I hired Sanchez Roofing for a flat roof repair. They were quick to respond, concise in their response and work was completed successfully with no issues. I would definitely hire them again.

This was the second time I used Sanchez roofing to do a roofing job for my house and garage. The owner Hugo Sanchez came out to give me the estimate for the first job about 4 years ago. Hugo gave me a very reasonable estimate and his crew did a great job.

So, when I was ready to do a roof replacement for the garage. Sanchez roofing was at the top of my list to get an estimate. I explained to the friendly ladies at the office that I really wanted to deal with Hugo again. Because, I trusted him to give me a fair estimate. But, I was told that Hugo was doing more work behind the scenes now. His sales consultants would go out and give the estimates.

To be honest, I was somewhat reluctant to deal with anyone else. Because, I wasn’t sure if they would be as honest and fair as Hugo. So, I agreed to work with someone else. Reuben Medina came out to give me the estimate. Reuben was just as pleasant to work with as the owner. Very professional, thorough, accessible and responsive to my questions.

Reuben gave me a very fair quote on two different jobs that I needed to get done. I hired them for the garage and explained that the second job would take place in the fall. Hugo picked the right person to represent his company as a sales consultant and the office staff is just as friendly and professional.

They did roofing for us on a house we were selling .They were they timely, did a great job, and no clean up on our part. Just great work. We than had them remove some wood for us to prepare for a tuckpointing job at our house. We had a time table they worked with us .Thank you for a good job. Would recommend great work

Sanchez Roofing is the best roofing company in Northwest Indiana period. I received 3 different estimates, including Sanchez Roofing. Estimate #1 (Rogers roofing) was $1,000 more than Sanchez, estimate #2 (Van Drunen Roofing) didn't want to do it "was too busy"and couldn't book me until March next year , then Sanchez came and their estimate was so good that i didn't wanted to wait. They booked my job within 1 week.The roof was done on December 2024 in cold weather and was done in 1 day. Sanchez was the mor affordable and the roof came out perfect. If you need roof work save time and money and hire Sanchez roofing.

I would highly recommend using this company! I knew nothing of this company, just taking a chance on reviews I saw and was so very glad that I did! From the very first time I talked to Hugo on the phone, he was very pleasant and professional throughout the process, and he maintained this level of professionalism. They replaced the siding on my house and did roof repair recently and I couldn't be happier with the results. I was not the easiest person to deal with when it came to making a decision on the siding color (it took me some time, several months to be exact!), but Hugo was very patience with me, never demanding and I really appreciated it. I even looked at other houses with siding to help me decide and when I called Hugo seeing a house with a color I liked, he even drove by to take a look at it for me. It wasn't a color they had, but the fact that he cared enough to make me happy with my decision was very impressive. The crew was also very professional and timely and the cleanup was great. I've talked to a lot of people with bad experiences with contractors, so to find one such as this one is a blessing. Sanchez Roofing does amazing work. Three other people (including a home inspector) failed to accurately diagnose the reason for my roof leak. Hugo correctly identified the problem and repaired it quickly at a fair price. I would use Sanchez Roofing again, and I recommend them without reservation.

I needed a couple of shingles repaired and was quoted the price, once I accepted it was a matter of hours that I got pictures of the completed job and they went above and beyond and repaired more than I thought I needed for no extra charge. 4 years ago Hugo and his fine employees replaced a flat roof on my home. Asked him to come by and inspect the roof to try and stay ahead of the game before any problems arise . He arrived the same day inspected his work and found nothing wrong. Told him it’s only because of his great work! I can honestly say roofs are not cheap but his price and quality of work were fabulous. If you want a fair price and quality work this is who you call.

I had the following residential work done: replaced three shingle roofs with new metal panel roofing, all new gutters and downspouts, one new window, vinyl siding replaced on rear of home and miscellaneous small repairs. The work and materials are of high quality. All staff are very professional. This is my second time using Sanchez. I will use them again when I need my flat rubber roof replaced. Our bedroom started leaking water from the ceiling. Hugo came out and put together multiple estimates for just fixing the leak or just replacing that part of the roof or replacing the whole roof to our house. He gave me a very fair price to do the entire roof. The Better Business Bureau gives his company an A+ rating and now I understand why. He was very kind and explained everything I needed to know and answered all my questions. He inspected everything when the job was done before final payment. His construction team was prompt and on time and cleaned up everything when they were done and did a very good job building a new roof. We had lots of rotted wood that they replaced and it added time to the job all
the way until sunset and they stuck with it and did a wonderful job! Hugo was very fair about how much he charged us to replace everything that was rotting on my home. My neighbors were also impressed and asked him for estimates when he came over to give the final inspection of my house! When we want to remodel further, he will be the first one we call to get an estimate!

