I got my roof and gutters replaced by Scarlett Roof and Gutters two weeks ago. I am happy with their jobs and would recommend to my friends.

Incredibly happy with the way that Erfan and team were able to help us with our roof replacement after we had a leak right into our living room. They were able to complete the job in just 3.5 days, and did a great job of cleaning up the mess as they went. We were tested with a big hailstorm right after they finished, and the new roof kept us dry. Thanks for the great job and the hard work!

Irfan and his team completed the roofing and siding work on my home. I received five quotes from renovation contractors, and Irfan provided the most reasonable one. It was good service. Erfan was knowledgeable. Last summer he said my skylight was lacking screws and needs to be repaired otherwise it would not pass the winter, and I felt lucky to have his buddy to come and rescrew my skylights. My tool shed that I did not bother to ask them to rescrew indeed experienced a leak in the past winter. So Erfan was right. Thanks Erfan.

We had our roof etc replaced and a very large skylight replaced due to a very extensive crack in it. Erfan formulated a plan for our situation and was very considerate of what we had to say and ask. He was courteously firm about the parts of the job that needed immediate attention. I had the pleasure of meeting Erfan today. He came to inspect some water damage to my ceiling after I discovered my gutters were severely clogged and water was being pooled.

Erfan came within 24 hours and even on a Sunday! He quickly helped me unclogged my gutters so the water could finally drain down preventing further damage and gave me some really good advice to clear my gutters and what to look out for to prevent future issues.

He did all this without charging me a cent. A really honest and hard working tradesman.

I will be using Erfan for any of my future needs.

Erfan is absolutely amazing. Stressed out about the roof. He made me feel comfortable and assured me that everything would be OK my biggest issue was he fixes the roof how do I really know if it’s not leaking anymore because I don’t wanna go into the attic he said he’ll come by in a month or two to check if there’s any leaks I don’t know how many guys would actually do that. Answered all of my questions, and was extremely kind. And efficient with his work in and out within six hours. I had about four leaks. He repaired them all. Can’t say enough good things about him just ask him to come by and give you a free quote.

I used their gutter replacing service. Great planning/work, patient communication/education, very reasonable price. We even discussed potential roof leakage.

The only thing that's a little off is the leaf protectors have many holes on both sides for screwing, but only a part of them have screws on. I checked it's still stable and I suppose it's done this way due to some professional considerations.

The only thing that might stop me from giving 5 starts is if the system doesn't work in the future, but it has been almost a month and everything is fine. They're definitely on the top of my list for any related future work!

Ifran from Scarlet Roofing was an absolute life saver! He went above and beyond for us to finally fix a leak in our roof that we had 3 other attempts made by other companies in the last year. I wish we had found Scarlet Roofing first!! Ifran was so thorough, and we haven’t had a leak since. We know we don’t have a great roof and will need a new one in 5 years or so and when we do we will call Ifran without any hesitation! Let’s just say we’ve had some roof issues. Our roofers did the roof incorrectly when we built. 10 years later, our roof has problems. We hired a company to fix it and they actually made it much, much worse (but still took our money). Then we hired Scarlet Roofing. They are so kind. Very easy to deal with. They cleaned up after themselves (unlike the last company, who threw their scraps in our bushes). They handled the job with pride and respect. When we voiced our concerns about how the roof repairs would weather, the response we got was ‘I know you’ve had a couple of bad experiences. But this is now my work, and it is my responsibility.’ We feel very cared for with this company. Would highly recommend.

Irfan from Scarlet Roofing did a very good job with fixing the rotting wood behind my fascia. They replaced the wood, installed a new fascia board, installed metal fascia (which I didn’t have precisely, and reinstalled the gutters and railing. Good workmanship and very personably individual. The staff that work with him were also very personable.
