Sanders construction replaced my mother's roof and gutters. They went above and beyond. They were very conscious of the gardens and were clean and tidy.

Sanders Construction put a new roof on our home today, including repairing and installing flashing on our chimney. We are extremely happy with the whole process and the end result! Shane, the owner, communicated with us directly and promptly from getting our estimate to reviewing the job at completion. The roofing crew was professional and kind. Our property was respected and left extremely clean. I highly recommend Sanders Construction, and would hire them again.

Our home was hit by the storm that rolled through Martinsville on March 31st. We called Sanders the next day, and he showed up the same day to survey the damage. Long story short...they got started very quickly, went above and beyond to make sure our house was put back together properly. They had the house put back together in exactly 1 months. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family, and anyone else. Definitely 5 stars, if I could give more I would.

Amazing team! My roof looks amazing, they were super fast and I know it was thorough because they documented with pictures the whole day! Shane is such a genuine guy and he knows the value of having respect and love for his team; a quality work environment equals quality work! We used Sanders Construction for a leak in our roof and are 100% satisfied with the outcome. Prior to contacting Shane, the owner, we reached out to another in-town company who was unreliable and unresponsive after willing to assist us in repairing our roof. Shane has done repeat work for me at various locations. He was professional, and completed the work in a timely manner. He does quality work at a fair price. He takes the time to explain what he plans to do before starting and takes multiple pictures before and after to show you how the work was completed. It was refreshing to work with such a competent company!

Shane and his guys are top notch. They came out and replaced my gutters and roof at a very reasonable price. I had companies come out and they either way over bid or never came back with a price. Shane was on it and gave me a great price. After removing roof material they found many areas that needed fixed. Not only did they make me aware but they took before and after pictures of the repairs. They went above and beyond. Great people for sure!!

I never recommend people because there usually just ok. Shane not only was much cheaper but he didn't ask for a dime or leave my home til I was completely satisfied.You don't get service like that anymore from many people. Thanks to Sanders Construction on my second job they went above and beyond on.

Shane is great! Very knowledgeable and helped us for two different issues. He was prompt, responsive, and incredibly helpful during both processes.

I was especially grateful he came the same day to tarp our roof after a heavy rain streamed into our living room! Once insurance agreed (reluctantly) to cover one side of the roof, Shane walked me through a timeline of next steps. I appreciated that so much because this was the first time I’ve had to replace a roof (especially with insurance involved).

Sanders Construction replaced our roof and gutters after we experienced wind and hail damage. Shane came out and we walked around the house and assessed the damage. He explained the needed repairs and what was needed to correct what was not done by the original installer and to bring it up to code. Damage was also found once the old roofing material was removed and they ensured that it was corrected and taken care if before installing the new roof. The crew did an excellent job at cleanup and protecting all the landscaping. They were there working from the time the sun came up until it went down during unbearable heat and humidity last July. Shane, his foreman and crew did an outstanding job and April was outstanding responding to any questions we had and working with the insurance company. One of my biggest concerns when having a contractor work on my home is finding someone I can trust. I felt very comfortable speaking with Shane and could believe and trust what he was telling me. I would absolutely call them for any future work I need done and would highly recommend Sanders Construction to anyone else. The new roof looks amazing and we have received a lot of compliments.

Sanders Construction installed a new roof on our home and barn. Roofing can be a messy job but they were very professional and respectful and when they were done there was no mess! Sanders Construction replaced my roof a couple of years ago. I got several estimates before hiring them and, while they were not the lowest price, I liked what they had to offer and I also believe that you get what you pay for. Shane, the owner, is also a veteran. They were here around 8-8:30 am and were done by around 2:30 pm. Did a very professional, efficient and quality roofing job. I hope I don't need another roof in the near future, but if I do I will definitely have these guys come back. I didn't have any problems after they left, and three years later I can say that I still don't have any problems with my roof. I definitely recommend these guys.

Sanders Construction inspected our roof following a hail storm. Shane was the only one (out of three inspectors) that actually climbed onto the roof. He inspected the entire roof, siding, and gutters. He took the time to mark damaged areas and take photos. He also met with the insurance adjuster and coordinated the needed repairs. His estimates were very much comparable to the adjusters estimates. Sanders Construction was thorough and professional. Shane takes pride in his company and he is a really, really nice guy. There is no doubt we would use this company again.
