Had S&C replace our roof on our newly purchased house. Michael was very polite and thorough, great pricing and the finished product looks great! I highly recommend C and S Construction! The crew arrived early the morning of the day scheduled for my home repairs to my home. The crew were kind and professional. Omara listened and saw my concerns about the repairs that needed to be done. The crew went above and beyond to complete the replacement of three of my front porch beam supports . The crew even did extra touches! They completed the repairs and sent my updates throughout the day with photos of the completed job as I was at work . Micheal Sasso, the crew chief made sure I had his contact information ahead of time and was excellent with giving me updates . Mr. Sasso reviewed the job himself apon completion to make it was completed to my expectations. The crew were every thorough in their clean up of the area they were working in . I was very impressed by this also. The completed painting of the beams, more then met my expectations! I wish I could give the rating of 10 Gold stars as that is the level of quality of high work that this company provides! I would definitely use them again if needed. S&C Construction knows roofing. From the very start, it was evident that Michael Sasso knows roofing. He was professional all the way: meeting deadlines, communicating with the insurance adjuster, keeping us updated throughout the project. The job was completed on time and his crews did a magnificent job of cleaning up when the job was completed.
We were so pleased with the color of the new roof, we added new gutters all around.

Michael Sasso, Owner of S & C Construction came to our home after wind & hail storm hit several homes on my street. He took pictures of our roof & marked hail damage to show us. He let us know then that Insurance Companies might not pay, but he referred us, & worked closely with the Licensed Consultant to confer with Insurance. Michael was always available by text & phone for the many questions we had. Michael and the Consultant were persistent in ongoing negotiations with Insurance until it was finalized. We have a beautiful new roof thanks to Michael & Russ.

Michael & his team went above and beyond on our kitchen and bathroom renovation. We were moving from out of state and he did his best to meet our tight timeline and even helped with furniture deliveries for us when we couldn’t be there. His crews did quality work and were very professional.

S&C Construction did a wonderful job of installing a new roof for us. The crew arrived at 7:30 AM. The new roof was up, clean up was completed, and crew gone right around 6:00 PM. Great job!! Would highly recommend.
