Keaton and the team at Hudson Plumbing did an outstanding job getting our sewage pipes hooked up to the city after we had issues with a faulty septic system. They were in and out in less than 24 hours and even stayed late to make sure we didn’t go more than a day without running water. I recently had Hudson Plumbing come out to my house to fix a leaky pipe in my basement, and I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received! Nate Hunt was the technician who came to help me, and he was fantastic. 1st Hudson has done a bathroom remodel for my parents before that was great. So when I came home from work to a puddle of water around the water heater this is who I trusted to call.
The on call service talked me through a few things. I knew how to shut off the water heater. But this wasn’t an emergency I didn’t have running water.
They called me 1st thing the next morning. Keaton came out diagnosed the issue. They had Dan out within the hour or under. Dan was polite and actually willing to talk to me about the plumbing which I know nothing about & actually appreciated it. He installed a 50 gal water heater. Which I am thankful for the service & speed.

Jerome was very knowledgeable and helpful. I could tell he cared and wanted to make sure we have the information and options to make the best choice for our family.

Hudson plumbing does a great job! Able to arrive in 20 minutes after calling, thoroughly examined the situation and was not only able to find the solution but also pointed out problem areas and suggested remedies for future prevention. Jerome was great to work with!

End of April this year, we asked Hudson to repair a leak in the non freeze able water hydrants for outside watering. Nate from Hudson came and repaired both (only one was leaking) but nonetheless it was his recommendation to repair both.

All good and we paid for the services. One hour later, we had a pipe break in the main level of rhe house. Thank God my wife was home and turned the main water line off. We called the plumbing company to come back out and Nate indicated and I quote "you have to replumb the whole house because you have CPVC and it is a time bomb".

I had now come home from work and when I asked how did you turn on the water back on to depresurrize the system, Nate did not respond at first.

Than he said I checked the faucets on the main level.

We have a two story with a basement. Why did you not go to the second floor? I mean water drains down right.

The pipe burst after my daughter came from volleyball to take a shower on the second floor. Their was air in the system.

Additionally knowing that we have cPVC and other homes in the neighborhood with the same...if it is worrisome would you not slowly turn on thr water and check each level?

I am not a plumber but literally talked to another plumber company, home builder, and two engineers...all said water hammer effect likely caused it.

Yet Hudson took no responsibility. On top quoted me about 14K to replumb the house. A 800 dollar job and now close to 14K not costing out drywall BTW.

Nate took 2 tries to do small repair and left the water open to less than half power. Had to call another plumber who checked all pressure and put it full power.

We ended up replumbing with Pex for third of the cost using a general contractor.

It was like they cared more about making money than helping us. Will never recommend Hudson.

EXTREMELY satisfied with the service/advice we received from Pat Jacobs. He was very thorough, personable, knowledgeable and helpful in answering all my questions. I was happy to learn some new things. He addressed the immediate problem of a dislodged pipe under the kitchen sink (which was repaired by a different company) Then, he proceeded to check everything else to do with water throughout the house. We now have a list with costs to start addressing the issues. Their membership program is a big help. It will take some time and saving-up-the-money to get these done b/c this is a very old house! The only improvement I can tell is that a Military Discount would be very helpful and appreciated. THANX A BUNCH!

Hudson plumbing is the best plumbing service I've delt with. Danny is absolutely great! He is knowledgeable and will let you know when he has to reach out to the company for additional information that he doesn't have on hand. The conversations you can have with him while he works are great.

Nate was patient with my elderly step mom and took the time to explain what needed to be done regarding her gas water heater. While I’m not a plumber, I’m familiar enough in the trades to know B.S. when I hear it and Nate was not a B.S. artist. Nate was honest! I’m glad I called Hudson Plumbing for her!

Danny was great! Thoroughly explained issues that we may be dealing with and etched out and plan of action for next steps.

Nate was excellent. 5 stars. Would definitely recommend him to my family and friends. Friendly, knowledgeable. Had an issue with our new water softener. I called the office and Nate was here in less than an hour! Diagnosed the problem and then fixed it. I always ask for Nate to be our tech.

Nick was the plumber who not only showed up on time he called when he was on his way. His professionalism was outstanding he explained the problem and offered a couple different options for a solution. He did not pressure us into a single option nor the most expensive one. He was very good at answering our questions about different options. I will be using Hudson again
