Savage Roofing is some of the most competent and friendly group of roofers you will ever meet. They do excellent work and are deeply embedded in the Anacortes community. Highly recommend these guys!

The installation of the GAF roof went well. The Savage Roofing crew worked well together, hard, and fast. They removed and replaced the roof on the house, shop, and shed in a week. They respected and protected the shrubs and the balance of the landscaping and left the place just as they found it, with the exception of a great looking new roof. The extent of the job, which included the installation of a solar tube style sky light allowed us to meet many skilled workers from Savage Roofing and they well ALL great people. Wish they were living in the neighborhood. The crew supervisor is an excellent person with whom to work. He's easy to reach, responsive, he commits quickly and sees to the completion. We highly recommend Savage Roofing. They were recommended to us and we couldn't happier. We think you will be, too.

Savage roofing did our roof and it was a great experience. Everything went as planned and the roof looks amazing! some part of the gutter not happy with it and Riley came over to fix the gutter, now My wife and I are happy to our new roof and gutter..

Had Savage replace our roof several years ago and they did a great job. Recently had a crack in our skylight dome and stopped by to see Riley and Nichole ... new dome replaced in a day. Friendly, professional and responsive. I don't know a thing that they could have done better with either job.

Riley was great. He inspected, and explained what was needed to correct the wind blown leak in our metal roof ridge cap. Riley completed the job on his initial visit. This was the second time we have had excellent 5 star service with Savage Roofing.

We had Savage Roofing out to help us with our roof and they did such a great job we hired them again to come redo our gutters. They did not disappoint. The site manager Riley was a pleasure to work with and the crew were very polite they all did an excellent job on our roof and gutters they cleaned up after each day and in the end we have a beautiful done roof and gutters. We are over the top pleased. And it’s nice to have a company that has been in the business for75+ years and does exactly what they say they are going to do.

I been looking for someone reliable to clean my roof and Riley send one of his responsible worker and get it done on a weekend, took them couple hours, My house is very high and deep not much grip to be on. And they leave it amazing.

I had a great experience with Savage Roofing. We needed a ridge vent installed for better airflow in our attic. Riley was very helpful, knowledgeable and easy to work with. I had a few leaks in my roof and I called Savage roofing for a bid. Riley from Savage came out the same day and put me on their schedule quickly. He tarped the roof to prevent anymore damages. The proffesionalism, quality, value, and responsiveness of this company can't be beat. Highly recommend them!

Had storm damage I called Savage and LeRoy came out right away he had the roof tarped within 24 hours. LEroy came out and met my claim adjuster and made sure he answered any questions and my claim was approved. Leroy and team are great, they are handling all of the stress for me . Extremely professional company! The company was a referral from a window business in Oak Harbor and from the minute we placed our first call we were taken care of. We needed emergency help, the roof to be done, gutter and repairs from water damage. Riley and his team were very knowledgeable and we were kept informed of time line for work. The communication through phone and texts were very reassuring because we needed the roof to be fixed as soon as possible. We were cared for and there was an incredible amount of time spent making sure that damage would be mitigated before work began. We are thrilled with our new roof, insulation and our home inside is now quieter and also the insulation and roof process and materials used helps us to maintain heat within. They also kept the cost within bid which was greatly appreciated. We couldn’t be happier. Trustworthy company, Riley and staff are so dependable! You can count on a professional job to be done!

I would have liked the option to decide for myself to either use them or not. But the fact they can't be bothered to call me back they made that choice for me. At least now I am sure that the bad reviews I've been told must be true. It's hard to have an faith in a business that can't even return a call.

My wife and I recently bought a house in Oak Harbor. It needed a new roof to close. Savage quoted us an affordable rate and a timeline that met closing requirements. Then on top of that they reached out a couple days after we hired them to say they had an opening and they were going to do all the work a week or two earlier! Great company. A human picks up the phone when you call and talks to you like a person. I'm not sure what people who read reviews look for, because I do NOT read review, but this company does it right from start to finish. I am a very critical person, but this company deserves nothing but praise.

