Sam King spent a great deal of time making sure that he would have all the dimensions necessary to replace my existing standing seam metal roof. I am very happy with the new standing seam metal roof his men installed.

We used S & R Roofing to replace our Townhouse roof. Sam King and his crew did a great job! From getting our quote the same day/time he looked at our roof, to scheduling the work and communicating start date changes due to weather issues, to completing the work as promised and cleaning up the work area every day before leaving. Very professional and great value for the money! I would highly recommend S & R Roofing!

We are extremely happy with the roofing job they did on our home. They are VERY professional!!! Everyday when they were done, they cleaned up every speck of roofing material including nails!! The crew was very polite and friendly. I would HIGHLY recommend S and R Roofing and Construction!!! You will be very pleased!!!

They did a pretty good job on the roof but I found over 50 roofing nails and empty caulking tubes in my flower bed. I did not like they charged me for a lot of sheets of plywood they did not use and they took with them. They did a very bad job on new gutters and down spouts. They did not put the new down spouts in the proper places and water runs out between the roof edge and gutter. When I called and complained he really didn't seem to care and when he finally came out he actually lowered the gutter in the back and it is sitting on my shed roof. One piece of gutter is twisted and dented and he knew I was very unhappy. He told me he was busy and to call back in the fall. When I called in the fall he never returned my calls. He also lied about my warranty, and when I didn't get any paperwork for my warranty that is when I found out I did not get the 30 year warranty like I thought. His workers were nice guys but I did not like his attitude or his work ethics. He could have had three jobs on my street but I told my neighbors what happened and they all got someone else. Bottom line, don't use his company because he is not honest.
