Jerry and Robert are the most professional and talented construction contractors that we've ever worked with over the past 35 years. We've renovated four houses ourselves so we know the difference. They were friendly and appreciative of input. They made several positive suggestions, as far as design ideas, on the multiple staircases that were installed and their work on them was meticulous. They also did an excellent job on the installation of hardwood flooring throughout our basement, installation of a suspended ceiling, and repair and painting of a wall section. They were always punctual, showed up when they said they would be here, and cleaned up their work area at the end of the day. One of the nicest things we noticed was how cognizant they were that they were in someone else's home and how respectful they were with our time and lifestyle. We absolutely love the work they did and we look forward to hiring them again in the future! Thank you so much!

I can fully recommend Jarek and his team for any remodeling needs. They helped with a kitchen and laundry room update which included cabinets, countertops, and electrical. He was able to create custom cabinetry to help us repurpose our old kitchen countertop to be used in the laundry room. My daughter had contracted Sadov Basement Solutions to remodel her Crystal Lake basement and the results were amazing! I did not need a basement remodel, but I did need drywall ceiling work throughout all of my 1st floor rooms, nine rooms in total. My Glendale Heights home is 50 years old and I was experiencing many ceiling nail pops. Sadov Basement Solutions installed drywall screws, mudded and sanded all of the work, and then painted all of my ceilings. I am extremely pleased with their work. The job came out great! You would never know there was any other work done to my ceilings other than painting. My ceilings look fantastic and I am very happy to know my reinforced ceilings will look great for a very long time. This company is very professional, delivered on the scheduled timeline they provided, and took great care while working in my home. They are reasonably priced and even offered expert tips on little things I can tackle myself around the house. After our basement flooded we had several contractors give us quotes, but Jarek and his team blew them out of the water. He is friendly, professional, and had excellent communication throughout the whole process. Simply can't say enough good things about our experience finishing our basement using Sadov Basement Solutions. Beginning with the estimate and through the construction, they were open and frank with us in how they reached the costs and how they would go about the work. They routinely kept us informed on their coming and goings and and would frequently call us down to show us how some areas of interest or concern were being handled. Examples were the installation of the foam insulation and how they found the way the mice and chipmunk got into the basement and how they had sealed everything up so that won't happen again. They were very meticulous with their work and it shows everywhere in the basement. Because we saw their work at a family member's house, we asked for an estimate and are very happy we did as we got a great basement and saved some money(also very important). Forgot to mention they kept a very clean workplace and were conscious about keeping the house clean where they had to walk through the house. I don't think you can go wrong by using their services.

We had our screen room turned into a all seasons room. Sadov basement solutions Jerry and Robert were the best team you could ask for. We were so impressed by there workmanship, they are very detailed orientated. They put in new floors, painted, created pantry cabinets; and bench seating with storage space underneath. Installed sliding glass doors, all new windows and doors. Very easy to get along with and always looking out for your best interest and design. They were always there when they said they would be, know how to use their time wisely. The outcome was unbelievable to our eyes, it was more than we expected. Sadov Basement Solutions does incredible work on bathrooms and kitchens too! Robert and Jerry just renovated our main bathroom, installing floor to ceiling subway tile around the shower, creating a shampoo/soap nook, replacing the floor, installing a sink and painting. The result is a bathroom that is fresh and updated, but fits the vintage/historical style of our home. This is the second project they've done for us, having renovated our kitchen a year ago. They are expert craftsmen, reliable, on time, responsive to questions and calls, and professional. I would definitely recommend them!

We went with Sadov basement solutions after our neighbors recommended them and we couldn't be happier with our decision. The entire process was straightforward and easy. All I can say is WOW! These guys are amazing! They are honest, reasonable and can you believe, ON TIME!!??? It's almost impossible to find a team that cares about the quality as much as they do.
I had a reno done about 2 years ago by another company I won't mention here, and they completely destroyed my house. My ceiling ended up suspended in the air and my bathroom on the 2nd floor was about to fall into my kitchen.
I called Sadov Basement Solutions for help thinking this was going to take months to fix and cost me an arm and a leg (or more).
To my surprise the team was able to come to my house the next day to see what is going on. They provided plan on how to raise and fix the ceiling (entire header had to be replaced) and provided a very reasonable estimate! The ceiling was raised and fixed the next day.
Super happy with them. Will definitely hire them to do more work as the other contractors destroyed other parts of my house as well.

This is a great contractor. Sadov was brought in to complete a cabinet installation project. The work was completed on time and they did a great job. The folks at Sadov were extremely polite, thorough, gave me options, and a fair price. This was a super clean install and there was zero mess left behind after installation. I absolutely recommend Sadov and will work with them again!
