Nick Thompson was great and the crew was great also. Julian was the sales representative and he was great. You put a new roof on my detached garage.

I needed a ventilation system for my roof that only had exhausts vents installed. Unexpectedly, although I knew the roof was old, I didn’t know how badly damaged it was and it and started leaking suddenly. After researching, I discovered that not many companies handled both. Fortunately, Roger’s roofing does. Dominic’s explanation of the process of both the roofing and the ventilation process was thorough and patient. I feel extremely blessed by Dominic and after praying with him I know that he was God sent. I would highly recommend Dominic and Roger’s Roofing for all of your roofing needs.

Jose Salgado Indiana is an awesome young man. He was very patient and knowledgeable of the entire roofing process. We highly recommend him to all future customers! He stayed to assess our roof in the pouring rain. He put the tarp back on our roof so my elderly husband didn’t have to! What an awesome person!!

The crew was wonderful, the install was very fast, it looks beautiful. Really expensive but my real only complaint was the project concierge. Josie went on vacation, I didn't know that, tried to get a hold of her without success. There was no confirmation of date, time, anything . Good thing they just showed up. Several emails later. Phone calls later, I tried to call the company but it was after hours because I had to work, and no one could help me. Needs to be a handoff to someone for the customer besides the team that comes to actually install the roof.

Great experience from the inspection to job completion. Dumpster and materials arrived on day of install and dumpster and extra material taken away same day. The roof looks great and have had neighbors front and back of our house who complimented the same. All arrived on time and did a great cleanup. Will recommend

Just had Dominic and Jose to the house from Rogers Roofing to quote out roof replacement project. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. If you have a roof project coming up, give Jose and Dominic at Rogers a call.

We had both Dominic and Jose come out today and take a look at our roof. They were both extremely professional and thorough with their inspection. Don’t hesitate to call Rogers roofing for your needs if you live in Indiana or Illinois.

Spoke with Tim to get an estimate. He was professional and gave me a great overview of what my roof's damage was and what to expect in repairs.

Update: George made it affordable for me to replace my roof and I'm going with them!

RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN
Beware of this company. We spent over three hours going through every detail of a roof replacement with the sales team. Everything was confirmed and signed off on Friday, with a 30% deposit submitted by Monday. The project was scheduled and appeared to be moving forward smoothly.

However, by Thursday, I was contacted by someone—presumably a project manager—who informed me that despite our signed agreement and deposit, the gutters that were clearly included in our contract were now suddenly not included. They claimed additional payment would be needed to cover them. Oh and the $22,000 quoted job should actually be a $33,070 job. And the sales rep “made a mistake and misquoted you.” Okkkkkk sureeeeee.

This is completely unacceptable. A reputable company would honor their agreement and absorb the cost of their mistake—not try to charge the customer more after the fact. I was told, “mistakes happen,” but that this was too much money for them to cover. To me, this felt like an attempt to squeeze more money out of an already overpriced job.

In my view, this is a breach of contract and highly unprofessional behavior. I’ve already wasted a week dealing with this. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere. Wish I had!!

Dave, Ike, & Jose all came out to do a skylight for me. They did a fantastic job and would highly recommend them if you need any type of work done....

George and Tim were very professional and performed a very thorough inspection of our roof. They were able to speak clearly and with great detail about what they found, what it should be like, and what the recommended remediation should be. They backed up their findings with video and photos. By far the most professional team to come out and inspect our roof, and the company seems structured like the best commercial contractors I have worked with. Very impressed, and although I’m still doing my due diligence and have not signed with them yet, but I suspect they might be hard to beat.

David, Ike and Jose came to remove a satellite dish and tune up that area of the roof. They were professional, quick and efficient.

Julius came to evaluate our roof today. He was extremely thorough and very polite and friendly. He was also very polite and friendly to my children. His inspection was incredibly thorough and he did an excellent job explaining the results of the inspection to us, which included video and pictures. He went through materials to explain and show us exactly how they will finish our roof. I felt very comfortable knowing our roof will be refinished properly and protect our home for decades. Julius earned our trust and the 5 stars.

I just had my roof repaired by Dave and Ike with Rogers Roofing! They did a great job you can't even tell there were shingles missing. The also put a new chimney cap on, which was also blown off in a storm. I would reccomend Dave and Ike for any of your roofing needs!

A very professional crew arrived at 7am and went to work. They did an outstanding roof installation under the direction of Foreman Nick Thompson. Very respectful of our property and concerned for our safety when we were outside.

Dominic Sandoval gives most excellent service, and explains well the process of the new roof as well as the existing condition of the current roof. Ask for him if you need roofing work done.

Dom and Tim were great in representing the company and the options for the roofing replacement. I'm excited to get it installed soon.

Dominic was FANTASTIC. He was super professional, friendly, and on time for our appointment. He walked us through every detail of setting up our roof replacement purchase. I needed warranty work done on my sun tunnels and David and Solomon came and fixed them. They were very professional and helpful. Crew Leader Jose, David, Solomon & George came with smiles and determination to find and fix a problem. They did a fantastic job. I have received nothing less than a 5 star service.. This crew works as a great team. They are professional and really provide great customer service.

