Logan and his crew did a great job for me. One day for most of the work using a large crew. He gave me the best price of the four contractors I had asked to quote and offers the GAF 25/50 year Golden Pledge warranty. My yard was cleaner after his crew left than it was when he started. I am very pleased with the results and have no reservation recommending his service.

We just had our roof replaced and new gutters installed. The experience was excellent from estimate to the clean up. We couldn’t ask for a better price, quality or customer service experience. Highly recommended.

Sawyers replaced a roof for my mother at the end of August this year. 6 months after the passing of my father. Excellent workmanship with the local feel of home is what this company provided. Additionally we had a small leak that we thought was the roof and Sawyers came out as soon as we notified them. The second visit was right before Horrible Helene and the leak was found and remedied. We put our trust in this company and we are beyond satisfied with their work ethic and follow up. I’m going to need my own roof replaced soon and this is the only company we will use. Is 5 stars the most I can give? Because Logan and his crew deserve a billion stars. They seriously went above and beyond to install my roof. They were unbelievable! Took their time removing my old metal roof, didn't damage anything. Repaired any issues, then installed a new metal roof, had to remove some of my sheds chimney, worked in the unpredictable weather of NC yet never heard any complaint, dodged wasps, repaired a pipe coming out of the top we didn't even know existed, they let me use the cool magnetic thing to pick up screws (I was so excited), they picked up after themselves, they had good jokester personalities, awesome communication, always showed up on time and were totally professional, gave me a great recommendation for an amazing electrician......they really checked every box for everything you want in a crew. I wish more people were like them and I wish more companies operated like this, my life would be so much easier. I'm very grateful! And have recommended you to so many others I know.

I had been seeing Sawyers Roofing yard signs everywhere. So when it was time to have work done on my own home, I knew who to call. My husband and I had an excellent experience working with Logan and Eddie! We were very impressed when we met with them regarding our upcoming roof replacement. Logan was very knowledgeable as he explained how the process would go...and everything went exactly as planned. The new roof looks great and Sawyers Roofing did a great job, as well as cleaning up after their work was complete.

Sawyers Roofing did a great job of replacing our roof after hail damage. Logan is easy to work with and noticed issues with the roof that other roofing companies did not.

Contracted work was not completed. Sawyers Roofing was contracted to replace roof, repair front porch roof damage by replacing facia boards and soffit wood rot, wrap facia with aluminum and install new gutters for entire home in June 2023. After roof was replaced and he was paid for roof cost, Logan backed out of replacing gutters stating he lost his gutter guy.
Sawyers Roofing left front porch repair incomplete and this is already causing roof issue. Damaged porch roof plywood was replaced, but nailed into rotten facia board that they were contracted to replace, but did not. Roof plywood is already warping. Photos show this issue with warped boards and buckled shingles within the first month. We asked Logan to at least replace facia board on front porch and install drop edge to stop this new damage from moisture getting to plywood decking. He refused, stating facia is not part of roof, yet his company was contracted to repair front porch facia and replace any rotten wood. He also has not provided us with a paid receipt for the cash roof payment of $10k, nor paperwork on his company's warranty, not that a contract or supposed warranty has any value with this company!

What a great experience the owner is so polite and kind. He was here making sure jobs were going correctly and addressed any questions I had. After the job you would of never know they were here even ...except it looked cleaner. And he made sure I understood about insurance and what I needed to ask or tell them. I am so glad I used this company to install my new roof and gutters. They got it finished within a week of giving me an estimate. A very fair estimate at that. The quality of work was fantastic! I commend them for cleaning everything up and leaving it as good as it was before they started! Logan was very professional and was very responsive! Outstanding job. Logan Sawyers and his crew were absolutely amazing. They came in at a fair quote, the work they had ahead of them was awful and dreadful but they came through and completed our roof in 1 day. They removed 3 layers of shingles and laid out our new roof, which transformed our house and gave it a beautiful curve appeal. When completed they did an absolute cleanup around the whole house with not a single piece of trash left behind! Outstanding people. Definitely will refer them for anyone needing a roof or a roof repair.

I would just like to say that I am very pleased with the professionalism this company showed. We were informed by our home insurance company that we would be dropped if our roof was not replaced in a certain amount of time. This put us in a bind and time sensitive situation. This company stood out and after careful consideration we chose them to replace our roof. We are so pleased with the results!! Everything was presented to us with a very accurate estimate and pulled through with providing excellent service on a timely basis . They had the job completed within several hours and met the deadline on a short notice. You will not be disappointed. Money well invested!! Great Job!!

I called Sawyers Roofing roughly three weeks ago as my home was in desperate need of a new roof. Eddie, the owner, came out to my house approximately one week later, April 23, 2021, to look/walk over it and provide me and my husband with an estimate. We were shocked to see what his estimate was as it beat ALL the other roofers we had contacted. He also told us he would be able to replace it in approximately two weeks—weather permitting; however, his crew showed up 11 days later, which we were not expecting since there had been a couple of days of rain in the previous week. Needless to say, he not only met ALL our expectations, but he also surpassed them. Eddie called us Tuesday morning (May 4, 2021) to let us know our shingles would be delivered to our home later on that same day and that his crew would be at our house the very next day (Wednesday, May 5, 2021) to replace our roof. We now have a brand new roof and only two sheets of wood had to be replaced. There was NOTHING (no old shingles, no nails, no trash, absolutely nothing) left behind from our old roof being removed and the new roof being installed.

Thank you so much to Eddie Sawyers and your awesome crew...we couldn’t be happier with the quality and timeliness of your work!!! We have already been telling everyone we talk to about you and how pleased we are and will continue to do so. We will definitely contact Sawyers Roofing when we’re ready for gutters as well as any additional roofing needs we may have!!! Thank you so much again...your crew is PHENOMENAL as well!!!
