Luis's team did an impeccable job cleaning our home. They were on time, worked fast and were extremely thorough (and so nice!). If we need cleaning services again we will definitely call them.

Arranged for house cleaning a week ahead of time. The day of, got a text that one of the promised team of three had gone home sick and they were running 1.5 hours behind schedule. I said fine. When I inquired about the adjusted rate, was given a higher rate. When I tried to negotiate, he cancelled by text. When I said I would leave him a bad review, tried to shame me out of it. Truly unprofessional.

Luis and his team are the best! There isn't anything in your home they can't clean - housecleaning, windows, floors, carpets...they do it all and they make it spotless. I highly recommend them.

I had a water leak in my Living room thru the foundation. I got a quote from few guys which were expensive. I asked Luis to take a look. He not only diagnosed the source of the leak( the rods) he also suggested how to fix it as well what I should do to make sure rain water does not hit the house sides in future.

We talked Sunday evening, Luis came and fixed the leak on Tuesday, made a nice flower bed outside ( complete with brick edgeing, planted plants, and added mulch). By 7 pm Tuesday Luis had done all the work.

Last 3 days it had rained and no water leak. The flower bed looks fantastic.

Luis has also done work for me in other areas of the house- Installed new door inside as well as outside door, added new door knobs, and lighting fixtures.

I am truly amazed at how many things Luis can fix.

Luis is through and meticulous. He gives idea that will fix the problem. He is punctual and timly and responds to questions via txt or phone call. I recommend him for any of the services he has listed. I now recommend him to all my friends.

Luis and his crew at Saline Services have been cleaning our house for eight months. In the past I had tried two other cleaning services - both of whom had made me feel like my expectations for a good job were unreasonable. Then I found Saline Services - and they have met or exceeded my expectations every time.

We initially hired them to do a one time cleaning before a birthday party and were so thrilled we asked if they could come on a regular basis. We have two small kids, several pets, and are coming out of a stressful year where my husband went through surgery and radiation - Luis and the rest of the crew have made our lives easier and more manageable. They did a great job in our home on short notice. We have a pretty clean house but wanted a little extra for when our family came into town. Luis and his crew communicated to the exact minute when they would arrive, worked hard, and got the house looking better than it ever has (and it was just renovated last fall). Reccomend for those who need a 1x deep clean or a weekly cleaning. Will use again if needed. Prices seem fair, possibly a little higher than what I found to be average around the Ann Arbor area.
