I can’t thank Tim and his staff enough! They did a phenomenal job on a major roof repair on our fifth wheel after going under a low bridge. Great customer service along the way, keeping us up to date on the repairs and meeting expected timelines!

Awesome customer service. I stopped by the shop to inquire on an issue I was having with my slide out and service on a turning point hitch. Jeff was very accommodating, he even talked me through a quick fix to prevent further damage until they could get it in the shop. He kept me updated on the repair and called to let me know that my camper was ok after Hurricane Francine.
When I picked up my camper the work they had done far exceeded my expectations as I had previously returned to the dealership for repairs. Will definitely be using them again and will recommend them every chance I get.

I’m 1,000 miles from my handy, mechanical, engineering, motorhome fixing family. As the only daughter I wanted to recreate some of my favorite experiences of motorhome trips with my kids. The biggest concern with getting a motorhome wasn’t the driving and maneuvering, it was finding “my mechanic”. You know what I mean, the people that you know and trust that won’t screw you over because they know more than you and could take advantage of that! Without a doubt, RV Masters is the most professional of all, they just know what they’re doing and they do it, and they get it done when they say it will be done. I was skeptical about bringing my camper to a shop to get stuff done because I usually am a DIY kind of person, but after doing some research and asking around I heard nothing but good feedback on RV Master’s so i did my roof repairs with them. And boy am i glad i did, they have done an outstanding job. Very professional and great quality work. All of the staff there are very nice and professional, and i will look nowhere else for my rv/camper needs they are the #1 stop shop for nearly everything. The new facility in Laplace is Awesome. Easy in and out and plenty of room. They were able to fix my slide out problem in a timely faahion.

I had reservations to bring in my coach to get a flex armor roof and just prior to dropping off my coach I had issues with my slide topper. They still keep my appointment and we’re able to take care of the extra work needing to be done. I am so glad I chose RV Masters to do the work. Everything came out awesome. Are these guys angels? Jeff fixed our awning in 10 minutes, and did not even charge us.
The fact that we are on the road and the awning was not retracting correctly, it made our drive safer.

RV Masters is a company very knowledgeable and up date with troubleshooting issues. I was impressed with the work performed on my unit. I would recommend them for all of your needs.

RV Masters is an excellent place. However, I was really unhappy when a worker started to put my slide out without checking to see if it was locked. He could have destroyed the mechanism, and rendered my coach unusable. It may have been a momentary lapse. However, what annoyed me was the insistence that some broken fascia could not be removed without opening the slide. Funny, I removed it before my last trip, then put it back to take to RV Masters to see if it could be reused. Without opening the slide. Except he did not listen to me. Edited to add: RV Masters is a family business and showed their appreciation with a personal phone call to discuss the above issues. I consider them resolved. Thank you.

The repairs made to our RV / Truck Conversion after the damage from Hurricane Ida were beyond our expectations. They were very polite, accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure that every step was taken to not only repair our RV, but also work with our insurance and to make it a pleasant and stress free experience. We will be sure to recommend RV Masters to anyone that needs repairs or upgrades in the future.

Came to RV Masters on the recommendation of my former RV facility which closed thanks to Hurricane Ida. My coach was due for an engine oil change, as well as generator maintenance. In addition, we knew a couple of roof seals were cracked, but thankfully, not yet leaking. Our appointment was three weeks out from when we made it, which, for RV repairs is excellent. All of the requested work was done, and they called to ask if we wanted air conditioner maintenance done before summer. This was also done. They also installed a lift for my husband, who is having trouble getting up the steps. All work was accomplished within a week, as opposed to a dealer facility where they had our coach for over a month (after waiting three months for an appointment), and a year later, the warranty work is not complete at the present date. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. Costs were more than I hoped for,, but emphatically not out of line for the requested work.. Will definitely be coming back to RV Masters when my coach needs attention.

RV Masters installed the RV Armor Roof and Repainted the front cap of our 5th wheel. Excellent Work and so easy to deal with. Going back for a new awning installation. I definitely recommend RV Masters for any RV repairs/improvements.

Highly recommend! We were 1,100 miles from home with a malfunctioning water pump and called our warranty connection to see what we could do. They had worked with RV Masters in the past and when I called to see if they could help, Jeff the manager was able to fit us in the next day and had the part available. He and Jeff the technician took time out of their packed schedule to get us back on the road and were wonderful to work with - very professional and knowledgeable! We really appreciated their customer service and ability to help travelers passing through the area. Thanks again!

