Julian was extremely friendly and did a great job explaining the whole process to me. From the day he stepped on my property to give me my estimate till the day the job was done. We hired Ivans roofing to complete repairs on two of our buildings in Hammond, Indiana. Ivan was on-site to assess what was required. Ivan and his team began the project immediately and was completed in a timely fashion. Very professional and I love the fact the owner (Ivan) and his right-hand man Jamie are very accessible and respond immediately.

IVAN and his crew are truly professional and hard working. I called around to several roofing companies to assist with repairing my roof. However, because my property is a rental property which is a duplex. All the other roofers insisted that I have the entire roof repaired. I thought to myself that I wasn’t going to repair my neighbors roof. Why would I repair her roof and that it’s her responsibility. Well I called IVAN’s and lucked up on getting Jamie. Let me start by saying that I love Jamie. He’s professional and very compassionate. He made sure that I was accommodated on payment issues and was very compassionate after explaining my medical condition. Jamie not only walked me through the process of payment options but also made sure that it was inline with my budget. Do not use this company they lied to me and said I would need a new roof based off the damage they assessed. They then proceeded to tarp half my roof. Couple weeks go by my adjuster comes out and we discovered only two shingles needed to be replaced. They really didn’t debate with the adjuster either. I waited a few days as they would quote me for the two shingles. They never called emailed nothing. After doing some brief research the damaged shingles I replaced on my own. $100.00 out of pocket. The bulk of my time on the roof was filling in the holes they left putting my tarp on.

I higly recommend using them for your roof- I just had my roof done with them, and not only was it done quickly, but it looks amazing! When a little bit of plaster fell and some nails were visible, Jonathan was over a day later to fix the situation. After my neighbors saw how great my roof looks, both of them said that they would use them in the future.

I had a wonderful experience with Ivan. Initially, I had contacted Roger's Roofing, and they suggested replacing the entire roof, which seemed excessive.
In contrast, Ivan thoroughly inspected the attic and the roof and accurately identified the source of the leaks. Due to a recent storm, one of my gutters was damaged. I contacted Ivan’s and once a free quote (personal visit to my property) was provided, the workers arrived a day early from the scheduled day, and were in and out in no time. You barely knew they were on the roof putting it all together. They left the premises clean and without any issues. The payment option through technology was a plus as it’s not easy to have to visit a facility in such a busy schedule just to make a payment. We were very satisfied.

Ivan and Jamie were awesome. Had some minor storm damage and they came out for same day estimate. I had a new roof one week later. Very professional and even several of my neighbors were impressed by what they saw. I would recommend and like to thank Ivan, Jamie, and the crew for everything.

Ivan's Roofing was the general contractor on a renovated house we recently moved into, and we really love the work that his team did. The house is beautiful and comfortable. When the weather got warmer in recent months, we learned that the A/C unit was broken and Ivan responded quickly to my plea for help. These guys were working on my neighborhoods house and I seen them and asked do you do gutters. They said yes and the guy called his manager and Jamie Mendez was at my house less than 10mins. I told him I needed new gutters mines was hanging off my roof. He gave me good prices told what I should keep or get rid of. Basically telling me ways to save money most people would just say you need everything new to scam you but he showed love. We even had some good laughs and they took my old gutters off that day and put the new ones the next day less than 24hrs. Great work friendly people I really appreciate you guys thank you.

I contacted Ivan and he promptly sent Roberto to check out the issue. Roberto quickly assessed the situation and found the cause of the leak. This company installed a brand new shower downstairs in my basement. The time frame to complete was in great timing, the workers were very prompt, and never had to worry about anything while working on the house . The bathroom looks great, however, there were a few minor details I discovered after the full inspection with the owner. The paint job inside the bathroom could have been done a little neater, it seems like around the edges/corners were rushed. Also, just the clean up around the shower, the floor, just period (leftover grout and dust)…I was hoping since we spent a nice penny on this bathroom that the clean up would be a little more detailed, instead of me cleaning the bathroom afterwards. Otherwise, the owner and workers were a pleasure to work with and may consider for a future project!

This company cuts corners and are all about a cosmetic look but not quality. They don't return phone calls and they do a poor job. They provide quick and cheap fixes but that cost you dearly down the road. I am highly disappointed in the work and the lack of quality. I called them to ask for a fix for the poor job they performed. I was told to send pictures and never got a call back. Avoid using them.

From start to finish all the work they did was very professional and it looks great. Couldn’t be happier. I had all the confidence that Ivan would get everything done that he had promised. From the very beginning, he took an interest in my concerns. For example, I told him it was very hot inside the garage he said with extra air vents and the air flow from the facia vents that would eliminate a lot of moisture/rot issues. He has that ‘can do and will do” attitude. He listened and gave advice and helpful tips. His crew were very respectful to an elderly soul like me. And lastly, they did a great job in cleaning up the worksite. I would very highly recommend their services.
