Cleaner Guys came in, removed mold-contaminated insulation, treated the entire attic space, trusses and plywood. Were very neat and tidy, came back several days later, reinstalled new insulation and again, completely cleaned up everything. Very satisfied. We sold the house and are no longer living in it, but were pleased with the work done.

He came in with a nifty device to sample the air all around our home and was able to find the problem areas in our home, that I suspect we may have never found otherwise! Super informative, helpful, and thorough.

Within a day of the inspection, we received a multi-page report of every area in every room and the mold concentrations in parts per cubic meter. Highly recommended if you need a more targeted, non-destructive, inspection approach for mold!

I had a serious water leak. They arrived within a very short time and started cleanup, setting up heat and fans for drying carpets, etc. and water damage to the garage ceiling. They were here every day assessing the drying. Jaime and Ivan were outstanding in their attention to the problem. They were polite and hard working and I am so impressed with them and this company! I called Cleaner Guys for a free mold inspection, and while they arrived on time and completed the walkthrough quickly, everything went downhill from there. Their website claims, "✅ The fastest results available. CG gets you mold inspection results within hours, while other companies take days". Unfortunately, this couldn’t be further from the truth. I didn’t receive my inspection results for two days, and I actually had to call them to find out why there was a delay. I’ve had entire home inspections sent faster than this, and it was just a visual inspection—no scoping or thorough assessment.

When I finally received their so-called "inspection," it turned out to be an estimate for remodeling services I never asked for! No one mentioned any remodeling when I booked the inspection. They sent over a $6,000+ estimate for work they claimed needed to be done, without providing a single shred of evidence—no report, no photos, no proof of any mold or water damage. All I wanted was a simple yes or no on mold, and instead, I was pressured into an extensive remodeling job. Remodeling isn’t even mentioned on their website!

This experience felt extremely unprofessional and borderline scammy. When I called the manager to explain how unacceptable this was, he made me feel like I was clueless and claimed they never provide written inspection reports, even though that’s exactly what their website advertises as their primary service! How can a company claim to offer a service and then act like they’ve never done it before?

Not to mention a simple License lookup will show they have many citations, penalties and lawsuits against them for doing electrical work and other types of contractor work they are not licensed to do. This is public info and can be looked up using their License #

I would not recommend Cleaner Guys. Their lack of transparency, push for unnecessary services, and failure to deliver on their promises makes them feel like a bait-and-switch operation.

Cleaner Guys did a fantastic job getting my home back together after a tree fell on my house. Everyone was great. Ryan and Clayton did a great job and one of the owners Glenn Reph went beyond was expected to make things right after job completion. Thanks for a great job!

I had a water loss at my home and I called cleaner guys the two individuals that came out to inspect my loss David and Josh were thorough with their inspection. The next day two technicians Jaime and Ivan showed up to start working they were kind courteous and took care of my home as it was their own thank you!!!

My mom was in shambles when her HVAC system was installed poorly. Thankfully Cleaner Guys was SO quick to respond; David and Josh were transparent with their inspection which helped to relieve her stress. I had some considerable leaking in my crawlspace. I contacted cleaner guys and they came out to help. Unfortunately this took place around the time our region had a cold snap and there were many folks in the community that required assistance. It took cleaner guys awhile to come out and when they did the work was done well. The crew was both knowledgeable and friendly.

Called Cleaner Guys after water from a backed up drain flooded my basement. They were quick to respond and a pleasure to work with. I valued both their expertise and the care they showed me.

Cleaner Guys and restoration business came to our home to repair water damage from a broken kitchen faucet, the hardwood floors around it were wet. They took care of everything necessary to dry out the hardwood floors and underneath the kitchen sink. The names of our technicians that came are Jamie, Josh, and Ivan. They were polite they were competent they were respectful being in our home. . We highly recommend the work and the people that work at Cleaner Guys. We give them a five star rating.

I’ve used Cleaner Guys twice personally for 2 large water claims. One to my house and the other for my workplace. Tim Reph and Bob Shupe and of course the rest of their amazing team are so easy to work with. They are so responsive, knowledgeable, understanding and kind. This makes all the difference when you have to deal with mitigation. For my home they showed up the next day and took over everything and for my office they were there the same day removing water. They handled the insurance end which takes a huge load of you personally. I couldn’t recommend them more. They do the mitigation and repairs and communicate so well. I can go on.

Josh and Carlos did an incredible job dealing with water damage in my home - especially the cherry hardwood flooring which was severely damaged. The worked slowly and carefully to preserve the floors which had buckeled from the water. Josh and Carlos were a delight to work with. They were polite , on time , most importantly they listened.. to our concerns. The result being the floors do not have to be replaced - only refinished.

I contacted CG on behalf of a small business with very specialized needs and they were incredibly quick and responsive. Always willing to schedule around our needs, David was great at providing the perfect level of education and need to know without being overwhelming and August was always friendly and personable to work with over the phone. We had a terrific experience with the Cleaner Guys, after a water leak from an upstairs bathroom led to damage in the laundry room below it. Howard led the water mitigation, ensuring that the area completely dried out, and Alex did the repair, making the area good as new (with really impressive texture match on the drywall!). Everyone was very professional, great communicators, and left the work area incredibly clean each day. I'd highly recommend them!

