I own an exterior cleaning company as well and our schedule was too full to service one of our VIP clients and I gave San Marcos Window Cleaning a call short notice to take care of the windows for me. They came out when they said they would and they did what they said they would. I’m very reluctant to use subcontractors since most contractors are flaky and I’ve had issues subbing out work in the past. We’ve used San Marcos Window Washing for years. No one cleans windows better than they do. They also do amazing power washing of driveways and patios. We have had them install Christmas lights for 4 years, which are absolutely beautiful!!!

The long version:
Matt was our service provider. This is the first time I've used them, but my dad and his wife are on a quarterly plan with them along with several of their neighbors in Kissing Tree.
I didn't realize I was supposed to move things out of the way, but Matt was a pro and just moved stuff, cleaned the window and then moved it back.
He was here from 8:30AM to 11:30AM and we have a 2-story house (about 2800 sf). $299 (inside and out).

The 3 men that came this morning were professional, kind and respectful! He explained what he would be doing and introduced me to the other helper. They did an amazing job. My windows look so good! I highly recommend them.

The guys did a great job on the our windows. Both inside and outside were cleaned including the screens and window troughs. Driveway, sidewalk and porches were also done impeccably! We will definitely use them again and recommend to our family and friends!

I hope you have a moment to read a rave review about San Marcos Window Washing and their fine crew. We had our house lit up by them for Christmas followed by window washing Inside and out yesterday. We have never had a more courteous, ambitious or talented group of contractors in our home. They even thanked us for having them over! From calling them on Tuesday and them showing up on Wednesday to do a great job, we couldn’t be more pleased. One hour with six of their crew shined up my windows like i never could have. Give them a try. It is the best money I have spent in a long time.
