BEWARE - Poor quality installation.
A section of our 3 year old roof blew off during the January 2024 storm. The majority of the shingles recovered only had 3 nail holes (manufacturer installation says 4 nails) & majority of nail holes were above the nail line on the common bond - all factors contributing to it blowing off in the winds. There is overwhelming evidence that the roof was not installed properly. However Sankoz Corp denies any responsibility for damage incurred to our home & would not reimburse us the cost of repair (we hired another roofer to fix).

Very pleased with our Presidential roof and especially with the special vent work from Hector. Chris also was very accommodating.

Highly recommend. Replaced roof for my whole house remodel. Tore off 30 year old shingles, switched to composite plus some metal roof areas, added skylights, made repairs. Very professional and efficient. Hard working crew. I am having them come out to look at another home that needs a new roof.