Our home flooded in November 2022 while we were in California. Blaine, Kayla, Carlos, Gus, and Jaime did a great job mitigating the damage. They assisted in packing up our home, and were extremely careful in handling our very delicate valuables. They installed materials to protect our stairs, floors, and when cutting drywall cleaned the dust and controlled the mess in our home. We were beyond pleased with their work throughout the entire process. Their ability to measure the moisture in the walls and areas helped us be able to get our home dried out as well as work with our insurance for resolution.

I want to start by saying the crew that helped mitigate the water damage in our home this month was phenomenal. Kayla was so incredibly kind and understanding of the stress the leak and damage caused me and my family. She helped ease my mind. My law office building in Mt Vernon sustained very significant water damage from a backed up upstairs drain left on for 10 days from a real estate agent/customer. We recently had an unfortunate refrigerator leak that occurred shortly after moving into our home. We immediately called Cleaner Guys, and Blaine and Kayla arrived that evening to assess and begin the mitigation process. Blaine and Kayla were kind, patient, and thorough with their assessment of the water damage that occurred. They brought us a sense of ease during a very stressful time and kept us informed every step of the way. From there, we worked with Bob, who was a huge advocate in helping us navigate home owners insurance. We were then connected with Shawn and his team to begin the restoration phase. Shawn kept a tight time line to ensure no time was wasted in safely putting our home back together. A phone call at 6 am telling you that water is pouring into the neighboring business and flooding them out on a Monday is one way of getting your heart going! Turns out the water heater decided to split open. Huge mess but could have been much worse. The Cleaner Guys were called, they mobilized and sent a crew out within the hour with wet vacuums and dehumidifiers to address the water issue right away. They did great, this is an ongoing process but very pleased with progress so far!

After receiving extremely poor service from a mitigation company from the Seattle area, I asked them to leave! I called Cleaner Guys to step in and they quickly assessed and addressed the mitigation needs of a water leak that caused extensive damage to my home.

CG repaired damage from a faucet leak above my new stove top that ran for two days! The water went everywhere. Removed all the sheets of wet drywall and magically dried out my wood kitchen floors. They did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend them to any homeowner who wants the job done right! 5 STARS !

I couldn't recommend Blaine and team more highly. Super responsive, HONEST (another company tried to charge me $10K more for the same services!), professional, and work that surpasses expectations. They were able to save a number of items which had been damaged by mold through their specialized cleaning process, and the shed that had mold came out looking like the flood had never happened.

Upon my return from a vacation, my roof had developed several small leaks after a particularly windy, rainy storm. CleanerGuys were called by my insurance company for an emergency tarp placement and within hours, Sean and Tim arrived to secure my roof with tarps and sandbags. Because of the crazy PNW weather, Tim had to return multiple times over several weeks to reposition and resecure tarps, straps and sandbags. He was always happy to assist, even in the worst weather, and always with a smile. I highly recommend these guys; they are professional, prompt, and courteous.

The Cleaner Guys crew did a phenomenal job! Some of the issues that I was experiencing required unique design and problem solving skills, which they were able to provide. I was particularly impressed with their end to end management of the entire process which included working with various materials suppliers, specialists (ie: electricians), working city departments for permits, and knowing all the necessary codes, etc.

It also seems they are well connected in Skagit Valley and broader Western Washington to provide or refer to various other contractors, sub-contractors or whatever may be required for work of this sort. Thank you to the Cleaner Guys for fixing a serious problem that has long needed attention and resolution!

We recently purchased a new washing machine and promptly ran a bunch of moldy snow gear through it and wondered if we had compromised the machine or if we needed remediation. I reached out to Cleaner Guys for help. I promptly received an email from Mr. Bob Shupe alleviating all of my concerns as well as receiving a wonderful education on all things mold ! It was extremely helpful and informative. It was so loaded with information that my wife plans on sharing it with a bunch of moms from our church because all families deal with mold at some point. Bob is the best!

Thank you for the reply. My felt of the three star service is because I waited for my second service and I had to make the initiative to schedule it, and you forgot my second service so I have to call again to reschedule, and in the end I got a big bill of service I didn’t receive. It got all fixed in the end, and when you came to perform you were great and professional, but just not great feeling over all. You lost your two stars by not showing up at your second service and sending me the wrong bill.

I'm leaving a poor review because of the interaction with the scheduler on the phone. She tried to guilt me because she had left three voicemails this week to schedule a time for me to talk with someone regarding the issues we were having with our home. Mind you, I called two weeks ago prior to her voice mails talk with someone. I said I was sorry that I had not called back this week, that I have been very busy... when asking if someone could actually come out to see, that understands the type of construction we have on our green built home, she became combative and argumentative and said the person who might know about the kind of construction "is very busy", "so what do you want to do!?" In a very rude tone and demanded I schedule a phone conversation with them weeks out. I said, I don't want to argue or go back and fourth on the phone, I just want to know if someone can come out and give me an estimate. She then said ok and hung up on me.

Had an internal flooding situation, in the evening of course. They are very professional, protect your property and are courteous. The prices I received are very comparable but the even if it was more I would use them again. They provide more than carpet cleaning, they have tile, mold removal , water damage removal.

Jerrick, our cleaner/technician, displayed a high level of professionalism, had a great attitude and customer service skills, and was efficient and effective.
