Justin came to my house and changed the entire full slideout system of our Motorhome in one day. He even vaccum our lawn after the work was done to get metal shavings out of it.

Justin installed a soft start system to our AC unit. The installation went smoothly with no issues and has made a great difference in how the unit starts. Justin also answered several questions and was clear and concise in his responses. I highly recommend The RV Tech for any of your needs.

Justin installed several upgrades on our Renegade Classic-electric powered dump valves, see-level tank sensors and Aquahot engine pre-heat bypass. Good communication before and during his very efficient install. I recommend him highly.

Inverter was easy - turned out to be a reset button
The Aqua Hot leak was a heat register leaking - had to order new register - overnight - installed next day - was in very difficult place - Justin had to remove electrical breaker box to get access to the heat register leaking- after install he purged the system -
Justin did a through job with the annual Aqua Hot service
I watched - asked questions and learned a lot about the systems

My electric dump valve was not opening all the way - Justin installed a new valve I had ordered - did not take long
I’ll get old valve cleaned up and working properly- keep for a spare

Justin installed the Garnet Seelevel system - this takes awhile running the wires - I’m happy with the positioning of the monitor
Looking forward to knowing my tank levels

Justin is a service tech you can trust

Justin has done work for us a couple of times and both times he has done a great job. He repaired a soft spot in our kitchen floor and replaced the awning motor. He is very knowledgeable, we would highly recommend Justin for anyone in the area!! He even loved on our fur baby while working :)

Had a slide out that was stuck and I was unable to get it closed. The Rv Tech came out the next day and found the problem and checked out the other slides as well. Everything is working great again and it didn't cost an arm and a leg. Since we where at the end of camping season, had it winterized as well. We will reach out to him again in the future. Thanks RV Tech.

I was having burner issues on my Aqua Hot 450D. Justin rebuilt my entire burner. It runs so much better and a lot quieter.

We were in Indiana for only a month. I called 2 days into our stay for some repairs needed. I had a nice lengthy conversation via phone explaining the issues and was informed the tech would stop by that same week, also being insured that the items needed fixing were small and could be addressed within our stay. I filled out the request form as instructed. I had an email that said they would contact within a day or so to officially set up the appt and I never heard back. I called on two different occasions leaving messages and again never heard back. While he was initially nice when talking to me, the review is based on no additional response after multiple attempts of reaching out on my part.

Response: I don’t know how you can submit anything to GD when you never came to inspect my camper initially like your company said you would. To blame GD when your company didn’t follow through is disappointing.

Justin was very knowledgeable about our Rig and spent time explaining the upgrades he installed. He was fast, reliable, and great to work with. We highly recommend him if you need any RV repairs or upgrades.

We picked Justin at the RV Tech after much research. We wanted a pre-inspection of a new RV we are purchasing. Justin drove some distance to the dealer, where we met him. Unfortunately, the lithium batteries we had ordered had not yet arrived, so the dealer put in an acid battery so Justin could perform the inspection. He was very thorough, and very informative. He had actually gone to school or training to become an RV tech, and he had his own RV, so he was very knowledgeable about all RV systems. We would highly recommend him if you are in the market for an inspection.

Tech was wonderful. Due to travel issues he missed our original appointment time but made it us the next day. Serviced our Aquahot and gave us lots of advice.

Justin was on-time for appointment and once again demonstrated his superior knowledge of Renegade RV operating systems and upgrades. He has done an excellent job for us on two occasions and I will not hesitate to employ him again.

Yes I recommend The RV Tech for service to motorhomes. And I agree, the pricing is fair and reasonable. The owner (Justin) has really good knowledge about motorhome coaches!
Justin helped me with his how to suggestions, and recommendations about servicing or replacing RV components due to their age. Justin fixed my issue about no electricity power when using the generator. He then inspected and tested generator power system output (transfer switch, converter box, all the breaker switches, and charging of batteries). Justin, thank you for making it a great day for me!

Excellent service, scheduling was easy, price was fair and report was very detailed! If I ever buy another new or used RV, Justin will be my first call!!!

Although it was past normal work hours, The RV Tech responded to my SOS communication and was a big help in solving my issue. “Somebody” (maybe me) connected the chassis battery incorrectly and all I saw was sparks and smoke. No dash lights or ignition after I reconnected the batteries correctly. Justin assisted in tracking down the issue and it was quickly fixed so we were ready to go camping. I’m going to schedule a complete maintenance inspection of my camper so there are no surprises in the future. Thanks again to The RV Tech

Justin did a phenomenal job inspecting the RV we’re interested in. Worth every penny we paid him and more! He was great with explaining things to us, and spent time helping us understand how things work. Highly recommend!!

Can’t say enough good about Justin. He did dump valves, SoftStarts, and helped me install in-motion Starlink on my Renegade RV and they turned out perfect. I did the connector installation, but he made sure it wasn’t going to leak and the cables were good to go.

Justin was on time and went right to work. Completed the work and prepared my invoice on the spot. Was able to pay him immediately.

I inquired about him online three weeks ago never heard back from him except for getting a text that he’s gonna be out on a day that I was not available. I would’ve thought he’d touch base and call.
And my problem was nearly taken care of sooner and not scheduled three weeks later with no contact prior

Justin did a great job for us. He installed 2 A/C easy starts, electric dump valves and the see level gauge system. Everything was done correctly and worked good right from the start. I would let him work on our RV anytime!!!

DO NOT CALL JUSTIN WITH THE RV TECH. He will leave you in the middle of winter with no heat and will not return your phone calls justin told me my furnace was not broke just needed cleaned in my rv. So justing removes my furnace leaves with the furnace for a week and so call cleans it. Three weeks later my furnace has gone out again and Justin will not anwser my calls or return any of them he has left me and wife in the middle of winter with no heat to freeze with not even a response. Complete scam artists its very sad to see someone run this kind of important buisness and not be reliable! DO NOT CALL THE SCAM ARTIST AT RV TECH. They are a waste of money

Had an AquaHot problem in our New RV. RV Tech was quick to respond and worked with AquaHot and my RV manufacturer to ensure it was covered by warranty. He then came late 2 days before Xmas to make sure the coach was ready for our next trip. Very responsive and goes above and beyond to get things fixed!
