This company is unreliable and never showed up to my home as previously agreed. The technician was confirmed to arrive to my home between 10am and 11am this morning and it’s almost 1pm and no one has called or arrived. I gave the company a call to get an estimate on the technician’s ETA and the representative requested to call me back with an update after contact was made with the technician. I still have not received a call back or an updated ETA. I will not reach out again. Very disappointing experience to say the least. I moved appointments around to await the technician’s arrival and… nothing. So unprofessional.
