We purchased a sunsetter awning for the deck of our home with S&N. Gene was a true gentlemen through the process and transparent about cost and timeline of execution. Mr. Williams and his installation crew arrived on time and installed the Sun Setter Platinum Plus Series awning despite the challenging access to a high deck location. The retractible electric awning works perfectly thanks to his expertise and fine tuning of the awning's pitch. The fabric choice is beautiful and I have enjoyed the shade it provides.
