I contacted Andrew because one of my roof vents was dislodged from its base. He came out the next day, got up there, took pictures, plugged the hole temporarily and arranged for the repair the next day. The price was very reasonable and the work quality was very high. Andrew walked us through the entire process and helped us file our claim. He was patient and professional the whole process. He worked with our insurance company and helped when we had issues. We had some issues getting our claim check (had nothing to do with Sanchez Roofing Solutions) and Andrew calmed our concerns and started repairing our roof when the check was in the mail.
