I highly recommend SC Solutions Home Inspections for a detailed inspection report delivered promptly. He was even able to provide us with a ballpark estimate for the repairs noted in the inspection report. Scott is great to work and communicated very well with us during the entire process. He speaks English and Spanish which was great for us since our Spanish is not very good.

Scott and SC Solutions responded quickly to my need for a home inspection in Puerto Rico. He also showed up on time for the appointment. He is a native English speaker, so we could both easily understand 100% of what the other person was saying, which is helpful when talking about the details of inspection results. He’s also lived on the island for a really long time, so I think his Spanish is also good and proficient. I also thought his pricing was reasonable and he had a good, customer-oriented attitude. All around, I definitely recommend him.
