We had gone to them with a budget and they assured us the would be able to build with in that limit. We put down the deposit and we were assured we would have the plans soon for our contractor. We did not get them in time to get our full deposit back after we found out the building would come in more than 70,000 over our budget, after we worked for months before giving the deposit to make sure we would be on budget. They took 10,000 for their "time" but wasted ours. I would NEVER recommend them. They broke my heart it was going to be my dream home.

The homes are beautiful from what I have seen but my experience with Tyler the salesman ended terribly. Tyler did a great job presenting my husband and I with figures, how much he would require down to lock in the price of the home and answering questions. I last spoke with Tyler and told him my husband thought the kit was a little expensive and we were going to check two other places. He hung up on me I believe. I tried calling right back 3 different times and I went to voicemail. Let me say I also thought the kit was expensive but the quality appeared to be great. We had not stated we weren't going to purchase but rather wanted to simply compare prices. My husband and I was leaning toward this company because of the craftsmanship and I am absolutely floored I was hung up on when Tyler didn't expect us to purchase a kit. Makes me wonder how will the process move forward if we purchase if treated in this manner
