Great experience working with Seth and his crew. There were several projects they worked on in my multifamily building; they replaced 3 interior/exterior doors, replaced a vanity, and demo'd/rebuilt concrete steps. I know this was difficult work considering the age of the building (1890) but they did an excellent job. The doors now feel extremely secure and look clean and modern. The steps are safe and slip resistant. The vanity/plumbing is no longer leaking and looks beautiful.

In addition to the fine craftsmanship, they were very professional and considerate while working inside the tenant's units. Seth is also quick with communication and explains all aspects of the job in full detail. I'd happily work with them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a contractor. Thanks!

Great workmanship, on time, fully explained all work to be done and work progress. Seth and Tommy were consistently helpful and worked well together. Job was cleaned up each day, all scrap or trash removed daily. Seth was very helpful in contacting our requests for subcontractors, passed estimates and was here when subs were here. Overall a 10 star job

Used S&A for both my Roof replacement and re-insulating my attic from Fib Batting to Open Cell foam. Seth was great to work with, always answered questions, very professional and personable. He walked me thru the process and contract agreement. Work was on time and punctual. I'll def use him again on my next Deck project.
