Bobby came out the same day we called him (on a holiday)because we were without water he got us up and running quickly. He was really fair and honest. Easy to work with. Super nice.

Bobby came out to fix my water heater. He initially changed a component and later that night, i noticed the problem was still there. I called him back, he came out immediately the next morning with all new parts and stayed until the issue was completely solved and made sure i was fully satisfied!! If i ever have any issues with anything, he is the guy to call!! highly recommend!

Mr. Wagoner is a independent plumber in the Ardmore, Ok area who is dependable, trustworthy, on time, friendly, experienced and a WHOLE LOT CHEAPER than any corporate plumbers in this area. We will be using Mr. Wagoner services in the future because in this economy you shouldn't have to pay over $1000 to get a basic water heater installed.

Called around for a plumber to fix my spigot leaking in my back yard. He is the only plumber that would come out same day. He fixed it with very reasonable pricing. Will call him again if I have any plumbing issues.

We had a plumbing issue.Our sewer was clogged up with roots. He was here 30 minutes ahead of time. Was very nice and easy to explained things to us. Extremely kind and knowledgeable. Noticed we didn’t have a clean out on our property. Recommend we put one in. Called us for a follow up 2 days later. Told him it’s never worked as good as it does now. Would recommend him to anyone. I moved to Ardmore recently. I didn't know any service people in this area, so I called a community Church and asked them to refer a plumber when this older house had sewer issues. Bobby Wagner was one of their recommendations. He tried his small snake, as his professional grade one was in repair. I asked him what I owed him? He said he would not charge me because he was not able to solve my problem. Consequently, when I needed to replace a water heater I knew he was trust worthy. He went above and beyond, he even changed the gas turn off valve so it was accessible in case of an emergency! Bobby also called a roofer friend to repair the leak on the roof which kept the water heater from staying lit ( due to a handyman's incorrect work. The roofer had that problem solved in less then a day.
Bobby Wagner also repaired a leaking sink problem quickly and reasonably. I HIGHLY recommend him as a Plumber!

We got quick service to replace an electric water heater element. I called in the afternoon and got scheduled the next morning. When his earlier job was running long, he called an hour before the scheduled time to let us know, to get our OK to push back the time. That was nice. He was thoroughly professional, to drain the water heater and then refill it; finally flushing the lines and checking for leaks. Price was very reasonable.
