I feel I was lied to often by Opbroek on getting my truck repaired properly.
The wash bay has excellent pressure but it did not rinse off my pickup well.
This is not professional nor acceptable.
No updates were given during the service.
Took 2 hours for an oil change with no communication.

I was very disappointed with my experience with Marshalltown. I feel I was lied to often by Opbroek on getting my truck repaired properly. It’s was so bad that it gave me the feeling that the mechanics, shop and service manager have zero idea what they are doing. I will let everyone I know about this awful experience I had.

This review is for the car wash. I used my car wash coupon for the wash bay after service. For a $13 wash you would expect the vehicle to be clean and it is certainly not clean. I think the wash bay has excellent pressure but it did not rinse off my pickup well. There was dirt on the box and soap remained on the doors.

My husband and I moved from Florida to Marshalltown Iowa, Me personally I have never been in the snow! We managed to start off with a 2019 jeep patriot which we purchased from “ WOW = world of wheels,” Which it was very easy to drive off with a vehicle if u need something quick and cheap, BUT I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL! The jeep patriot had more issues that came out more than the price of the vehicle itself! Also took them almost 5 months to send out my plates! But than their is Karl’s!! I stopped there To get work done on the Jeep patriot and I ended up driving out with a newer vehicle 2020 Subaru Forrester, No money down, I only traded in the jeep, the Subaru had about 40,000 miles on it!! Brand spanking new for me!!!! They were so helpful, Understanding, Realistic, I am having some issues with the vehicle after a year, which I can’t wait to take it to Karl’s because I know they will take care of me! We were working out the details and numbers for their used 22 and my trade in. The first number was extremely low. They came back at a much better detailed price difference. I told them I would take that deal then the salesman said sorry my apologies I mis understood my managers price. After giving me a detailed price difference, I understand mistakes but this is not professional nor acceptable.

They just got me a new GMC Sierra after my vehicle had hail damage. They are handling the repair of my trade in and allowed me to go ahead with my new vehicle since repair times are a little backed up. They made things so easy.

As a tow truck driver I absolutely love coming here especially now with the new building they are always so accommodating and willing to help me get my vehicle into the spot they need it to be in as well as being accommodating to me as a person thank you so much for the great experience it's not too often I get that as a driver looking forward to the next time I come back!!!!!! Will always recommend as a place to go get new vehicles as well!!!!! Hands down love the service and the people who bring It Forward!!!!! Thank you again!!!!

Started off fine until we got to the service section, after pulling the vehicle into the vay we were told to go to the waiting room, no further questions were asked and no updates were given. Took 2 hours for an oil change (along with entire vehicle look over), once the service was done it took quite awhile to pay as there were "program errors" which ended up being operator error. The charge wasn't bad but communication and understanding of the programs that are used are key.