Outstanding people and outstanding service! They did the research to find replacement parts. We had our slide seals replaced and now we can open and. Close them without any leaks. Also had a window replaced which took a while to locate. Wonderful company. Highly recommend!

We had to have the front air conditioner replaced and roof replaced, along with the some damage to the side of the camper that required painting. We filed a cliam with our insurance company and they recomended RV Masters. The work was completed in a timely manner and the workmanship was outstanding. Everyone that I encountered at RV Masters was very professional and kept me informed of progress with the unit.

Easy to deal with. Professional service and repair communications. Did a overall check on my motor home and found needed maintenance on roof seals. Resealed entire roof.

They’re great to deal with. Originally brought the trailer in for a check up before we hit the road and to do some custom work. Before getting it to them, I realized the fridge wasn’t working. Also, we had damage on our roof from going under a branch in a park. Here’s the review on each job:

Fridge - they worked with the warranty people to get a replacement. I was skeptical when my wife bought the warranty, but it just paid for itself.

Roof - had a planned trip, so they did a temporary repair, then they’ll fully redo the roof when we get back.

Custom work - we have a bunkhouse and the fridge open right by them. The model trailer we looked at had notches on upper and lower, but the one we bought didn’t. We didn’t realize until we started using it that the lack of notch meant the fridge couldn’t open all the way. They notched the bed. If I didn’t tell you that it was custom, you’d think that’s how the trailer came. Quality work and very reasonably priced.

RV Masters took great care of us! We had a few issues with our camper that were covered under our warranty. The dealership was booked out for months before we could even bring the camper in, so we figured we would try calling to see if RV Masters could help. They explained that we would need to get approval from our manufacturer, but if they approved RV Masters would be able to see us in 2 weeks. They completed the most urgent work while waiting on parts from the manufacturer and we had our camper back in the driveway and out on the road before we would have been able to ever bring her to the dealership appointment! There were still a couple of minor items we had to get completed after, but being able to camp again meant everything to me! Thanks for helping us get back out their quickly and for taking such great care of us in the process!

Jeff and everyone else at RV-Masters did a great job on my camper. They worked with the Insurance company to get the job going. During the repair process they stored it indoors to prevent water intrusion. The craftmanship was apparent as they carefully repaired the damage. We are looking forward to our next camping adventure. I brought my travel trailer in for a leak and they found the problem as well as another issue and repaired both of the issues. The staff has excellent customer service all the way around from the front office to the team doing the repairs.

I just bought my camper from a dealership and two things broke on the ride home. RV Masters was booked up for service but took pity on my situation and was able to fit me in for a quick service. They absolutely saved me from having to travel unsafely on a trip I had coming up in 3 days and I can not be happier with the service Tim and Julia provided me.

I highly recommend RV Masters. We had an issue with not being able to use the auto genset feature on our recently purchased 2016 Fleetwood Discovery. It would always show an error whenever we tried to use the auto start programming. The RV dealer we had purchased the coach from had spent a considerable amount of time trying to diagnose the problem and eventually told us that the interior control panel was bad and needed to be replaced. A panel was supposedly ordered but despite numerous phone calls and visits to them, it never arrived. When we got back to Louisiana, after researching RV repair companies, we called RV Masters and arranged a convenient time when the coach wasn't being used to take it to them. We dropped the coach off and a short time later, received a call from Jeff to let us know that they had fixed the problem by replacing a blown 15 amp fuse that was between the batteries and the auto genset panel. At the same time they had also found and replaced another blown fuse from the solar panel that charged the batteries. We also asked them to replace the windshield wiper arm nut covers as one had come off. We were quoted $30.00 plus dollars each for these from the local Fleetwood dealer but were pleasantly surprised to see that the cost for these, fitted, at RV Masters was around $5.00 each.
These guys are great, they work with you to get the coach in when it is convenient for you, their knowledge and their work is first class and their prices are very reasonable.

RV supplies and repair shop. Anytime I order needed items, they have them no later than one day after ordering. A bit off the beaten path, but the wonderful staff keep me informed and they remain my secret weapon in RV repair.

I came in for an insurance estimate and was notified afterwards that the estimate would cost me $250. Would have been nice to know that up front. Of course it was credited to the work had it been done, but since they were so meticulous on unnecessary cosmetic repairs the insurance company ended up totaling my vehicle.

This is the best RV repair service we have ever had. They were very thorough and repaired everything we needed extremely well. I wish they were in my home town. RV Masters would be my "go to" service center.