Chris showed us all of the issues with our roof, and proposed a reasonable repair plan.
This is the second roof that I have had Sanchez repair. 1st class work with quick services. I will not go anywhere else!

I called Hugo. I had a water leak in the roof of a rental i own in Hammond. Water puddling in the kitchen. A friend referred me to him who had herself just used him. I was going nuts worried about paying for a new roof. Hugo was able to get there next day, snap photos of the affected area. I was relieved to find just a small area of roofing needed replacement and a suspect pipe seal was the problem. I've roofed homes myself. The repairs and backup photos were spot on. Leak is fixed. Hugo was responsive and provided an estimate quickly. He was also willing to coordinate with tenants, which I appreciate. It took a little longer than I expected to get it installed but that is because the window took longer to get in. Would definitely recommend. He also replaced damaged siding.

Repairs to roof, chimney flashing, gutters minor carpentry and replacement of cedar Shakes with vinyl Shakes was spot on beautiful. On time, great communication, reasonable pricing. Professional workers and cleaned everything they way it was before they came. Highly recommend.

I’m so happy I found Sanchez Roofing and Construction. Chris is wonderful! He helped repair some siding blown off from wind damage. He has a quick response time, provides an estimate for services as well as a time frame for work to be completed. I know I’ll eventually need new siding, and I will definitely call Sanchez and Co to complete the work.

Update (May,2024): I needed my garage roof replaced and called Sanchez Roofing to complete the job. Ruben and his crew did a great job. They were even able to come a few days early than originally planned. They do great work!

Called and spoke with Silvia about getting a new door installed at my house. They were able to gave me a quote within a few days and had the door installed a few days after that. They were polite and professional cleaning as they went. They even had everything finished before bad weather came in.

Hugo owner personally inspected all work after job was done with me the home owner.. before final payment.
This is the second roof Sanchez has done for me smooth no problems .
Estimate cost was lower than 2 competitors in my area.....

Terrific company. So far they have re-roofed two tall apartment buildings, replaced four windows and one very large store front window, rerouted two downspouts, and they have repaired fascia under the roof eaves with siding which stopped a very aggressive squirrel family. They are the best. Hugo, the owner, is very responsive and helpful, his crews efficient, polite and clean up before they leave, and he checks to see the work was done correctly and to the customers satisfaction, and he prices the work fairly. This is my go to company; one I know I can trust.

I cannot say enough about Hugo Sanchez and his staff at Sanchez Roofing and Construction Inc. He and his staff are as professional, honest and hard-working as they come. I have called upon him several times and he never dissapoints. His work is quality and I have never had a single complaint. He will always be first on my list to call.

I first used them to roof and straighten my drooping 12 in. facia and soffit on my front house, they did an excellent job. I next used them to do enclose and wrap the facia and soffit on the back house another great job. Then I had them roof the back house. Finally I had them do tear off of siding , wrap the house, 1 in. insulation board with taped seams, put siding and new windows. They finished the job yesterday . I am more than pleased with the work done by Sanchez Construction. Hugo the owner is a man of his word, and his workers are good people.

Sanchez Roofing took on our "small" job when other companies would not take on the job or give us an estimate. Other companies wanted to do much more than was necessary.
:"Hugo" , the owner, was prompt, courteous and most thorough with his estimate and photographs of the roof.
"Roberto" and "Martin" completed our job. Roberto removed a bird's nest from our soffits and assured us that there was NO rotted wood and no need for replacement, which other companies had suggested.
Both employees were very meticulous in their work. These guys were not merely "roofers" and "laborers", they were "craftsmen".

From the beginning of the roofing process they were on time and prompt from start to finish. Mr. Sanchez was very helpful in gaining the work permit from the city of Harvey. The roofing team made sure they took all of the damaged wood under the shingles off, and replaced it. The roofing team also took pictures of the process and progress during the installation. I scheduled a consultation and the man called me the day of to say that because it was raining he didn’t wanna walk around with me outside to inspect. Mind you it was drizzling, but whatever Cool, so he asks me what all I’m looking to have done. I tell him. I go to my door window because I’m looking for him it was about 5min prior. I see him pull up in their pick up truck and he stays in the truck and takes 2 pics from his truck. My main issue was getting the deck in the rear that’s directly attached to my roof removed. He didn’t get out the truck to look at the deck to see how it was setup. So I give it a few days, I say maybe he’ll do a satellite image or drone etc. The appointment was on the 28th and it’s now the 5th of November. Still no phone call, no email nothing. Unprofessional and will not recommend.

Great company! They took great care installing our roof and kept the property very clean. They handled all the warranty paperwork which was very helpful.
