I recently hired Remodel USA to update my bathroom, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! We had an old, outdated shower and Jacuzzi removed and replaced with a brand-new, modern shower. From start to finish, the team was professional, punctual, and communicative, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. The craftsmanship is top-notch, with great attention to detail, and they completed the project on schedule while staying within budget. The entire team was courteous and respectful, and the final result exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Remodel USA for anyone looking for high-quality work and excellent service!

It was not a great experience with the product. About 3 years ago I paid to have windows installed. The co. of course, was courteous, & advised of the quality. However, after windows were installed, the screens were magnetic they peel off from the outside. This indicate lower quality. I never knew windows were made like this, so I didn't know to avoid buying these windows. The screens don't raise like regular windows. They took advantage of the customer. If I asked for $$$ back that would be of some solace. I find this to be dishonest business.

I am editing this review, because this lying company below stated their service team has been in contact with us, and that is just not true . The gentleman called me once on the phone. I can even leave his name on here, which I won’t do, But he Never called me back. . Please do not patronize me because I am not in the mood for that. When you are spending so much money like this, and it’s very costly there is no reason for a shoddy job.I sent all these pictures to the lender of what is wrong with it, and no response. This company should be shut down. Long story short, they Installed a new walk-in shower for us. Less than six months down the line the wall at the bottom started bowing. Now, they are not making good on their product. Cannot get a hold of anybody from any office to help us. We are besides ourselves.

VERY DISAPPOINTING
The drain pan does not work properly and their guarantee is not coming through. I have spoken to over eight people, four people have come out and agree, and tell me, “ I’ll get back to you,” and they don’t. I talk to someone on the phone and they just keep passing me onto the next person. I’ve been patient and understanding but they just keep shinning me on.
Terrible experience. Lots of talk and no real action.

Very quick and did a wonderful job. This is the company I never have to worry. They did 3 bathrooms for me. All are good.

This experience has been great. Jared ,out of WV, was our sales rep and he was amazing and the contractors were very knowledgeable. The job they did was awesome and will definitely use this company again.

I had Remodel USA to come to my cabin to give quote on replacement windows 1st problem started when I got call saying salesman would be late because of car trouble, when he did get here he apolliguised for being g late because he got caught up longer in previous appointment and misjudged time to get to my place 2nd problem is he asked if I had previous quotes which I said yes he asked if I would divulge the quote # is I said no and during his visit he repeatedly tried to get my other quotes and we wanted quotes on white and another one on a color he musta asked if we decided on the white color numerous times after he gave me the quotes he tried to hardball me into choosing white and then gave a better price if we could decide soon. I asked to have itemized quote sent to me to do comparisons and explained we would not be deciding on price alone never received the quotes and he never left me a written quote either poor practice to say the least

I am ecstatic with the results of my remodeled kitchen. Caesar was my project manager and was easy to work with. Big thank you to Hoza and Antonio on the hard work completed in two days. Mucho Gracias

Scam company they’re coming into your house looking for your valuables, wanting your schedules and who lives there who’s home and when… Beware

They’re not there just a remodel your house, When they come in Casing the joint in my opinion? I could be wrong, but I don’t think so.

My new windows look great! Ed was a very professional and courteous Project Manager. The installers Miguel and Ferdinand were very conscientious workers and left my home spotless!
Tiffanie from their corporate office kept my mind at ease with regular communication about the status of my order and the scheduling of the installation. Just an all around great group of people to entrust your project to. Highly recommend

Daniel and his helpers did a wonderful job. They cleaned up after themselves and were very professional. We are very pleased.

They did my parents shower a couple years ago. I would steer clear of them completely. They were over budget, and we received a finished product that was nothing like what they showed us. Charged 25k for a job that looks like it costs only 5k. I implore you don’t make the same mistakes we did

⚠️ AVOID AT ALL COSTS! AGGRESSIVE AND PREDATORY SALES TACTICS! ⚠️ I was minding my own business at the Howard County Fair Exhibition Hall and Marge would not leave me alone. When I tried to politely exit the conversation, she grabbed my baby stroller (MAJOR RED FLAG ) to prevent me from leaving. They kept me and my baby in the hot summer sun, with two associates tagging each other out to keep me there as long as possible. They even shoved a phone into my face to schedule an estimate. This kind of sales tactic is UNACCEPTABLE and I will be leaving negative reviews on all review platforms, including with the Better Business Bureau. This company should be ashamed of their performance today.

