My first time getting car insurance on my own. I've had State Farm for around 6 month, and I've had Jake as my agent and he's been amazing help and always easy to get a hold of him, he's always looking to help me save money on my auto, renters and life insurance. Jake made the whole process of getting my insurance very straight forward and explained everting in depth while taking time to ask if I had any questions along the way. 10/10 recommend having Jake as the agent.

I feel like Jeff Markworth and State Farm really came through for us during a recent claim on our home following a hail storm that moved through our area. We were dissatisfied with our initial appraisal but upon requesting a second appraisal the results were very positive. Jeff encouraged us along the way to be patient and wait for the results of the second appraisal and State Farm came through for us. We have been life long State Farm customers and came away from this experience very happy!

Jeff's genuine love and appreciation for the people he serves was on full display while he and his business associate were busy bbq'n pork butts to feed not only their customers but the entire community. They were so humble and took much pride in giving back. Numerous people came out to partake in the absolutely delicious free meals. They made me feel right at home with their genuine kindness. I was fed great food while hanging out with them meeting other local business owners and residents. Thank you so much guys for allowing this stranger to be a part of an amazing experience. Did get called at 9am and insulted/disrespected by an agent, told that I need to be more humble for assuming that 2+ years of experience in sales would gain a ~$1 higher starting wage than somebody with no experience or training. Extremely unprofessional, that.

Was also promised that my bill would be $62 a month, and then, I was charged 155. I was told that this was an error as they switched billing programs so I'd get credited and not pay next month.

But no, it's ~155 a month when I was promised 62.

Service is good. The people are good. Management is good. But I'd be lying if I said I'm okay with a call at 9am that isn't even about my payment and is just to disrespect me, under the pretense of "helping me."

Will avoid going in for a personal visit as much as I can, but I will admit the actual quality of service is usually top notch, and you'll always be greeted with a smile.

Kenny was extremely helpful in getting me the best policy and helping me figure out everything insurance. This was my first time getting my own insurance and he could not have made it easier. Really appreciated his friendliness and extremely happy with my policy!

Talked to Kenny he was fabulous 5 stars for sure I couldn't get auto yet but he will call back to me in July and make sure issues with boyfriends record I can still come over to u guys after I go through other company cause u guys didn't want to take risk yet but did get renters for right now

Tonya and Kenny are excellent at what they do. I moved to Omaha but refuse to transfer branches because they truly treat me like family. When I first applied for insurance through them they pointed be to a company to build my history. Making sure I was getting the best rate even when it wasn’t making them a dollar.
