Andre was very proffessional and took care of our construction needs exactly as we requested! I would recommend SAP Construction to anyone with large and or small construction needs!

SAP replaced and painted Hardi Plank siding on a gable wall of my home. It was at the high 25' to 40' elevation and 30' wide at the base. They also replaced and painted facia boards at 25' to 40' elevation. And they (re-) caulked the top part of the chimney siding at 30' to 40' elevation. These locations are exposed to extreme wind and rain conditions. SAP was extremely accommodating doing (atypical) work as I requested since based on previous wall replacements, I had experienced that standard/typical siding installation will not hold up. For example, factory pre-primed sidings were used, and all sidings were also pre-primed and pre-painted in the garage, and all sides including the back and edges. SAP also painted them again once installed. Same applied to the facia boards. Powder coated aluminum backing plates were used at siding joints/butt ends as opposed to caulk that is quranteed to crack sooner or later. All nails and screws were 304 stainless. All siding joints/butt ends were face nailed, in addition to blind nailing, to prevent movement in severe wind. All work was performed in a very timely and ordely manner. The price was quite reasonable and amost too good to be true for the good quality work.

Andrey was reliable, prompt, and professional. We were extremely happy with the quality of his work and his attention to detail was impressive. Thank you for our beautiful new floor and a job well done.

Andrea and team did a full siding and trim demolition and replacement on the house.He painted the whole house and trim with excellent attention to detail and consideration of the property. All fixtures were removed and replaced with care during the painting. He did the project quickly and with professionalism. He answered all my questions and made sure I was satisfied before wrapping up the job.

A year ago August 2023 we did renovation on our house. We went through many online platforms to find a contractor to do the outside work- front porch entry, stairs and decks. Among all the contractors that showed interest we picked SAP Construction LLC after meeting with Andrey, the owner. We couldn't be more happier with the pricing, well-detailed work, on time, communicative and being a good person to work with. Initially, we only wanted him to do the outside work but after working with him we end up asking him to do more work for us. He installed our wood plank stairs inside the house, plumbing and installation of bathroom vanity. He also did replaced our two deck posts that have cracked free of labor. In this kind of industry TRUST and respect of workmanship has to be earned and Andrey earned our trust and respect not only towards the work he delivered but as well as the person he is.

Today, we had plumbing issue in the house and we called Andrey but that will be for another review.

We had some picture hanging project. Was hard to find someone reliable. SAP came on time, did the work very well. I will hire him again for any home projects.

Andrey did an excellent job AGAIN, this time for our living room floor. We decided to replace the carpet in our living room, so we knew we could depend on him to do a great job after the job he did in a bedroom a few months ago. I highly recommend him. He pays attention to details and does precise work. He is also very reasonable. I know we’ll be having him back when we’re ready to do our bedroom. He also changed the hinges on our bathroom door, to make it swing out instead of in, and make it more handicapped accessible. He did an excellent job on that as well.

Andrea did a demo project on our house. He demo’s our two front concrete steps and stacked the debris for us to haul away. It was great to have his help and timeliness on working.