I’m so very pleased with my new master bathroom. I had a complete remodel done and they were efficient, clean, responsive and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the results. I highly recommend Remodel USA and will use them again for my next project. Stress free experience all around!

I am very pleased with the instalation of my new shower. I changed from bath to shower I am 75 and it was getting very difficult to step in the bath. The installers did a excellent job and was done in two and a half days.

Gotta have perfect credit to get financed or have a bunch of money up front the salesman john was very nice dont believe what their flyers say
Also put down a $200 deposit and now they refused to return my money. What a scam Do Not give them any money up front

I was contacted via text to set up an appointment. They were having a promotion to take before/after pictures and I would receive a discount. Although they wouldn't tell me what the actual discount would be until after they came out to evaluate the bathrooms. Sounds like a scam? After going back and forth with Mandy regarding a time to speak, I spoke with someone. They asked me about a time to meet. We found a time. I was going to have to wfh that day, which I never do. Then I was asked if I am the primary homeowner, which I am. They then said "You and your spouse must be present". I said my spouse doesn't have anything to do with construction/remodeling of the home. I was then informed that they wouldn't be able to confirm the appointment until she was available. My wife has nothing to do with the remodeling, they don't care. They have a policy and will not deviate. Not sure how this business model works. Do you want business OR do you want to have stringent policies? I have two, possibly three or four bathrooms that need remodeling. I'm fairly certain I can find a company who is willing to meet with me (and not my wife) to do this fairly massive job. SMH!

I have spent more than 40 years in commercial and industrial construction and engineering. I am also well schooled in most trades. Needless to say I had reservations about not remodeling my bathroom myself... long story made short, Danny and Francisco quickly assuaged my concerns. They are polite, guick, clean, skilled and more than thorough and complete. Can't beat them.

Jake Jacobson “Sr sales manager” came to my home for a consult- this by far the worst consult I’ve ever experienced and I will never purchase from this company no matter how good your product is.

Jake came in trying to make conversation prior to doing what he was supposed to do (measure and give us a quote for flooring). Which I’m okay with, but he wouldn’t stop. He didn’t have my name, address, or job scope in his system. Basic info like my name, address, phone number and email shouldn’t be things you had to hand write on paper, but should be verified with a customer for accuracy.

He came in with shoes, then after, put booties over it, then took them off put the dirty booties on our kitchen counter. Thats disgusting.. who does that? He asked me for my wifi password because the device he brought isn’t sufficient to do his job at someone’s home. He rolled his eyes after I stated I wanted a floor that’s quiet and inquired underlayment. He disregarded the sample I showed him.

On top of everything he asks “are you going to get your wife down here.. or?” I go no it’s okay- we’re both working which we said we were already and I stated I’d be covering the flooring. He rolled his eyes again and said “oh okay whatever”. Arent you a sales manager? Do you not know how to speak to people?

For a 565 sq ft job with LVP - the rep wanted $12,600. I said the website and CSRs stated it’s free install until 06/30. I asked how much is he charging per sq ft for material- he says “we don’t charge based on material, the machine does it. I can’t separate it” Are you charging for install or not? He didn’t make any effort to verify it with anyone.

Who in their right mind is paying $12,000 for such a small job? And to be so rude and disrespectful? If they charged 8-$9,000 (which is still a stretch), i will only pay for services from someone likeable. You can’t sell anything if they don’t like you.

Maybe it’s the sales rep I got- but horrible first impression and for that reason, I will never do services with this company.

Jared was absolutely helpful and fun to work with. The products and presentation was very informative and impressive. My wife and I are excited to have our shower remodeled. I'd recommend remodel USA any day. Thank you again Jared! It was a pleasure spending time with you.

The remodel team was on time, neat and did excellent work. They also worked hard to resolve an issue that came up. I would recommend USA remodel to my friends.

