Jacob at SAFE ROOF was very knowledgeable and prompt at coordinating my roof repair. The entire process was efficient and the employee (Sergio) dispatched was polite and respectful of the home. This repair job was initiated with my home warranty company on a Thursday and the job completed the next day.

My elderly mother had minor wind damage on her 17 year old roof that needed to be repaired. I live 1200 miles away and needed help in getting this roof repaired. I called Jacob at Safe Roof and he helped to negotiate with the insurance company who eventually refused to replace the entire roof. However, he and his crew fixed the damage to the roof, though it was a small job and satisfied the insurance company and prevented my mother from having to pay out-of-pocket for a new roof. Other companies I contacted would not even come out and give me a quote unless I committed to replacing the roof. This was unnecessary and Jacob was the only one who agreed to the repair. They did a great job. The insurance company is happy. My mother is happy and I’m happy. I would recommend this company unconditionally .

I had a tree struck by lightning and tge crew from Safe Roofing came out promptly and worked quickly to clean up the dead broken branches. They did an excellent job and i would highly recommend them for all your tree trimming and removal needs.

It took sometime to get my roof done due to insurance delays. They went to the insurance company on my behalf and made sure no corners were cut on getting the best replacement for my roof. And the work was impeccable. I definitely recommend this company for your roof replacement or repairs

Everyone was very nice and helpful. They have been very professional and great so far! I will also repost my review afterward! I have a good feeling that it will be just as good if not better! They are honest people and you don't have to worry about getting stuck with paying more money than they tell you up front and more than what you should have to pay for a roof.
