Indy Roof Rangers did a great job replacing our roof. Everything was done in one day and we had great communication with the company (Andrew great job). On top of that we had two unexpected popup storms come through, but they had everything covered in time so there wasn't any water damage. We've had three family members use Indy Roof Rangers and everyone was satisfied. We would recommend them for your roof.

Ben came and talked to us about our roof's condition. There was no pressure on what we should do. He only spoke to us about our options to replace the roof or wait a few years. We decided to replace our roof and gutters before we had issues with the roof. A week later we had a new roof, and it looks great! We are very satisfied with everything.

We had hail damage to our home from a bad storm. The Roof Rangers team did everything for us, they really did take care of all of the bull to ensure that our home was repaired and done correctly. Once our claim was approved, things went very quickly, and all repairs were completed within a week. The crews that came to do the repairs were here when they said they would be here and worked hard to get the jobs completed. Excellent customer service from Ben and Jessica, great communication, and very responsive. We have recommended them to everyone we know!

Ben Conrad and Indy Roof Rangers were the only roofing company willing to tackle our complicated roofing job for a very large commercial building. They arrived on time, finished in the promised time frame, and cleaned up. We are very thankful to once again have a dry building.

After getting an absolutely ridiculous, uneducated, possibly scam quote from another company, we were referred to Ben Conrad of Indy Roof Rangers. Not only did Ben get with us get back with us promptly, he gave us a very honest quote showing us what was needed and not needed per the previous quote/contractor. He was very honest and didn't try to upsell yet did have some good suggestions on improvement.

Indy Roof Rangers stood out from the pack as I contacted a number of companies to do my roof. He covered all the bases as far as the offered options, materials to choose from, their expertise and standards. He was by far the most professional, and the cost quoted came in well under the rest. Even with the addition of replacement gutter guards, their price was still on point. Work was quickly done, and I was impressed by the post work inspection. I felt fully informed, never pressured for upsale (all the other inspectors were guilty of that), A good communicator, quick on problem resolution, and I would HIGHLY recommend to anyone needing a referral for such service

Ben and Indy Roof Rangers were amazing to work with. There was a projected I needed done that required multiple contractors. I had a couple leaks, one in the house and one on covered patio. The first roofing company that came out was only interested in having me contact my insurance co for inspection. They said bad hail storms had come through within the last year. The next day Indy Roof Rangers came out. Ben Conrad was completely different. He didn't try and sell me on anything. He took one look at where the leaks were and told me it looked like the vent exhaust pipe boots needed to be replaced. He went on roof and took pictured and the vent boots on two needed replaced. I had him replace all of them. They came out the day they said they would and did a good job. The price was good also. Love the way Ben didn't try and sell me on something I didn't need. Yes I will recommend Indy Roof Rangers to friends and family

Ben and his crew fixed a leak around my vent pipe for my water heater. I contacted them through their website, they called back the next day and were there by that afternoon. Very good service!

Worked with Ben on a few smaller issues I was having with my roof. While the other companies wouldn't take the job because it was smaller, Ben came by and completely understood what was needed, didn't try to upsell the job, and was glad to do the required repairs. Indy roof rangers did a great job replacing my roof. The whole process was smooth and great communication from the company. They knocked the job out very quickly. On top of it all by the time they were done it was dark out yet my yard was spotless. The yard was cleaner than when they started! Amazing work ethic all around! A+ job to everyone involved.

Very friendly people with prompt and flexible service. I was also impressed with the quotation process, very easy to understand. The construction crew was also kind, and they cleaned up the yard very well.

Garrett from Indy Roof Rangers came out to to inspect my roof for damages and then give an estimate. When Garrett left my home he stated that the lady at the office would be in contact with me about what was found and the estimate. As of this posting I have not been given any information about my roof. I called Indy Roof Rangers twice inquiring about the estimate and was told by Jessica that someone would be in contact with me or/and that she would have Garrett get in touch with me. Still has not happened. I am done calling them. I find that to be unprofessional as well as discourteous towards a customer or a potential client. The reason I chose to call the company was due to their 5 star rating reviews unfortunately thay did not live up to it. Hopefully they will see this review and not treat anyone else in the manner that they decided to treat my family. By the way Garrett came to our home on 9/12/23. That's how long I've been waiting for a response. If I could give no stars that is the review I would give. Don't usually give reviews but when one is so blatantly disregarded especially after calling back to the company twice and being told they would respond and never did it's insulting and unkind. Please do better and treat others how you would like to be treated.

From the start the staff was informative and professional. I obtained quotes from several companies and this one was the most competitive and they were able to complete the project in one day with a large crew. I walked the roof, the job was done as quoted. Being a smaller owner operator company the quality, price and service were superior than the larger companies who in some cases didn't bother to come to my home. They exceeded my expectations.

I had a large limb crash through my roof. Ben and his crews got the repairs knocked out quickly and with great quality work. They helped me with roof structure, gutters, drywall and even helped me through the insurance process. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I did not use this company, but I will in the future. They gave me honest feedback and did not just try to sell me things I did not need. They alleviated all of my fears and were great!

Edit - about a year later and I did end up needing this service. Ben (owner) came out himself to check the issue and give a quote. He took the time to really explain, in everyday terms, what was needed and why as well as how his work would alleviate the issue. He never tries to sell you something you do not need and that is invaluable for someone who has never worked on roofs and is not familiar with the lingo. They definitely earned 5 stars from me!

Noticed a roof leak 24 hours before Indianapolis was projected to have rain for 5 consecutive days. I called Indy Roof Rangers the next morning, someone came out to inspect, and then scheduled the repair for the same day! Very communicative from start to finish, great experience and would highly recommend.

Called Indy Roof Rangers for a second opinion on our roofing and I was blown away! We wanted an inspection as we noticed water damage. Ben was very professional and answer all of our questions. They could tell us specifically what we needed to be done and how they could help, while also addressing any of our DIY ideas.

I will forever use Indy Roof Rangers for any roofing needs! This company is awesome. Super nice people and they gave me a free quote that beat all the others. They even came to Fort Wayne for me even though they’re based in Indy. I just needed some soffit and fascia repaired from a storm and almost all other companies told me it was too small of a job and they wouldn’t do it but Indy Roof Rangers still treated me as if I was a huge client. They were so fast to respond and to get the work done. They even ended up getting it done ahead of schedule! Sarah was awesome to work with and I will definitely be calling them again in the future.

I used Angie’s List, and it recommended two roofing companies, the first one sent an estimate without even looking at the house. Indy Roof Rangers came to my house walked a 360, got on the roof and in the attic.
I knew since the house was built in 1964, it needed a lot of new roof decking. The estimate included the roof decking, and was less then the first estimate, plus did amazing job.

Ben was great to work with on our new roof project. Very professional and took care of everything through insurance. He made the process super easy and painless. Glad we went with Indy Roof Rangers!

By far the greatest roofers I’ve allowed to work on my roof. The people there are very polite and have great communication skills. They let you know what they are doing, how they will do it, and when the job will be done. I 100% suggest you to work with them.They do 100 times better then many other roofing and gutter companies in Indy.

As a first time home owner I am always nervous when something in my home goes wrong. I saw a spot on my ceiling and looked up local roofing companies near me and decided to go with Indy Roof Rangers because of their great reviews. I called them and Sam Elsts came out the same day. He was very knowledgeable, professional, honest and friendly. Luckily, there was no major damage. But if that time ever comes I will be calling back and requesting Sam to come back.
