We had a great time designing and building a 40' x 60' post and beam barn on our property with the Timberlyne Group. We chose Timberlyne because the photos, specs and construction description on the web were so clearly laid out. We visited another satisfied client and checked out their brand new barn. During the design phase we had to change the plans a couple of times but that did not seem to bother the crew at Timberlyne. The lumber and hardware for the barn arrived on time after a 1,300 mile trip across the country. If I had the opportunity, I would build another Timberlyne barn in a heartbeat.

Working with Timberlyne was a great experience. The product exceeded expectations, installation went smooth and it was delivered on time. They are professional, responsive and proud of their product! Highly recommend.

We wanted to build a cabin on our land in the mountains of Wyoming. We had a short build window due to long winters here and difficult access from December through May. I discovered Timberlyne's website and found the Cantata design. I called their office and spoke to Jason who quickly answered my questions and helped firm up some changes to the design and pricing. Within a few months we had our cabin delivered onsite and ready to be built. We opted for their SIP panels to speed up the build process and provide a more efficient home for the Wyoming winters. With friends & family we were able to get the timber frames built & set within a week. We set all of the walls in another week as they were all numbered and ready to install. We'd like to thank Ted at Timberlyne for his tremendous help & support during the entire process, he knows every step of building these structures and was invaluable. In fact, everyone at Timberlyne makes sure your building process is smooth and goes as planned. The quality of the materials and the ease with which everything fits is a testament to their pride in workmanship. We've had subcontractors comment on how nice the hardware, timbers and other materials are, as they typically see rusty hardware staining the timbers and otherwise shoddy workmanship. Not with Timberlyne. We look forward to many years of great memories in this cabin and will think of the Timberlyne team while watching the sunset tuck behind the mountains from the back porch. As an owner and builder I brought a one off custom floor plan to TimberLyne. They immediately began the process of turning it into a dream build. Design, procurement, delivery and erection of the frame was seamless. This will not be a one and only build. We look forward to doing more business in the future. 5 star for sure!!! Thank you all!

My wife & I decided to go with Timberlyne due to the great experience a friend had with them. From the start of the process through design and delivery, our experience was fantastic. If we needed changes, the design team would work with us to ensure our ideas were incorporated exactly as we had wanted. If there ever was someone on vacation, we could pick up the phone and deal with the General Manager directly. The team at Timberlyne made the entire process seamless, and delivered on a lifelong family legacy. We’ve since had more business dealings with them, and would highly recommend them to anyone that is looking to make their dreams a reality!

Beware of signing anything, even if they tell you it doesn’t lock you in. We recently put 36k down for a barn to ensure we would be able to get a barn project going in a timely manner once we had financing in place. The sales rep encouraged us to put money down if we wanted to be able to get the project going this year, but also assur us we could back out and would only be out engineering fees for the barn plans. Once we got all the bids back, our bank strongly encouraged us to make some cuts, so the post and beam barn was replaced with a steel barn. The company refused to give us any money back, saying we signed a binding contract and what the sales rep told us was not company policy (we have what the sales rep told us documented in an email) and the company already had so much money invested in our project. They offered to use our deposit toward a different project with them, which makes no sense as they would have to engineer something else. They were trying to bully us in to sticking with them. We had to threaten legal action. They decided to add up all their fees and will be giving us 23k back. Seems like 13k is a ridiculous price to have barn engineered that was already one of their barn packages (Butternut) and for a handful of emails from their sales rep. Their products look absolutely beautiful but no way I would recommend this company to anyone based on how we were treated.

Start to finish this proccess was easy and fun. We are located in California and have some unique requirements and Timberlyne was quick and thorough in their help. Our barn is absolutely stunning. It makes me want to build another!

Timberlyne homes helped us build our dream home. The entire process was incredible. On our end we looked through the stunning designs online found almost exactly what we wanted and the customizations we're so easy. The sales, design and engineering process were easy and enjoyable. The project team worked seamlessly with our builder and it was first rate all the way. The quality and value are incredible. We have been telling all of our friends and family to use Timberlyne for their custom home. They literally enabled us to build our dream home on budget and on time, which is nearly impossible in today's market.

I had the pleasure of working with the Timberlyne team on a barn/ house project here in Colorado. I really liked the in-house engineering team who were flexible but thorough during the structural design process.

They do a great job with timber frame design from your plans and coordinating the installation as well. I have so many compliments of the timber frame that is was worth the extra time and effort.