If I could give this company 1 star I would. Poor communication and response time from this company. I have sliding glass doors that roll open when you are in the shower. The caulking around my tub is missing in places. My faucet for the tub is loose. Towel hanger is loose. Faucet for the sink is loose. We were told that they no longer work with Kohler to replace tub or any other Kohler part, with no alternate given. You ask someone to come out and a contractor calls you while you're at WORK saying they are outside and ready to look at your bathroom. By far the worst decision made in the renovation of my home.

I give them NO STARS. BEWARE! The most unprofessional & dishonest Company I have ever dealt with.
In good faith, I unfortunately
ordered a Walk In Shower with the assurance it would be installed BEFORE MY SURGERY. Ordered over 2 months ago, gave them a large sum of money & still no installation date. Not even the decency to return my calls! I now have added anxiety over this, along with my surgery. Hopefully, I wont have to take legal action
to get my money back.

My installation of kitchen floor and living room carpet was done today and I'm very satisfied with the work they did and the staff. I would recommend Remodel USA LLC to anyone needing flooring. They were on time and got everything done in 1 day!!

I have a project that you guys started in October 2023, and finally install began this last Monday (April 2024)! Ed the PM guy said once started, it should take 1.5 to 2 days. It's already Friday--4 days and counting! Not much work beyond demo and inspection has been done! Sure, you guys screwed up understading the scope (sales person Ryan assures me, 'oh yeah, it can be done' to EVERYTHING--not true), and held up permitting (previous contactor who had the permit was a 'no-show' last month and was fired by Ed, the PM. And weeks to submit a replacement permit?). C'mon, you had 5 months to GET ALL YOUR DUCKS IN A ROW! Can someone follow up and try to get it done today?? What I thought would be a 2-day install is already on it's 5th day. Can someone from Remodel USA in the Virginia Beach area follow up with me directly?? Previous regional GM Harlan quit, so who owns this?? [Photos show what it looks like 4 days after the '2-day' project started. As of writing, PM Ed hasn't called or shown up].
UPDATE: Bathroom finally done after a week! Lack of PM really screwed the job. Contractors did an excellent job. It's RemodelUSA that really dropped the ball:

Horrible Horrible experience. When I first called the woman on the phone was very pleasant and everything was smooth sailing. The rep came in and start asking me questions that was odd. And kept interrupting me and not listening to what I was saying. He was here for about an hour and a half. And it got to the point where I said we are going to go a different route. I said we want a company that will actually do remodeling, not just windows and exterior doors. My house is very old. I don't want to have 15 different companies coming in and out when there are companies that do it all. The rep took such great offense to this and scoffed about four times before becoming confrontational. He would not take no for an answer. He refused to leave. And said to me the only reason I am still here is because this house is over 220 years old and it's beautiful. I told him I have asked him to leave I don't want him here still and he pulls out a catalog and starts flipping through the pages to show me their products and I said leave NOW! he finally left. 10 minutes later I got a call from a person within the company asking how it went did he show up on time all this I told her everything she was appalled. But it didn't end there. I got called EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. from this company. Sometimes twi asking about how it went I finally had to threated with a lawyer to file harassment changes if they Called me again.. theu stopped calling after that.

Ceasar and his crew were awesome and did the most fantastic work that I have ever seen.

Didnt get exactly what we wanted, but happy with the product we have, the installer (Kip) done a fantastic job. Explained everything. Was very clean and respectful of our home. Crystal kept us up to date with the scheduling and checked in often with us. Thanks guys.

Bathroom remodel was completed and installed by one contractor. Shannon Boyer was the best. Did exceptional work and was finished in 4 days. Took only 3 weeks from start to finish so happy

Remodel USA did an incredible job in the removal and installation of our shower stall from one day to another. I was very impressed with Neptali Diaz and Jacquiline who were very professional and experienced. They left the bathroom super clean.

The entire team from the sales rep (Toney Mosley), Liaison (Caesar Pineda) and the installation team were phenomenal. It only took like two week from the time that I met with the sales rep to get the product delivered and installed. The installation team cleaned up after they were done and ensured we were happy with the installation edite they were done.

Al and tracy did a phenomenal job!! They are so sweet and kind! We love how their work came out! very much recommend!

