They found and fixed several issues that I had no clue were occurring. Sampson provides you with a detailed plan and keeps you updated with their progress. I would use them again. Their prices are very reasonable, considering the cost of material these days.

Sampson made this roofing process super convenient from the start of reaching out to my homeowner's insurance to file a claim, removing and reinstalling solar panels, clean up, and customer service. Roof looks beautiful and comes with a 5 year warranty! Not 5 stars because it took a while to get my warranty and I had to message and email several times. Overall, would recommend.

I requested an estimate that I needed quickly because of negotiating a real estate transaction. My insurance company did an insurrection on my home and was denied because of the shingles, I came Sampson Roofing on Monday and by Thursday 4pm the job was finished. I used Sampson Roofing and they were amazing. Fair price, friendly and did good work. Most importantly they gave a good warranty that they are following up with. Now I did end up having a small issue within the warranty period but they sent someone out today to look at the roof and they will be fixing the issue at no cost because of the warranty. In today’s time most companies will do whatever possible to get out of following through with fixing things even within the warranty period so it really shows that this is a really good legit company to go with. I would highly recommend

Sampson & his team were such a great pleasure to work with. Communication & scheduling was perfect. Helped me work with the insurance company on our roof claim. Our roof turned out fantastic! I would highly recommend them for any roofing needs.

I went through 2 companies/people before i found this one. They were honest with what my roof needed (I could get by with repairs). I was given a quote for repairs and one for a roof (which helps to know how much I should be saving). The quote included pictures of the repairs and prices. I got a power wash, spikes and 1 repair to the front of the house (wood was rotting under tile) I also got some tiles that were missing which increased exposure. I have a serious pigeon problem so some of the pictures you’ll still see their droppings.
They went above and beyond which was nice.

Sampson Roofing is the company to hire. Professional. Honest. Quoted and did my roof correctly. They do not cut corners. The workers were amazing and even the cleanup was amazing. They also did not make me wait. They came out the same day I called and completed the job the next day.

We got our roof replaced with Sampson Roofing. As soon as we turned over the first installment check from the insurance company they got started the very next morning and got the whole job in just a few days. Came out perfect. 10/10 would recommend.

First off he provided a number for the Register of Contractors. In case I wasn’t happy with work. Sampson kept me informed of all the details regarding my roof replacement. His crew was timely and did a great job cleaning up even going back a second time to make sure no nails were lost on the ground

Contrate a esta compañía por k el techo de mi casa necesitaba cambiarse por las tormentas k hubo se empezó a gotear terminaron el 31 agosto pero al siguiente día siguiente día notamos que corría agua por debajo del papel del que habian puesto hable al contratista y no contesto hasta después mando a una persona y se les habia olvidado pegar la línea de agua y para nuestro ver le dijimos k toda la noche corrió agua eso quería decir k el papel no había hecho su función y lo dejaron así me dijeron k el sol aria k se pegara el papel y para nuestra sorpresa el día 8 de Septiembre empezó a gotear la sala y colapso el techo hablamos al contratista y no se presentó mando al señor del ruffin para k mirara lo k paso y si se colapso la sala el señor del ruffin vino y recogió lo k se callo desde entonces hemos tenido discusión para k me arregle el techo nuevo k según ellos pusieron y todo lo del interior ya fui ala oficina del estado y fui con EL ROC hice todo lo k me pidió ROC k lo dejara terminar bueno les cuento k me a mandado personas k no saben hace el trabajo me puso parches en un techo nuevo aparte me puso el coating según un revestimiento que para mi no tendría que haber puesto en un techo nuevo pero el Señor Sampson se a negado a volver a kitar el techo dañado ahora me mando unos que ponen el chirrac para k arreglaran adentro y aferrado el señor queria serrar pero no se podía por k aún se sigue goteando los chirrakeros pusieron la ensolacion y traspasaron los tornillos hasta el techo ja y lo abujeraron después volvieron a venir a kitar los tornillos para rellenar con silicon mal trabajo aparte cuando colapso el techo se quedo todas las paredes mojadas y el techo y no fue removido hasta octubre ya habia hongo y la historia esta más larga pero ahora el descarado quiere que le pague y le dije k no le voy a dar los cheques k me mando la aseguranza hasta k haga el buen trabajo k mando reglar mi azeguranza y le pago a hora estoy con mi casa destruida y con un mal techo arreglad

Sampson offered to meet with my insurance company to ensure I received maximum benefit from them.
He gladly answered all my many questions prior to contract award.
He also explained local code issues impacting this project and insuring they would be adhered to.
His crew showed up on time, finished the job in a professional and timely manner, and swept their work area clean at the end of the job. Thet left no sign they were ever their, other than the superior work product they left behind.
Sampson did not call the job complete until he inspected and approved the job himself.

After a severe storm caused major roof damage, I did a quick Google search for roofers and found Sampson's 5-star reviewed business. I called Sampson on a Saturday at 7:45pm expecting to leave a voicemail, but to my surprise he answered the phone. He agreed to meet me the next day to assess the damage. He recommended a new roof, so I submitted an insurance claim and it was approved. Sampson scheduled the demo and new roof installation within a few days and his crew finished the job in a day and a half.

Throughout the entire process, Sampson was highly responsive, explained what to expect, and even provided upgraded materials at no additional out of pocket cost to me. It was the most seamless experience I've ever had working with a contractor, and I'm a landlord who has worked with dozens of contractors over the years! Initial concern was roofing services because water was leaking from the ceiling. Came within 24hrs. Free estimate, showed me pictures of what was wrong and gave options for fixing. Did not try to upsell. Since I live in an older home, I asked for an estimate on new roofing. Price was very reasonable and worth getting the whole roof done. Communication was given at every step. Contract was clear. No surprises. Work done professionally and efficiently. New roofing looks great. 100% would recommend for services.

We had a part of a tree fall on our roof from a storm. I wanted to the roof checked out for damage. I was able to get an appointment right away! The best news is that was no damage

The damage occurred right after the bill was paid.
Worker crashed trough my garage ceiling (they did fix the ceiling) and damaged my car.
Not willing to call his business Insurance he tried to send a "Fly By Night" company to repair/paint my vehicle in my Driveway!
Damage occurred to personal property while Job was finished up.

Sampson let personal Home Owner Car Insurance cover the cost and has not paid them back!
Let the Home Owner cover their Deductible!
Rental too!
Given chances to cure and he ignored (no call, no show) appointments.
***5 year guarantee isn't much good if the Roofer (Sampson) won't come back nor pay for his responsibilities.
Never received all my final paperwork concerning the job.
Had to contact AZ Registrar of Contractor's.
This is just not acceptable business!
Should be glad I gave him average!
Owner also had to re-hire in order to get Siding completed correctly!
"More Money".....Buyer Beware!

When my wife and I began our search for our roof underlayment replacement we began with four estimates. We used a previous roofer who had repaired several problems in the past, and two others recommended by an online service and Sampson. Each company inspected the roof and gave a verbal explanation of the work required and submitted a quote by email. Sampson was our last quote and he blew the rest out of the water. He found things in the initial inspection that the others didn’t find and he explained the complete process of the work he would do. I could tell from how he explained about the different materials to choose from and how he would install them, that he would be my choice if the price was right. His quote was very competitive. No bait and switch at the end he did what he said. Sampson’s workers were very professional and courteous. He informed me each day what they were doing and what they found and what needed to be done if he found a problem. They cleaned up at the end of the day and Sampson would inspect the work and tell me what they had done and what was needed for tomorrow before he left.
