Scott, the owner, did everything he said he would do & for a reasonable price. No price gauging. The crew that did the job were excellent. No short cuts or corners taken. They treated our property & us with professionalism & respect. They spent the time to do the job right & with pride in their work. The first day they worked from 7am until almost 8pm. Scott's team arrived on time, were very polite and did a great job of cleaning up the work site. I had 3 new skylights put in and Jim and Ray were great to have working in the house. Worth your time and effort to get a quote for a new roof.

We have yet to hire Scott and his team but as I went on here to read the reviews I felt like I had to write one myself after our brief experience. He has been by our place twice this week to give us an estimate. While inspecting the roof he found some shingles had fallen off and spent his time replacing them and did not charge us for his work. He was here on time for our initial appointment and has excellent communication. We are hoping to complete the project soon and I will update my review at that time.

I couldn’t be happier with my experience working with Scott Strom and S & S Construction Solutions. Scott was fantastic from start to finish. He recommended architect Frank Morins, who was equally great. Frank worked closely with me to design a two-car garage addition, patiently making several revisions until the design was exactly what I envisioned. Together, Scott and Frank handled all the necessary approvals and permits with the Town of North Kingstown, which was a huge relief for me.

As with any project of this scale, there were some challenges with the town’s requirements, but Scott and Frank navigated these issues seamlessly, ensuring the project moved forward without requiring my involvement. Scott was very transparent and flexible during the contract process, and he honored the agreement without question. Not only did he start on time, but he also finished well ahead of schedule!

The cost was very fair, and I genuinely feel like I got more than I paid for. The workers were professional, hardworking, and efficient, completing the job to the highest standard. Scott also encouraged me to get quotes from other electricians but ultimately recommended Louis Electrical, who did a fantastic job—fast, high quality, and again, worth every penny.

Throughout the project, Scott welcomed oversight and was always open to changes without imposing unreasonable additional charges. He also worked closely with the North Kingstown inspectors, taking that burden off my plate entirely.

I cannot recommend Scott and S & S Construction Solutions highly enough. Whether your project is big or small, Scott and his team are the ones to call. If I ever have another project in the future, I won’t hesitate to work with Scott again.

S&S construction replaced our two decker front porch within reasonable time. The crew was very professional and got down to business as soon as possible. What I was impressed with the most was their flexibility with our situation. They gave us time to get financing, the pricing was reasonable, the workers did extra things we didn't expect or ask. S&S was a welcomed help after a nightmare of amn accident tearing powerlines from my house damaging roof and siding. They were able to start right away, kept it prompt. We used S&S to remodel our master bathroom in aug 2020. We cannot say enough great things about Scott and his leadership and attention to detail. He really made our vision come to life and was on top of his team. His prices were more than fair and he didn’t nickel and dime me when we had modifications along the way. I liked how it was a comprehensive remodel and I didn’t have to go find let’s say a painter, plumber, etc. he had everyone line up which was refreshing. We will definitely be using him for another bathroom and other side projects. Highly recommend!

We needed a contractor to remove old flooring tile and linoleum and replace it with 1' x 2' ceramic tiles. Also wanted stained doors and woodwork to be painted white with new hardware installed. Job included a side entrance hall, laundry room, coat closet, pantry and a half bath. Scott and his crew did an outstanding job and the quality of all of the work was superior.

Once the demolition crew finished, the tile installer began the next day. After the tile was installed, the baseboard was installed the next day. The very next day the painters began and were on site everyday until the new hardware was installed and the job was finished.

This was the best remodeling experience I have ever had with a contractor. This job could have gone a month if days passed between crews. It was completed in 2 weeks. I would highly recommend S & S Construction Solutions for the great job they completed on time and as quoted.

Awaome company couldn't be happier with the job they did , I had wind damage on my roof from a storm and a small leak around the chimney i asked around from friends and was referred to these guys called them up spoke with Scott came out the same day for an estimate gave me a great price did the job the following week, stripped my roof fixed some rotted wood and re leaded my chimney shingled the roof all cleaned up and done in one day couldn't be happier all his guys are polite professional and knowledgeable, highly recommend these guys

Hiring contractors can be stressful, S&S came out for a construction project of mine and many concerns were alleviated. The project was done promptly and professionally. His worker's are easy going and made for a good experience. Scott is a incredibly nice and knowledgeable guy . If I could give 6 stars I would. Very reasonable pricing as well .
