.

We were working out the details and numbers for their used 22 and my trade in. The first number was extremely low. They came back at a much better detailed price difference. I told them I would take that deal then the salesman said sorry my apologies I mis understood my managers price. After giving me a detailed price difference, I understand mistakes but this is not professional nor acceptable.

I've had the opportunity to utilize Karl's of Marshalltown a couple of times this year and I can't express how happy and grateful I am to have them in our neighborhood! Professional, polite and accommodating! Keep up the great work Karl's!!

Kind staff, professional, super helpful in all regards . Bought a new Jeep and have had multiple stops for service on other vehicles. I will be going back whether they want me or not.

They just got me a new GMC Sierra after my vehicle had hail damage. They are handling the repair of my trade in and allowed me to go ahead with my new vehicle since repair times are a little backed up. They made things so easy.

There new showroom is really nice. Wasn't shopping though. Just doing janitorial work for them. They're great to work for though. Very nice people.

As a tow truck driver I absolutely love coming here especially now with the new building they are always so accommodating and willing to help me get my vehicle into the spot they need it to be in as well as being accommodating to me as a person thank you so much for the great experience it's not too often I get that as a driver looking forward to the next time I come back!!!!!! Will always recommend as a place to go get new vehicles as well!!!!! Hands down love the service and the people who bring It Forward!!!!! Thank you again!!!!

Started off fine until we got to the service section, after pulling the vehicle into the vay we were told to go to the waiting room, no further questions were asked and no updates were given. Took 2 hours for an oil change (along with entire vehicle look over), once the service was done it took quite awhile to pay as there were "program errors" which ended up being operator error. The charge wasn't bad but communication and understanding of the programs that are used are key.
