AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I had a work truck with a blow out and they came out and helped us right away. We are from out of state and had no idea who to call and they were great! Then the spare blew out right down the road and I called them AGAIN and they came to our rescue going above and beyond to help us get tires and came back out and put them on the wheels!! I can't say enough how much I appreciate all they did for my guys! It went on late into the night and they never even acted bothered about being in the middle of the highway. A+++++++ customer service and great people!

Great roadside mechanics and honest ones. I’ve had some trucks break down in Oklahoma recently, and some of those roadside mechanics and their boss’s didn’t even use astroglide. Highly recommend these guys!

Had the the nut off of my input yoke on the power axle come off, and it had the driveline in one hell of a bind, not to mention did a number on the pinion that nut goes on. Found the nut and had them pick it up from Rush there in Ardmore, and after a few hours of having to grind down and rethread the pinion into good enough shape, they got me going. The price was more than fair for the work they put into it, which was way less than what I expected it to be. I have their number saved for any future problems I may have out in that area, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend. They helped me make it in time to pick up the wildest load I've hauled to date.

These guys are great. John was out with the part to fix my KW within an hour and had her fixed in 30 min. Great guy, fantastic service!

I was at a truck stop in Paul’s Valley OK getting my truck starter’s replaced. The mechanic at this truck stop unable to get the old starter off of the housing not able to get couple of bolts off. After more than 8 hours the truck stop mechanic gave up and refer me to B&B Truck Service. First thing in the morning the next day I called and mechanic by then name of Paul called back and I explained the situation and gave me the quote of how much will it cost me. He arrived within the hour and started work on my truck, in less than 30 minutes he is able to get the bolts off of the old starter and begins working installing the new starter. The n less than 2 hours of job the starter installed and the truck fired up and now I’m back on the road. For future reference I should have called B&B Truck service to begin with instead of wasting whole day of my time and costing me money for delayed delivery. Thank you B&B Truck Service for sending me a mechanic that knows what he’s doing and get the job done in one shot. Thank you mechanic Paul for your work put in to get me back on the road

They took care of my 2016 Kenworth. They found the problem and had me back on the road quickly. I am very thankful for there service. Much better than there competition

Great place to get tires. Some of the staff could be a bit more courteous but they got the job done.

MC Kenworth called this company to come get me back up and running. I lost air pressure. Kent came and took care of it. Fast,courteous, I will recommend to my friends. KW had enough faith in this company to pay for the extra time and miles for the drive.

They stand behind there work! I recently had work done on my trailer. After 2 weeks for whatever reason the repair failed. I called and Walt said that he would take care of it. The next day I arrived they got right on it. I will say that the cost of this warranty job cost the shop more than the initial repair.
I can't say enough about there commitment to correct the repair. Thanks

My driver broke down here...I have to say I have never experienced the level of customer service these guys had towards my driver and myself. Wow! Kenworth and rush told me to buzz off for a week. This guy sends out a mech, tows it in then spends Friday night and sat morning getting him rolling. After giving him a ride to the hotel that they found for him. Wow! I'd give him 10 stars if I could. Great job!

Is there any way to leave less than 1 star? Seriously tho, I used them for a service call. They came, worked on truck, said it was fixed. Less than 1 block into my trip its obviously not fixed. I immediately call the mechanic and he tells me it will be another $85 service call fee and 2 hour minimum at $85 per hour. Just wow!

I was broke down at exit 47 on I-35 North bound, and they were nice enough to get a wrecker out there and tow me to a Peterbilt in Oklahoma City. They called and checked on me to make sure I was okay until the tow truck got there. Made me feel better to know someone cares. Thanks Troy for that service.

I used their road service they are fast at getting to you but charge way to much just to replace 5 inch upper radiator hose cost 333.86 that's 85 service call 63 mileage and 170 for 2 hours labor. I think the 85 service call should have included 1 hour labor just another RIP off for trucking company

Went in for AC repair tried to sell a bunch of parts I didn’t need. Replaced leveling valve on trailer crossed lines over inflated air bags had to fix myself. AC ended up being just a hose and not everything they wanted to replace that would have not fixed my problem. Will not ever go back there. Upside they were friendly, haha

Good staff quick service couldn't travel to me though I had to drive for 10 miles that took two hours to get to the shop
