Always dedicated to the job at hand. Come spring Thomas and his great crew will be back to point, repair and/or replace the northern side of my house.

My house's chimney was leaking large amounts of water. Tom and his crew arrived and flashed my chimney both on the same day, with very reasonable pricing as well. My chimney no longer leaks. I'll most certainly be using Tom and his crew in the future for related jobs.

We hired Tom to replace the insulation in our attic. While that was happening he discovered that there had been a fire at some point in the history of our house and that the original repairs were not done correctly. He showed me everything that was wrong and explained how he was going to fix it. It wound up being a bigger project than we had anticipated but everything is now correct and I am not worried about any roof or attic issues. We plan on hiring Tom in the future.

Tom and his team repaired, resealed, and in some places, rebuilt our box gutters on our 1901 Victorian. People that know box gutters are few and far between. Many contractors wanted us to rip them out or rebuild them entirely for an astronomical fee. Tom and his team were up front about the unknowns and surgically inspected all 180 ft for damage. They did locate a leak near a bay window that needed significant repair. Tom and his team, with our permission, tore out the rotten wood and rebuilt the bay window surround, retaining what was salvageable, and resided the window in beautiful Hardy board. We are so pleased with the outcome. We know the gutters are good for another 15 years, our front window got a modernized face lift, and will definitely have Scheirers back again in the future for additional work. Tom has such a broad range of skills, was a pleasure to work with, and takes so much pride in his work.

I hired Scheirers to complete a tear down and rebuild of my detached garage block wall and install a french drain prior to rebuilding. They were affordable, professional, on time, and finished the project in a timely manner. And now my garage wall isn't in danger of falling in! Thanks guys!
