Schoen's Roofing

Schoen's did a great job with our new siding, soffit, fascia, gutters, and downspouts. The crews they used were friendly, on time, and hard-working--very professional. They did beautiful work. Phil did an excellent job putting in the new windows! Foreman Brendan came out a few times to check on the work and answer any questions we had. Jeremy did a good job helping us choose what we needed and would look nice. Summer and Chelsea were very professional and nice when I spoke with them. Our home will look beautiful for a long time to come.

The people that we talked to, the sales team and office staff, were very courteous and professional. We had them working on a rental house and they never told us when they were coming, then forgot one thing to do had to come back. Never told us when they were coming back Just did it and then sent a bill. When we were first contacting them, we told them we had shingles and they said “You have a very common shingle, we will always have it. You can return yours.” So we returned the shingles. The next week when they were supposed to come work on the roof, we got contacted by them asking which shingles they needed to go buy. So then we had to wait for them to go buy the shingles. Then after the job where they only used about three of the shingles, they were going to keep the leftover. I understand in some cases this is very common however we had shingles to begin with, had to wait for them to order new ones and then they were going to keep the whole bundle that we paid for. Other than that, they were fairly quick and seemed to have gotten the job done.

This is a great roofing company. The people are very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They explained the process from beginning to end. Work crew was great and they finished roof in one day. Did excellent job of cleaning up. Highly recommend!

Schoen's installed a new roof for me several years ago after a hail storm. Unfortunately the shingles ended up being defective after a few years. Schoen's handled all the requirements of the shingle company in order to have the warranty honored, including sending in shingles and repeated requests for more photos. They stuck with it for almost a year and a half (that's how long the shingle company drug it out) until it got settled. We did have a miscommunication regarding a date for the install, resulting in me incurring some expenses that ended up being unnecessary, and credit to Schoen's, they covered my costs related to that miscommunication without my even asking. I have found their customer service to be unparalleled, and they gave gone above and beyond in helping me navigate the warranty for my shingles. Good quality work, and great customer service!

They were competitive on their pricing and offer the best warranty. They did a great job and were careful to pick after the job was completed. Dustin was very good at communicating and overseeing the job from start to finish. I would highly recommend them!

Wind storm tore shingles off the roof and Anthony had a crew out in 2 days to fix the missing shingles!!

Wonderfull job done in a timely fashion. Everything that was discussed prior to the work started was completed without issues. They did a good job of cleaning up after the work. They did all the heavy lifting with my insurance company.

Jeremy came out and evaluated my roof (Italian clay tiles, 3 areas of concern). We had leaks. He figured out the causes and had a plan to fix the areas. Once completed, I was shown the repairs via pictures (great way keep me informed). I was relieved of the price! $8800.00 CHEAPER! 2 other local Roofing companies wanted to remove tiles and then repair the areas that were not needed (my guess is to inflate the cost).

Working with Matt from Schoen's roofing was easy and he answered all my questions. The crew who did the roof were fast and efficient. They did our roof in 1 day and you could not even tell we had the roof done as there was no visual evidence (nails, shingle pieces, etc) lying on the ground. Would definitely recommend this company and will use them again if needed.

Roofing crew was efficient - in and out and got the work done. I did ask them to go through the entire yard with their magnet to make sure they got as many nails picked up as possible and unfortunately they didn't. With having a little dog and 4 children I would have appreciated the extra check over or at least let me walk around with it and check if they didn't want to. I found quite the handful of nails just on the east side of the house. That would be my only complaint. Just to be more diligent in their clean up effort and maybe more aware to not stomp on plants while eating lunch on my porch but that's a minor issue. Other than that all seemed good. They arrived around 7 and were done by 4

The 60+ mph we had last week ripped a section of our storage barn off! Called Schoen's this morning and one their guys was out this afternoon and fixed it!!!

We had a problem with the eave troughs Schoen's had installed. Once we called, they quickly came and fixed the issue completely!

After the devastating winds came through Falls City Tanner was down there first thing taking care of customers needs and putting temporary patches on peoples houses that weren’t even customers of his. That’s the kind of personal dedication Tanner as well as Schoens Roofing should be proud of.

I told Tanner about a wind storm that hit our town a couple weeks ago & he was there the next day helping the community put up tarps and helping home owners assess the damage of their homes. He came back into town and followed up with the homeowners for several days after the storm. His dedication and compassion to our community did not go unnoticed.

We have had Schoen’s Roofing do all of our roofing. They were there when we had tremendous storm damage. They are very particular, respectful and left our home with no mess. I have also had them do siding and windows too. This spring they will be spraying sealant on a metal roof for us.

Anthony Schoen with Schoen's roofing has been great to work with over the years. With all the storms we've had in the last 5 years or so their crew has been excellent. They've replaced our roof twice helped us with our siding and gutters. And what impresses me most is their cleanup. You won't find a better group out there.
