Our family has known Steve on a personal level for many years. The fact that he is a standup honest individual translates nicely into his business. Steve and his team did a wonderful job replacing our roof and replacing the gutters. They even identified faults with installation when our house was built/roof was put on and made appropriate corrections. Sawvell Roofing & Siding just completed work on our house repairing hail storm damage. They did roof, gutters, siding, windows, and a couple of doors. We are very happy with everything. There have been many different companies in the area after the storm, we found Sawvell to be the most professional with attention to detail and doing things right. At the end of every day, we talked about what they did, and what they would do the next day. If there was any question about how to do something, he asked us, we discussed it to make sure we were both on the same page. Clean up was very thorough. We used them at a previous house we owned, and would definitely use them again.

Sawvell replaced the roof to our bandshell at City Beach in 2014. They did an excellent job and were very thorough. I would highly recommend them.

We have used Sawvell Roofing and Siding for several projects and have been extremely happy with the quality and professionalism of each of them. We used them for 3 roofing jobs, a siding job and a chimney and deck construction.

We used Sawvell in January 2019. They did our roof, fascia, soffits and gutters. The understanding was that the house would be made siding ready. Now that we are doing the siding and windows, we are having to tear off some of the gutter work and trim done by Sawvell and redo the work. Expenses that should not be incurred if they had communicated and removed the trim boards instead of building them up and wrapping them.

Steve and his crew did a wonderful job on our home!!! Steve and his team were very professional and went above and beyond. They tore off our old siding installed LP siding, installed new windows including a beautiful bay window, they also did a complete roof tear off all in the dead of winter and completed all this in 2 months!!!! What I respected the most was if a problem arose which they always will on an old farmhouse we would discuss the situation he didn’t just cover it up like it wasn’t there. Steve and his team took the time and care on our home as if it was their own!!! I highly recommend them!!!!!

Steve and his crew worked through very cold and snowy conditions to remove and re-roof our house & garage. They worked hard, discovered some problems under the shingles and the siding. Steve kept us informed, took pictures of the problems, and then quickly and effeciently repaired them. Very thorough and professional. Steve and his crew demonstrated that they take their jobs very seriously, are professional at all times and work to make sure you, the customer, are completely satisified. I would recommend Steve and his crew to anyone that asks!

Reroofed two very old structures for us, one of which had two layers of shingles on it, along with some very steep angles. The guys did a super job, were quick, made sure all of the final details were buckled down before they left. Even cleaned the flood light fixtures on a second story elevation that I would never be able to get to!

Have a new siding project lined up and will be calling them shortly for that. Great Roofer.