We chose Remodel USA to remodel our master bathroom. We are beyond ecstatic of the quality of work they performed. The work was completed in four days by two different crews, each crew with their own task to perform. The first crew, Francisco and Daniel worked relentlessly to dismantle and build our new shower. They were on time, kept us informed of all that was happening during their part of the rebuild, and were absolutely professional at their job. The second crew, Antonio and Jose, also very protessional, worked hard at removing old jacuzzi tub and flooring, fixing flooring from old leak, moving water lines among countless other things. The outcome of the new flooring they installed and my new free standing tub and all the repairing of walls was beyond anything I could have imagined.
Both crews kept there work area extremely clean and hauled away all trash. They made sure floors were protected and dust was kept to a minimum. Upon completion the new bathroom was 100% clean and ready for use.
Each day, the project Manager, Cesar Pineda, would call me and ask about the day and how the crews were doing and having me send pictures of what had been done. He kept on top of the project, making sure we were happy with everything that was being done. We truly made the best decision and We would highly recommend Remodel USA to anyone looking for a new remodel experience

Cesar and his team came out and made some fixes to a job that was previously botched by RemodelUSA. Cesar and his team were amazing. They got everything done quickly and efficiently.

The sales person, Dana, was excellent in showing and discussing the optionxs. . The installer was on time, kept the work area neat and explained what he was doing snd why. The project coordinator, Crystal, kept me informed at all times. She worked with my project manager, Jim, on a way that saved me money. Also, together they were able to get the project done in time for me to be able to use it for company that was expecting. That’s what I call great service.

I was thrilled with the results. Cessar came in and saved the day! My countertops are amazing and I highly recommend me. Caliz !

I was completely satisfied with Remodel USA. They spent a lot of time explaining their product & process. The kitchen cabinets are quality made along with the hardware. The installation was superior. The installers were perfectionist very thorough. After completion the cleanup was amazing. I really enjoyed working with Zack who sold me the cabinets. He knows his business and has great taste in helping with designing the kitchen. Edgar who was the project manager was point on professional very pleasant and helpful. He too is a perfectionist. This is what consumers want and need when doing renovations. I highly recommend this company. I’m completely satisfied.

Remodel USA LLC- Installed our new front door, side light and storm door. Supply chain issues delayed the door production, but that is impacting the entire industry since the pandemic and is not their fault. The good news is that our doors are beautiful; my hallway is much warmer. The two installers were professional in their work, friendly and extremely knowledgeable paying attention to detail. They knew what they were doing and it was obvious they worked well together and kept us informed as they progressed. Their workmanship was excellent. The doors look great and we couldn’t be happier.

Last week, workers finished up a bathroom renovation for our home. We had a wonderful experience with Cesar and Alex leading the work. The team showed up on time at the specified times, always kept our carpet/flooring safe, checked in with us regarding the status throughout the day and cleaned up the space completely each evening before leaving. Cesar and Alex were particular with the aesthetic of the room and paid attention to each and every detail. They worked long full days to ensure the project was completed in a timely manner. During our final walk through, I was impressed by the quality of work. Our bathroom remodel project is absolutely stunning. The entire team from the Project Manager, Ceasear, Tomeko, Antonio and his crew were absolutely wonderful to accommodate all of our needs; the project team was most prompt and professional to include covers and masking to protect the areas where work was performed. They worked adequate hours to complete the task for the day and it took only 3 days to complete my master bathroom. I highly recommend Remodel USA for your next project.

Remodel USA BECAREFULL Remodel was great at first, Best friend until something goes wrong and you need them to come back out to fix it. We'll first you have to call and speak with Mr. Mitchell and then they will play, We will call you back!!!!!!! Never will happen. Mr. Mitchell was contacted by my wife several times to make this right 12/21 12/26 12/27 and I had called 12/29. The very nice lady on the phone said ,Remodel usa I stated the problems and she said hold I will get the manager We'll after holding 10 min I hung up. Did they call back? You guessed it Nope. After spending thousands on a shower you would think they would at lease try to maintain you as a customer. Future customers do you research there is alot of good companies that do good work and will stand behind there work. Follow up .......