Dave and Ike did an excellent job with my roof repair. They were timely, courteous and explained exactly what my needs were, which differed a bit from the initial inspection and quote. They confirmed each repair with me and did not do work in areas that did not need it, which ended up making my repair more affordable. All work was professionally done.

Dave and Ike from Rogers Roofing came out to attach some flashing that came off my new roof.They were excellent ! They affixed it but Dave said I do not like the way it looks so I am going to call and see if they can get you a new one! He called right away and they are going to order me some new flashing! He said I will come back out and put the new one on..

I had my roof installed the outcome was excellent. Kristian C was so helpful, sent us pictures and called to inform how job was going. He also explained what was needed. Of course there were glitches Kristian came across, but he handled it perfectly and we were always at ease I am happy I chose Rogers Roofing.

Dominic was extremely professional, knowledgeable. He explained and brought examples about all aspects of the roofing projects..will definitely use again.

Zach did a very thorough inspection of our roof, gave us a detailed breakdown of our options, and did a great job explaining the process. There was a slight hiccup in scheduling- the crew showed up the day before the shingles/roll off arrived (hence the 4 stars)- but the project managers, Krystian and Austin, and Macro's crew were very professional and kept us informed of every step of the process. My husband even got on the roof with them to talk about the project.

Nick Thompson and his crew were great, they were quick and efficient and cleaned up every single piece of debris. Roof looks amazing too.

David and Ike were timely, explained the full process and did a great job with our gutters and downspout install, cleaned up the area, were kind, knowledgeable and did a great job.

Rogers Roofing had done a windows and siding project for us several year ago. When shopping for a new roof, we called on them again and Dominic did a very thorough assessment inside and out and really explained roofing and ventilation on a level I was unaware of. I am confident in their staff and craftsmanship and would recommend Roger's Roofing to anyone looking for a company that stands behind their work and puts a focus on quality.

The roofs were replaced today and we are very happy with the results. Workers were here when promised and work began about 8 a.m. the project manager (nick) kept us informed of progress. Workers were very respectful of our flowers in the yard, and there were no blaring radios.

Dom & George were very friendly. They were thorough in their presentation & patient with our questions. It was a pleasure working with them.

Be wary, this business has a large team; some interactions were great and some were not.

They eventually patched our roof. But first, they were here all day trying to upsell us. (a 2 person sales team)
They put far more time into the sales process than the patch.

When the crew came to do the job, ***they did not finish.***
It took several days to get someone to reply about the rest of the work to be done, at which point they denied that their crew would ever leave a job unfinished.
I eventually got someone else to talk to, who also didn't believe me, but after I pushed more, they sent me to someone else. That person had me send proof. Which I did. And then they sent someone to finish the job. So I really had to work to get them to do the work.

I received many requests for 5-Star ratings, and as an unhappy customer - these were frustrating. I did reach out to let them know I had a bad experience (I've been in similar fields of work, and 1 or 2% of jobs are bound to have issues - I understand that)
My hope had been that they'd try to make this a '5-Star' experience at some point.

Again, the response was slow but I did eventually get to talk to someone who I feel listened to me, genuinely apologized, and wanted to make sure the situation was settled with no bad feelings. And it was.

Tough to quantify the experience at this point, since I liked the sales guys at the beginning, and the person I spoke with at the end went above and beyond a 5-star review. So I'm landing at 4.

Diego and his team came back and ensured that our project was completed as quoted. Thank you so much for easing our minds!!

UPDATE:
So the guys that came out to do the quote and inspection could convince you a cotton candy roof won't melt. However, the subcontractor that did the job was not so good. They took out a bathroom vent and covered it up instead of replacing it with a new one as was agreed. They destroyed the second bathroom vent filling it with old nails and debris while removing the old roofing material. They did not take down the old gutters or replace the drip edge as agreed. Then when Rogers sent out another crew to cut out and install the missing vent, that crew shoved a pipe through my bathroom ceiling and 8 months later they still never sent anyone out to fix that. They also told us they would replace the vent that was ruined, but still have not done that either. We've never had an issue with ice dams in the winter until they did our roof and gutters. Now we get a huge ice dam over the dining room window. Very disappointed in the quality of service for the price we paid and will never recommend them to anyone. Only gave 1 star because you cannot do less

Called Rogers Roofing for an estimate. Shawn and Mitch came out on the next Saturday and did a full inspection. They were very professional and thorough with the inspection and even took video of the roof so the could not only tells us of the condition but also show us at the same time. Explained everything in "lamen's " terms as needed.

Issac and David came to my residence for an issue with my vent fans. They walked me through and explained everything in detail. They explained that they would be back in a few days to remedy everything. Very satisfied with their prompt courteous service

Rogers came out and David and Ike got in and solved the mystery of some bubbling paint on our ceiling. He went in the attic and discovered that our vent hose was not properly connected to an outside damper vent great work and it’s under warranty! Thank you!

Today’s update: they got into the attic and up in the roof and got everything properly attached! Great job, professional and courteous. Would never use anyone but Rogers Roofing!!
