The Customer service rep over the phone was very nice while explaining the procedure for my particular roofing need. However, they could not accommodate me, but would consider calling back in the future. Call made 4/2/25 approximately 8:38am

We had such an amazing experience with Gluth Brothers, and I need to specifically call out Mason for his incredible communication and over-the-top customer service. This is such a rarity, and you have a gem with Mason.

Very long story short, we were under the gun to get our roof replaced for HO. It was a very stressful month of research of companies, and we know nothing about roofs, so we didn't even know where to begin.

We had three bids, and Gluth was not the lowest, but when it comes to a roof, you get what you pay for, so the "best deal" was not worth it to us. Further, the other two companies didn't make much effort to communicate with us after the estimate was received or checked in at all.

Mason earned the business by a landslide by answering all our questions, responding quickly, and he was just the overall winner. He is a great guy and has the communication skills that so many organizations lack these days. We adore him!

Our roof is finished and we love it. I never thought I would care too much about a roof, but now that it is on, I am sort of excited about having it - I must be getting old.

Mason and team, you are amazing. We are so grateful to have found you, and we are thrilled with the end result.

I recommend Gluth Brothers roofing!!! There are good people and they took care of me!! I worked with them for a while due to the weather but got the job done like they said!! Tony and his crew were great and had communication with me!! They fixed my roof in one area that was damaged from the horrible winds we had! They replaced my gutters and even replaced the old gable vents on each side of the house!! Thank you for everything!! You need your roof fixed or replaced? Call Gluth Brothers!! Some people don’t understand what replacing a roof entails. This company goes above and beyond. Trained professionals who do amazing work. Do your homework before you give a negative review.

Professional experience from start to finish for new gutters. We are happy with the process and the results. They helped us maneuver thru a NIPSCO issue due to the location of the wires with minimal de- energizing of the lines and Gluth & NIPSCO worked well together to complete the work. Also fixed our chimney & flashing that was a source of concern for us for some time. Intend to call them again for siding in the near future.

Mason and his crew went above and beyond to fix our roof ,chimney and gutters. Communicated throughout entire process . Workers were polite and tidy . I highly recommend using this local family owned company . Looking forward to having our siding done in the future with them as well.

Worst company ever. They are doing the roof where I work and we have had ceiling tiles falling out on top of us It sounds like they are picking up items and dropping them on purpose. All day long. This has been going on for weeks. The mess inside the building is horrible. The noise makes it impossible to hear when on the phone. Never use this company

My 102 yo WWII vet dad and my 98 yo mom had an old chimney that was about to fall through the roof due to deck leaks and rotting wood. Mason Gluth gave me a quote that was as good or better than the others . They came out, had the job done in less than 5 hrs. Cleaned up and it was good as new. Their customer service was excellent, Denise was informative and helpful. I picked them because I knew the name and that they had been in business 138 years. The price was an added bonus.. Thank you

I had a slow leak going on my fireplace chimney stack my shingles were old they had few years left on them but with way economy is going didn't want to wait till things got more expensive. Gluth was the best price out of all estimates i got,for the work I needed done and were very accommodating of scheduling roof job since I work rotating shifts, they went above and beyond showing and telling me the issues with my fireplace leak and other things I needed done very honest and not trying to overcharge or add things thst weren't needed Mason did walk through after work was completed and found a shingle he said didn't look right and had guys come and fix. Great company I highly recommend you don't really find honesty like that these days I highly recommend for your roofing needs thanks again Mason

The overall experience from this company was excellent as I needed a new roof after 17 years. They were very courteous and professional and I when I got home I could barely tell they they were there as clean up was excellent.

My fire place was leaking. Had chimney specialist out three times. Gluth came out, found the problem and repaired my roof when it was 100 degrees. Great job! Thank you!

We called Blues Brothers to get an estimate on our roof Mason showed up and checked out the roof and took pictures with the Drone they promptly emailed and mailed us pictures and an estimate very professional any and all questions were answered A+ quality work and the cleanup was impeccable Blues Brothers does quality work at reasonable price and has the right equipment and all great workers

Jason and Trevor were very professional. They did the work in a timely manner. Jason found another problem with the chimney and they were able to fix that problem before they left.

We had a great overall experience with the team. Mason came out, got on the roof and into the attic to see our concerns. We thought we made need an entire roof replacement. Mason was quick to let us know that we only needed some repairs and the roof would likely last another 5 years before needing a replacement. We got our quote the next day including our ask to have a vent cut in. We accepted and Jason and Trevor came out promptly to complete the work. We found both men to be professional and respectful. I found a leak on Thursday of last week and called Gluth Brothers on Friday. Mason Gluth came out on Monday and immediately assessed the problem and was able to make a quick fix! Gluth Brothers were responsive and I highly recommend them!

Watch your P’s & Q’s with then. If it doesn’t align, it will be a problem! I don’t care about your (when I’m looking for a reputable company to accomplish a task)personal values, I wanted to hire a reputable company for a service based on their experience. They may have experience, but their value to the customer needs doesn’t align with their agenda. Before you judge my opinion, I will say I am a multiple six figure earner that will give credit when credit is due. I value the expertise of contractors who will do a quality job. The mentality here is, “ someone will give us money, so I don’t really care”.

Very disappointing. They were my first choice mostly because I remembered Gluth roofing from when I was a kid and I had hoped that longevity equated quality.
They didn't provide any details about what they would do. Then when I attempted to call them it took multiple tries and they wanted to put it off until spring and even said they would only do it this year if I came up with an extra thousand dollars. They were already quoting higher than two other companies that have also been in business for multiple years. We never received a work order and they didn't seem like they were interested at all even though the salesman who came to our house told us his boss said they needed a few more roof jobs.
Well we didn't need them either. We got another company for the job.

Mason Gluth examined my roof, figured out and zeroed in on the problem quickly. The crew who repaired the roof were professional, hard-working in the extremely hot weather, friendly and respectful. They matched the new shingles to the old shingles perfectly. I was satisfied with the work they did and was glad to have had the Gluth company repair the roof.

Gluth Brothers was suggested to my husband and myself from my parents who had some work done to repair their roof. After calling several companies to get quotes on work we took the recommendation from them. I called to set up an appointment. I was told on one had to be home and someone would be out in a week. Week past and no response. I called back asking if the technician had come out. They let me know due to the rain the technician was unable, which was completely understandable. Was then told it would be another week. It is now a month and a half later and nothing. I called again the beginning of this week to ask and no call back. I understand they are busy but we were potential customers too.

Jack was a super nice guy that did the estimate and set everything up the crew that did the roof did amazing job and did it in one day
