Cordial phone etiquette. Bur it took some waiting for a representative come by and assess trouble second to flashing work deteriorating or not properly installed. I bought this home two years ago. S&S roofing did the roof in 2010, that's why I called them to evaluate current trouble. So long story short. They finally came and told me there was nothing wrong, and to wait till next storm! , however there is an existent leak which seems to be coming from the roof, and a bad flashing job. Got a quote for replacement though!!!, and no offer to repair the needed flashing. Not good!

S ans S Roofing put a really great metal roof on our home. It is such a relief to no longer have any water or wind problems! They were very professional and knowledgeable, quality oriented, and also were just all-around nice guys. A pleasure to do business with them!!
