Homestead developed plans for our new home and adjusted per our preferences. The plans included every detail that allowed us to just hand them off to our builder, electrician, plumber and cement contractor. We love our new home. It's just the way we wanted it.

Homestead is great to work with from start to finish! They are always there to answer any questions or concerns and make sure they get the answers and solutions! This is my 4th build with them. 2 of my own and 2 of my children’s homes. I highly recommend them for your building of your starter home or dream home.

Just finished having our ‘forever home’ built. Homestead Homes of America was an outstanding company to work with. They were there for our initial concept, building , and final loan -process. Greg and David on the financial end and Sarah and especially Chad on the material end of things made the whole project go from paper to reality as smooth as it could. If your on the fence about building a new home, I would highly recommend taking a hard look at Homestead Homes of America. Glad my wife and I got the opportunity to know these fine people.
