Excellent work. The men were respectful and pleasant to have in the house. The quality of the work was better than I expected. I would recommend Sam to anyone.

Sam is my go-to guy. I witnessed him and his guys tear a roof off, repair some compromised wood and re-shingle everything in an 8 hour shift. I was highly impressed especially because I knew that house was a rental and had to be the lowest bid. I didnt expect much and Sam quickly changed my mind! They do good work that he will stand behind. After the roof, I called Sam for a real estate client of mine who needed the 1st floor remodeled. Sam had the job done in less than 3 weeks, top to bottom. New kitchen, all new LVT floors, and put a wall back up to make it 3 beds again. He had a guy who did an interior french drain and sump pump and he waterproofed the entire damp basement. Sam and his guys can do it all. He is the definition of general contractor. He's easy to talk to, wont beat you over the head and does quality work. I have Sam Pascal on the schedule to replace all the windows in my personal home and a full bathroom remodel. Trust me, just call Sam.

I have some challenging plumbing issues so I hadn't updated my bathroom in sometime, fretting that I just could never afford it or not being able to trust the contractors. When I contacted Sam, you could tell right off the bat that he was thinking about how to make the job work (versus how can I take all of this lady's money). Not only was it a great job, but he was reliable, trustworthy, and honest. Love my bathroom and I would definitely recommend him to anyone.
