After a botched roofing job and wind damage my manufacturer reached out to Sebastian to fix the problem. From the day he took on the job he took the initiative and legwork that I didn't have time to deal with and went the extra mile. Even though S Phoenix didn't install the roof Sebastian did a thorough inspection and addressed issues that weren't obvious to me and pointed out and documented further shortfalls of the previous install. Very professional and he emphasized "doing the job right." Any further roofing issues that I have will be handled by this company. 5 star. Highly recommend.
Sebastian is a very well organized contractor. He is dependable and overall self-motivated. He started my full-home rehab in Ocean Shores, WA in August 2024 and was done by October of that year. He demonstrated lots of care and accountability during the project, keeping me constantly updated. In regard to quality of work, I have no complaints there given that he is detailed oriented. We did go out of budget constraints multiple times, but I know that he was looking out for my best interest when he was making further suggestions to repair the siding and front decking of the house given that the coast is a very humid area and there was tons of wood rot.
We've had several jobs done all we're done well and they were professional and timely will gladly have have work done again!!!