We had Savage do a full 'tear off and replace' roof this last month. We appreciated how quickly they were able to get us on their schedule and how respectfully and clearly they answered ALL of our questions, and we had many! Our crew of workers were Peter, Gabriel, and Robert...all very hard workers. They were courteous and efficient with great attention to the details. Overall, we had a great experience with Savage and would highly recommend them.

Savage roofing went above and beyond to assist a client in the purchase of a home in Anacortes. With very little notice they were willing to schedule an inspection of a TPO roof and determine that it was in good condition thus allowing the sale to move forward. I like the owner/manager Riley. He came to my home with samples close to a year ago. When it was time for me to move ahead, he scheduled his crew Very hard work and they worked diligently. Upon the completion of the project he returned and checked that the job was completed to his satisfaction. I truly feel he is a most down to earth businessman with a very professional attitude. From the office manager to the crew my experience with Savage Roofing was very positive and if you are contemplating a new roof give them a call.

Drove all the way to Tacoma and finished the roof in a day. Looks great, good customer service and great quality!

These guys are the best! Honest and do fantastic work. They did my house in Burlington and it turned out great. I had a stove pipe blow off in a windstorm (not their fault) and Gary came out himself to fix it for me. Great customer service from start to finish!

We chose Savage roofing because they seemed to really value our business (for others we had to wait a long time for them to even show to bid and then we had to follow up). They showed up about a week earlier than planned (bonus!) and worked very hard through rain and a power outage. They did a quality job at a fair price. Brian was professional and attentive and Adam, the foreman on the job, was respectful and hardworking. We would definitely recommend Savage.

Had them install a metal roof on my house 3 years ago a year ago it started developing leaks and failed a housing inspection. Had two other roofing companies inspect the roof and say the leaks were due to poor workmanship. Contacted Savage they came out two to look at the roof and told me they were going to repair it. It thas been over a year and still no repair this is a horrible company who is quick to take your money and install a new roof but do not expect any warranty work to be performed. "PLEASE" read all reviews with the Better Business Bureau and online do your research this is a predatory company and do not expect any warranty work from them when you call their employees and talk to them they laughed and when their repair man come out to the house to look at it for repairs, he laughed at the work and explain to me that callbacks are a huge issue for them. As soon as I figure out how, I will post pictures. My best words of warning again are do your research and let the buyer beware. I would not have them install a roof on my worst
enemies house!!

I had a warranty that was in effect with Savage Roofing so I wanted them to come out and replace 5 or 6 shingles that blew off. I was having a small leak into my bedroom and was very upset. I called the "emergency" number 6 times over the weekend trying to reach 2 techs. No one called me back. I called early Mon. and was told someone would be out. The tech came out and waffled about pricing. I was given no no estimate and he put up the few shingles and would not talk about pricing or warranties. I was surprised to get a bill for 3 hrs work when the tech was here for less than 1 hr. My dtr called for me to complain about the pricing and was met with negative responses. A week later they sent me a revised billing, cutting it in half. There was no explanation and no show of common courtesy. I paid the new bill. Savage claimed the roof failed because of storm damage. The shingle company states storm damage is at least 100 mile an hr wind which we did not have prior to the blow off. I will never use them again.

Poor Customer Service. Savage Roofing repaired a 5’ x 5’ wind damaged section of a single family home in Anacortes. Response to my initial call was prompt and a roofer came to the house expeditiously. We discussed a cost and he estimated one hour of labor and total charges under $100. The roofer repaired the roof in 1 hour with three-tab singles I provided. -----

I received a invoice in the mail for 1.5 hours of labor and miscellaneous expenses (to include gas to my Anacortes house). Total charges, $136.60 with $28 Misc, 1.5 hr at $65 and tax. I called Savage roofing twice to inquire about 1.5 hours labor vice one hour, left messages and received a response several days later. The supervisor (I think) informed me he would look into it. He did quickly and notified me I was already receiving a discounted hourly rate due to the economy (maybe he thought he was doing me a favor by charging me a price the market would support), and the 0.5 extra labor charge over the 1 hour worked performed was for travel time. I was not informed of any travel charge when I set up the appointment, in the estimate, or prior to the bill. -----

I will not be using Savage Roofing again due to poor customer service. -----

PS. I used another roofer I Googled in Anacortes for the similar wind damage two weeks later, $75 and he provided the singles.
